I bought the Moroccan Kinky Curl, and I loved it! The best quality hair I ever had. It was beautiful any way I styled it. Mine did get matted because I did not know how to take care of it. I have since watched informative YouTube videos on how to care for a kinky sew-in. I hate that I cannot re-use my $300 hair, but I will re-purchase and take better care this time. It is worth the money!!!

I been buying hair from this company going on two years now. My first problem happened about a year ago. I purchased 3 bundles of hair when I noticed no more then two weeks of it being installed it tangling really bad and looked super dry. I sent pictures to the company and they tolncare of it for me. I continued shopping with them as a loyal customer for another year. About 6 months ago I order hair with a closure, however they forgot to pack my closure with my package. I have proof of this because I have my emails to confirm their mistakes. We’re all humans so I didn’t make it a big deal at all, I just asked to get some kind of discount on my next order in the future with them since my hair stylist charged me $20 to cancel my appointment. They didn’t do that and I just lost 20 dollars. Now, three weeks ago I ordered three bundles and I noticed the hair had so many split ends and was not the way it was suppose to. I never wore it or took it apart. I placed it back in the net they packed it in. I was going back and forth with them through email because they NEVER pick their phone up. They told me to mail it back it to them and they will send me another order. I just received an email stating hat they will not send me a new order because the hair I sent wasn’t in good condition. This is exactly why I sent it back!!!!! I never touched it nor did anything to it. I been a loyal customer for more then two years now. And mind you this same order, when I placed my order they sent me an email the next day saying it will take a week for it to ship due to inverntory.I’m trying to upload my emails with them to show you guys to never purchase anything with them. Their so unprofessional. And I promise you they were not like this before. Not sure if it’s under new management but their disgusting and now I lost $270 because of the hair they sent me. Please don’t shop here
