It was HallowsEve and I needed jello shooter cups or soufflé cups for you fancy pants people. The line was atrocious and seriously stretched for more than 100 ft. I couldnt find exactly what I was looking for and had to settle for the less. When I reached the line and stared ahead I couldnt help but feel tine come to a stop as people came and went through the front door. Slowly it was my turn to check out. I was asked to come up and I expressed my concern...boy oh boy was I happy I waited. This late teenaged girl knew exactly what I needed and even knew of a secret stash spot. She grabbed her ladder and disappeared.I never caught your name young lady but you were such a blessed help. I hope life is good for you.

Had to come to this one for what the other one didnt have and staff was friendly and fast. Still limited in the particular character.

Was about to find the color of ribbon I needed. I like how the store is pretty much set up by color.

So two, almost 3 months ago, I buy a bunch of balloons for my best friends birthday party. I just wanted to come here and say that now, almost 3 months later, the balloons are still floating on her ceiling. So when they tell you to put that extra helium in there for $.14 or whatever, it’s worth it!!! LOL

They were packed for balloon pick up but they had several pre-made balloon packages that we were able to grab and go with! That was great!

Party City always been expensive. I was mad that I could have gotten more balloons for my money. I understand the sign is there but for customer service could have said suggestions sales to save customer money. They had time because only 2 customers were in the store and they had 4 employees.

Although my order was completely butchered, delivered in 4 different vehicles on 2 different days and to an incorrect location, everything looked so beautiful once it was all together and arranged. A HUGE thank you to Raelyn for helping me so much.

They have little party favors for goodie bags. Sometimes only place I can find certain characters, like Harry Potter for my granddaughter birthday. They had plates, cups, napkins, banner, glasses and a wand. Only place I could find Tinkerbell stuff also. Little pricey on some things but worth it.

I havent been here in a while and I understand that places are short-staffed and that some items are not available, but I was very surprised at the limited choices for a Birthday party that were available and asking for help didnt seem to be an option, so I just settled for some simple decorations that arent very special.

Party City used to be my go to place for all my party needs. Went into the store & it looked bare. I was looking for 60th decorations for my Dads birthday. Picked up a few things. Was a little pricey, but its expected. The cashier was friendly!

Incredibly slow. Empty store and you still have to wait in line for half an hour. Avoid at all costs

Great saver for party planing, not a lot of stock on items for Sonic the blue hedgehog but great customer service, just need to plan for longer lines during weekend.

Im a big customer of party city. I literally go there for just about everything. They never disappoint me. Always on top of whatever is new,trending,holidays coming up,you name it! I am not so impressed with their staff tho. You will think they always jolly and content but they seem stressed out or Annoyed. I dont know how well the manager work their people or if they over work them but I feel they should look at that and take care of that. Its important.

Staff was very friendly and willing to assist. It was my first time at a “Party City” and I had lots of questions about where items were located and how to order balloons. Luckily Lilly helped me find exactly what I was looking For with a skip in her step. She was very patient when I was ordering balloons and knew exactly what she was doing. The store was very organized and clean as well. Great customer service!!!

This store is HUGE! The staff here was exceptional! Each and every one of them was very nice. Everyone was social distancing and wearing a mask. Did I mention the store is huge!?

Tried curbside pickup for the first time. Order went through easy enough. Somebody inside out the order in the wing so I ended up waiting 20 mind for items. The staff person that found it was very apologetic.

Best experience ever. I am not a creative person, but the associate helped me put a birthday bouquet of balloons together, which put a smile on my face!

First time at this location. The Party City that was my store was closed down so I had to pick a new location and this was it.Many bare shelves, not sure if it was just opening OR going out of business. Hope its a newer store and just doesnt have all its inventory yet.

Cool store!! Lots of neat items priced reasonable. My favourite was the amazing cashier Briley. She has the best customer service skills & a beautiful personality. She makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Welcome to the party!! I love it!!

This location has pleasant staff, and just about everything you could imagine for parties, gifts, and events. Many items are grouped by type, then color, making your choices easier, and more complete. It is difficult to forget something when everything is clearly displayed. It is likely you will spend more than planned, because the variety of options will motivate you to be more creative. I often visit for my event shopping.

Good selection

Much bigger than the old location. They carry more than just party supplies. There are tons of unique toys I hadn’t seen before. Very spacious and clean. The one issue is they always have long lines and take a long time to check you out.

Shelves were bare

Skylar rocks. He helped me with my order and curbside pick up quickly and efficiently with a smile (while still wearing his mask ;) . I forgot something on my order and he made it easy to get everything right on time for my event. Skylar is employee of the month in my book! He’s the bomb.

Without a doubt this Party City has the friendliest, most helpful, courteous and nicest customer service people. Brittany is especially awesome! We went into the store with something we had found online and that particular store didnt have it even though it said they did so she worked with us to obtain the special pricing for what we wanted. She was kind and patient and a joy to work with. Shes also got a great sense of humor! Brittany, thank you so much for being Who You Are! I hope that the powers-that-be at Party City recognize what a great asset you are to their company!

I placed an online order for balloons & had a terrible experience with this store.It began with them needing to call me to fix my order because they did not have certain things in stock. I only selected the items marked available in store, but this is fine & to be expected sometimes.I had missed their first call, but answered their second call a minute or so later. The employee let me know that certain balloons were out of stock, so we talked about what similar items were available and updated it. However, I get to the store 20 minutes past my scheduled pick up time (with my 3 year old with me) and I find out that a set of 15 count of balloons (80% of my order) is not ready because it needed to be updated. This issue with part of my order was apparently why the first call (the one i had missed) was about. Now, I dont understand why this could not be mentioned during the second phone call when we updated the other items in my order?When I got to the store, it was packed and only two staff working. One doing balloons very slowly, and one doing checkout, phones, & store help. I had to wait 20 minutes in line with my toddler, spend a long time at the checkout figuring out the updated items, and then wait for the balloons with three other balloon orders ahead of mine. This was ridiculous. I ordered mine online so that they could be ready, because I knew I would have my toddler with me and we needed to get home for his birthday party. After watching one of the staff slowly take her time blowing up balloons, tying them off, chatting with the cashier, and running around the shop to do this or that, I ended up telling her I needed whatever she had done because we had to go. With a very bored, tired toddler and a birthday party to set up at home, I ended up leaving the store 50 minutes after arriving, which ended up being over an hour after my scheduled pick up time. AND I ONLY LEFT WITH 40% of the balloons I ordered, because of issues that could have easily been prevented or better managed.Also, the balloons that were already done when I arrived ended up lasting 3 days, while the balloons I waited for at the store lasted 6 hours. I dont think I was given whatever I originally paid for.Terrible experience. I am sharing it with friends and we will not be coming back here.

The line was so long and one cashier that was incredibly overwhelmed with no help. You should not open to such a large capacity with both pick up and curbside if you cannot accommodate the needs of the customers better.

Prices are a little high for big ballons, and sometimes out of stock on things. And wait time in line was really long.

They have been so helpful to me with planning my 50th Wedding Anniversary Party. I was able to buy all my table cloths to cups, napkins, favor baggies and I dont know what all. The staff at the two stores I dealt with were so accommodating. God Bless Them All 🙏🙏❤️❣️

The store is very clean and organized. But what do you have 9 people in line and ONE cashier! Good lord took me 20 to just check out one item!! Then then soon as if paying the stupid manager finally decides to come over and assist!Poor management that’s for sure

We received a online order today before a school event. Yes it was a disaster for my 7 year old grand daughters expectations. We rushed over to Party City to find a new costume and the associates understood our stress completely. Exchanged our online order and even honored the online discount for my in store exchange. Always find what Im looking for when planning an event or celebration. I really like that they always have rainbow stuff at Pride time. It can be hard to find locally if you are trying to dress up for Pride Fest.

Go into the store to get my gender reveal balloon. Savannah informs me she can’t do it because all they have are blue balloons revealing the SURPRISE GENDER REVEAL to me the pregnant lady! so I tell her to just fill up the bag surprise with the Pink since it’s obviously a girl balloons because I can at least surprise everybody else and I walk around the store for 10 minuets waiting for her to fill them. As I make my way back to the register to check if they where done she said “oh did u still want the bag” YES that’s what I have been waiting for!!!! Then they blow up the balloons and said “sorry I don’t know how to keep it shut so you can’t see the inside”Maybe you should offer surprise reveals if you don’t have employees that know what they are doing

Great place to get party supplies, halloween costumes, gift bags, etc. If you think they might have it, they probably will.

As I was walking around the store 4 people asked me if I needed help then when I got up to the register to check out, only 1 person was working the register and filling balloons. There was 1 customer ahead of me and I waited 10 minutes and just ended up putting my stuff back and leaving. I dont understand why 1 of the other 4 people working couldnt go up to the register to help.

Great selection but not the best customer service. Waited for help far too long during Halloween just to let my daughter try on a costume.

What is the point of offering in store pick up .. when you still have to complete the purchasing process.. if my card isnt going to be charged at the time I purchase online . then what is the convenience ?. there is none.. Party City if youre not going to offer the complete convenience of being able to BUY ONLINE and just pick up in store.. then dont offer in store pick up. Because what you are offering is to just hold the items. which a customer could just call the store and do that..

The store was better before they moved. Too big ..feels like an almost empty warehouse..the checkout line seemed to go the opposite direction of what it should. Not impressed.

This is the absolute worst chain store I believe I have ever been to in my ENTIRE life.Negligent, poorly trained, and lazy staff.Horrendous customer service and wait time.Not one but MULTIPLE visits with a desire to never go back.If it wasn’t for the darn dinosaur balloons I wouldn’t have.And now I won’t.Do yourself a favor and choose anything but this store.A constant throbbing headache.

Staff was rude. Did not help me at all. Waited in line forever. One rep asked if any one in line needed balloons. I spoke up first yet was completely ignored. Only to find out at the counter they didnt have what I wanted in stock. So I thought. As one young lady went to get what asked for in a color she said was in stock (since the gold I wanted was not) another woman told her they didnt have them, as I was looking at a fully stocked set of that balloon. I was so disappointed with their lack of help I just left my whole order. Very disappointing customer service . Just wanted to get my daughter cute dramatic setup for her 18th bday. Wont be back

Not what it used to be in the 90s, but definitely have the stuff for a kids party. They have over it if things but not a large enough quantity of things. Staff was nice candy was great.

I like the new location, feels bigger. (It was down by the Chilis across from the library last year). It is run efficiently, we found exactly what we were looking for and the one thing we couldnt find, the staff was very awesome and found it for us.

Only one person working during Halloween, Valentines Dayetc. Prepare to pack a lunch and stand in line for a long time. And they always tell you, were short on staff today.

Its a great party store even if they put all the pirate stuff away! Plenty of goodies to fill the treasure chest.

Staff was absolutely perfect however during a holiday weekend they should be more than 2 people in the store to help customers. These two are literally running with their heads cut off helping ppl that come in running the cash registers, answering the phones, blowing up balloons! This was supposed to be an in and out visit that turned into 35 mins because they were tied doing other things! This isn’t fair to me nor is it fair to these two working!! Poor scheduling these two deserve to be compensated beyond their normal rate and I would call corporate to see that they do!! Very very poor management scheduling! Brittany and Anastasia for working extremely hard tonight I really appreciate the both of you!!!

Oh my heavens the worst customer service I have experienced in a long while. I was trying to get a balloon for my daughters birthday. I didnt have a lot of extra money but was trying to make it special for her. Every balloon I wanted they were out of, the young lady offered me the big number balloons that were around $10 each. I told her no I was not looking to spend that much on a balloon. She then turns around and says well we have this one and points to another large number balloon that is connected. I look and her and say, honey what part of Im not paying $20 for a freaking balloon did you not understand. And I walked out.

Huge store. Pretty much everything you need to throw any type of party.

This location is too large to NOT have stuff. Theres either an overwhelming amount of things or they dont have something. I know this is vague but I shop for multiple events throughout the year and I have to go out of the way to other stores.

Cashier was nowhere to be found. After waiting and my daughter yelling helloooo is anyone here?, one decided to show up. Smh
