We called Ron on Sunday because our corolla wouldnt start, Ron answered and said he would come out on the following Monday. Ron called Monday morning then came to the house, checked out the car, confirmed it was the starter, went and got a starter then repaired the car. Ron was courteous, professional, solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Ron to friends and family.

Rons service was outstanding! Called him at 2:30pm because my teenage daughters car was broken down. He showed up within 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue, and repaired the vehicle by 4:00pm. It is often very hard to find a honest, trustworthy business but we were lucky to find Ron. Ron is awesome. I highly recommend his services. Great repair service and a great guy!

I cant speak to anyone elses experience. But my experience with Ron has been terrible Hes come out twice for a battery issue and make no mistake I would have been fully prepared for him to repair whatever was wrong with it and be done with it but he kept telling me it was my battery and so I get a new battery he comes out a second time and tells me that the leads were loose which they werent so now its still not starting Im out 176 dollars for two trips where a jump started it right away and Im still where I started. Total waste to time.

I could not find where my coolant was leaking, so I went to Google and found Ron. By far, it was the best experience Ive had at the mechanic. Ron is knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. He was able to quickly diagnose my problem and then schedule me for a time he could fix it. One of the best attributes of Ron is that he does not overbook. My water pump was replaced the day I took it in, and, even better, he does not try to tell you your vehicle needs repairs that it doesnt! I highly recommend Ron to anyone who needs a mechanic in Hampton Roads and wants a great experience.

Ron turned up on google search and had legit 5 star reviews so I decided to give him a call. Needed a tune up on a 05 Honda Pilot and Ron was the man for the job!Gave me a decent price and came in the am as scheduled. Also you can go to him and save $38 on service call or hell come to you if you want. Either way, I recommend him and would definitely see him again!P.S. He chooses not to work on European cars :). Only American and Asian.

I ran into an idle overheating issue with my daily driver that needed to be resolved asap. Ron not only let me drop the car off on the day of the issue, but listened to my circumstances, made sure to diagnose my cars problem promptly, pushed the repair on it, and had it ready to go the next day. Great person/labor

RON came out to fix our Pilots alternator but ran into an issue with a bolt the previous mechanic had messed up. He worked on it for over an hour but couldnt get it loose. He explained the whole situation and then did NOT charge us, even though he worked his tail off trying to fix it. Great guy and definitely would recommend. He got to us the next day without a problem.

Ron was so helpful in figuring out everything that was wrong with my car, and what needed to be done in order for it to pass inspection. If he hit a roadblock on an issue, he didnt call until he had done the research and figured out a solution first. So then all I had to do was tell him yes or no to the new way to fix the issues. He was such a professional, and his prices are so reasonable I almost didnt believe it was true! Definitely the only mechanic I will use from now on.

Ron is a great mechanic and a very nice guy. I took my truck in for a rear shock replacement. The lower bolt was stuck in place, likely from rust. I had been banging on it for days with the few tools I had at my disposal, unable to get it out. Ron said no problem and got it out quickly.He wont try and sell you more than you need. He is very straight up and honest on what needs to be done. I would definitely go back to him for future car repairs.

Ron was very professional and reasonable price. He saved one of our company vehicles that was stuck at a job site. We didnt have to wait a day he came out with in 45 min and told us what was wrong and he fixed the problem less than a hour. We where very thankful.

I used Rons Mobile Auto Repair Service on 4-21-15 the service was wonderful! I have a small family business and one of our trucks needed to have the breaks replaced. I went online and searched for an mobile auto repair company. Rons was the first to pop up, within an hour or so of calling he was onsite with all the supplies needed to do the job. I am so very lucky to have found this wonderful and Honest mechanic! He not only spent time working on the problems I called for, he found and fixed two other problems (brake lights) for half the price of anyone else. He spent about 2 hours, while I was working, and charged me half the price I expected. I felt compelled to write a review of this very kind man.

Cant say enough positive things about Ron. When my regular mechanic couldnt get the car in till later in the week and the tow truck failed to come get my car, Ron came right out to where I was broken down and checked it out. He diagnosed the failed starter and priced the repairs in no time. It was cold and then started snowing but he did the work because I had no other transportation. He really went out of his way to get me up and running when I wasnt sure what I was going to do. Best part was the repair price was well within expected cost (especially when he could have tried to jack up the price given the situation). It was done quickly despite the weather. Highly recommend since it is obvious he knows what hes doing when it comes to repairs and he was honest and trustworthy when I was caught in a bad situation.

I dont ever leave reviews but fell compelled to after my experience. There arent a lot of honest people in the auto business but Ron is one of the few. He was at my cars location quickly and diagnosed my cars starter problem promptly. He advised me of my options and even offered to drop my car off at his shop then drive me home which I took him up on his offer. I had my car fixed the very next day. Ron came out to diagnose our 1996 Jeep Cherokee that wouldnt start and not only was he very pleasant to work with he didnt give up when he initially couldnt find the source of the problem. Once he found the issue he knew it right away and were having him back to replace the bad part.
