It was my first time going there and it was excellent, no high-end sales pitch they advised me on other items to be fixed great group of guys, very funny they had me laughing at a worker who was underneath my car that I couldnt see🤣🤣

Came in and they didn’t hesitate to help a new customer out. I should have took note of their names but it was mainly two guys, one was training but they were super nice and helpful. They def know about customer service and are top notch. It’s tough to find good help right now so I hope Express is taking good care of these guys, they deserve it. I’ll be back and hope to see them again.

I took my truck there to get fixed. They told me that it was one thing and if it didnt fix it, they wouldnt charge us. Most companies that say that tend to charge for other things and these guys didnt charge us a dime after it was confirmed that it wasnt what they thought it was.Thank you everyone there that worked on our truck. The only place I go to in VB. Staff is always friendly and exceptionally professional. Really appreciate the repeat-backs when the techs are talking to ensure everything is done correctly. Last time I went one staff member took an extra 2 minutes to inspect my tires and give advice, not something you see many other places.

Took the afternoon off of work to get an alignment and had an appt. Checked in early. Was the only one waiting for an alignment. 30 minutes after my appt they put a different truck on the rack. An hour and 10 minutes after my appt still working on same truck, no ones touched mine or come talk to me about why making an appt doesnt matter. Got to listen to them upsell a guy on rotors after telling him that he didnt need them, though. Left without an alignment after wasting an afternoon.

Took my car in at 8a for oil change and state inspection. Greeted with smiles. Left car. Inspection was completed by 2p. Great place for car care. Did not have appointment. Third visit. Sstisfied each time.

If you get your tires rotated here and your vehicle is equipped with the driver warning system of low air, make sure they reset your settings, otherwise, like I experienced, I had a low tire and my display said it was my back left tire, turned out it was the front right because they never adjusted my settings after rotating my tires (and I was not aware it needed to be done) so when I had a low air alert, I put air in the wrong tire. At that point I had too much air in one tire and not enough in another (I did not have a gauge with me when I put air in the tire).

Very prompy and informative

Very positive experience and I highly recommend them. I had a bolt in my tire. Got in quickly. They showed me the tire was shredded in the inside. They ordered me a new tire, got it on the very next day. They were very reasonable in price and everyone was friendly and straight shooters.

I had my starter die on my truck so I had it towed too here because I had good experiences with them in the past however, this time was not the case. After I dropped it off I went and talked to the guys at the front desk and described to them what I had experienced. They told me they had been back up that day and they could not get to it that day ( which I was fine with). The very next day towards their closing time I called them and asked them for an update and they said they were not able to get to it and would be closed the next day due to it being Sunday. Fast forward four days later to Wednesday and the starter was finally installed. A two hour job took four days as every day I had to call to get in update they never took the time to call and say sorry we could not get to it and they bounced around the subject of setting a deadline. When I went in they had said they noticed my rear axle seals were leaking and needed to be replaced and if I’d like an estimate they would draw me up one. I waited an entire week for them to send me an estimate before going in face to face and forcing the issue. I set an appointment for Friday at 8 in the morning. Dropped off my vehicle the night prior and waited all day Friday with no communication as usual just to call and have the guy who answered the phone cut me off in the middle of my sentence just to say nope we didn’t get to it. Apparently when you set an appointment there it’s not honored. I had to completely readjust my schedule for the next day just because I was out my vehicle the next day when it was finally done I went in and they kept trying to up sale things that were wrong with my vehicle and charge me more. Too too it all off when I was rung up I all but had to force the issue of a discount from them for and inconvenience which their response to me asking for it was what do you want no offer no nothing which I replied what I thought was fair which was probably less than fair. I will never take my vehicle to them ever again poor customer service poor management and over all bad experiences from them.

I had a state inspection today for used truck. They failed me on the front brakes, front rotor, rear brakes, rear rotor, and front left ball joint. They also told me that if I replaced the left ball joint then I would need an alignment which is agreeable then he went on said I might have to replace the rack and pinion since its old (are you serious?) I agreed on the front brake and I would replace the front brakes since it was getting near the brake backing but not the front rotors since I replaced the rotors last year. There was a little play in the front left ball joint but not enough to flag me on that part since its an older truck. As for the rear brakes, I still have a lot of brake pads left but they insisted not only that I have to replace the rear brake pads but I also have to replace the rear rotors for no reason other than they said its not touching the rotors (I dont understand this part since the brake pads are clearly touching the rotors). I told the manager that he is making it difficult for me and he questioned me where I have been taking my truck for inspection in the past (Is this appropriate question?) I told him it is an older car so if you want to find something wrong then you will find them. Dont they realize that I have a used truck so not everything will work like a new car. I understand the shop do not get compensate much for state inspection but if this shop wants to write up all the unnecessary repairs then the shop is either incompetent or trying to generate additional business under this difficult time. I told them that I dont have money to do all these unnecessary repairs. There is a different between providing safe inspection versus trying to take advantage of your customer. I came to this shop based on location and google review and but unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this shop and I also canceled my other car state inspection which was scheduled for tomorrow. Please beware especially if you have an older car.

I have been to this location several times since they opened. I like the fact that during oil changes, they are very efficient and take the time to go over all the results and mIntain a very professional and friendly conversation. I also like during inspections that they have recommended items, although not needed for i spection to prepare for as an up and coming expense or options to get it done while you are already there. Super friendly associates and I always feel like I am getting a good value for the service. Ill be back.

This place would be great for someone who knows the ins and outs of their own cars or have older vehicles. If you have a good dealership that hooks you up with reduced or free oil changes or if your car takes synthetic, take your car somewhere else. I was charged over $70 for a synthetic oil change which I could’ve gotten for half that price at my dealership. I only went to this place out of convenience and my car needed an oil change relatively soon. Don’t rely on their multi point inspections either. You could feasibly do a visual inspection of your own car and get the same quality of work as this place does. Their multi points consist of fluid level check, air filter check, and lights/instruments checks. Don’t expect anything meaningful. Their quality of work and customer service are decent enough. That’s the only reason I gave them anything above a star.

Went for an oil change. Was served immediately and efficiently. The whole thing was great. I only gave 4 stars though because it was so expensive. $68.17 seems a bit much even for synthetic oil and that was including a $5 first-time customer discount. Will check around for a better price before going there again.

I needed a quick oil change and they offer a 10 minute one which was so awesome and I didnt even have to leave my vehicle. Elisa impressed me so much and made sure everything done to my vehicle was explained so I could understand. There is no pressure to buy anything else and you can tell she cares about the customer. She conversated with me while work was being done. I wish I had found this place sooner because everyone I encountered was so friendly and knew what they were talking about. People really need to do business here because Im definitely going back all the time.

Always go here for a quick oil change and this time around I had a few issues I wanted the mechanics to look into for me. Eric was especially accommodating and took on a challenging window diagnosis (which he successfully figured out!). He also helped me free of charge to diagnose a squeaky brake AND tire pressure check.

I am from another state visiting family, when a problem developed. My daughter who lives in VB had previous work done by this place, and recommended them to me. So brought car in, and diagnosis revealed 2 other issues as well. Although costly, i had them do all 3 things. They were very courteous, explained everything so i could understand them, and kept me informed thru the process. I did have to bring the car back because a new noise was happening where they did the original work, but they got me right in, and fixed it quickly, knowing i was leaving on a long trip shortly thereafter. Every person working there I encountered were all awesome! Great place!

Awesome service. The store manager Jordan always takes care of any concerns I have. His team is very professional and honest. The prices are cheaper on mechanical issues but slightly higher on oil changes in comparison to some of the other local shops. However, where else can you get your oil changed and all fluids topped off with complete inspection in under 15 minutes. Best part is you never have to get out of the car. I highly recommend everyone visit Jordan and his team for your car care needs.

I always come here for fast and decently priced oil changes. Honestly what this place is REALLY winning points on is how fast they get the oil change done and you can stay right in your car while it’s done. Other services - meh, I go other places, waits are either too long or prices higher then where we’d normally go. But DEFINITELY go here for oil changes.

Based on the visual appearance of my front brakes and the grooves I thought it was time to get the brakes serviced.I made an appointment and went in this morning and Elisa did a great job with everything.After a few minutes the manager came out and told me there is absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes or my brake pads and I had at least another twenty thousand miles left before they would need to be replaced.He thoroughly explaied how the grooves may have gotten their prior for my last brake pads were replaced.I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of a service station which is hard to find in todays world.I will definitely be back when its time!

Hands down the BEST service experience ever!! I drove right up without an appointment. I had my oil and filter changed, courtesy checks, and air in my tires all in less than 10 mins! I didn’t even have get out of my vehicle. The manager was extremely friendly and you could tell she really cared about providing top quality service to my vehicle. Safety was obviously a priority as she communicated and gave instructions to her team. Ease of mind was over the top knowing that my vehicle was in the best hands. DO NOT think twice of coming to them for any maintenance your vehicle needs. They are very quick yet thorough and do not try to push unnecessary maintenance. Fast and reliable service. Went in for an alignment and they got it set on the first try. Lifted vehicles are hard to get on the first run but they got mine on it. 2000 XJ w/ 8.5 inch suspension lift and 35x12.5 M/T2s. Great place and WILL be using them again for my alignment needs.

Was looking for a place close by to get my oil changed. Stopped by and they greeted me right away.I drove right in the bay and stayed in the car. Everything was explained and they let me use a coupon from another place.I asked questions, and they made recommendations, but didnt press me when I choose the normal oil change rather than mid grade or synthetic.

Oil change takes longer than 10 minutes, but they get you in and out quick. Plus you can sit in your car while they change your oil

I was trying to get a short-notice state inspection done after my plates arrived. I stumbled onto this place after striking out at several other shops. I could not be happier with the experience. Most places seem like doing a state inspection is an inconvenience to them, but these folks were awesome. They even put my license plates on for me even though I told them I could do it myself I just hadnt gotten to it yet.I realize an inspection is pretty easy, especially on a new vehicle, but its obvious that this is a quality shop and they treat their customers well. I will visit them for all our auto needs in the future!

Brought my Toyota for an oil Change before a trip to SC, my regular mechanic was back up and couldnt do it, went on the trip as soon I was back and my engine lights came one, call my mechanic and he did the reading and inspect the vehicle to find out the rose next to oil cap was knock out/removed when the oil was changed. Contact the manager and he batch my mechanic thats been with us over a decade.

It took over a week to get in for a state inspection! When I went to pick up my vehicle I had to go out into the garage to find someone. They really should have someone at the customer service desk for customers questions, etc. Youd think they would be there at POS to take your money at least!
