Online it says it opens at 4:30 a.m, its 5 a.m amd still closed

They never toast your bagel. I have been to other locations and have not had a problem but this one just never toasts your bagel. I fly out of NOR a bunch and normally grab a bagel just before getting on a plane. I ask everytime for a toasted bagel and if I dont check before leaving (then make them redo the order,) I end up with a refrigerate bagel on a plane. Highly unsatisfying.

Toasted bagels shoukdnt be chewey. :/

Long wait, rock hard, stale bread. For a $13 ham and cheese panini, I would expect better quality. Avoid this restaurant.

Good selection of bagels, really wanted one but when I walked up to the counter the lady turned her back after looking at me. I took my business to Starbucks. Very rude!!!
