Had a tire pressure monitor illuminate on our Audi. We pulled in just to get off the road and check our tires. An employee came out spoke to my husband, checked all our tires, pulled out his inflator, made sure all tires were good and there were no leaks and said, have a good day, come back if you have a problem. Didnt charge us and wouldnt take any cash. Now thats a great business!!!

Will definitely take my car again. They were very honest with us. The had my car fixed and ready for pick-up in 3 hours. I was worried it was gonna have to be their a couple of days. They did everything we asked and at a great price. The most important thing to me was their honesty. Will take my car back again for sure.

I had a leaky valve stem on my TPMS and called first thing and they were able to squeeze me in right away and replace the leaking one with a standard non TPMS one and saved our vacation! People there were wonderful and very kind. Please give them your business.

I was on the way home from a week of camping with a car loaded full and my kids with me as my husband had already left. I got a flat tire on Princess Anne Road and was lucky enough to be just past Back Bay Auto. They immediately called and said they didn’t have any one in the shop but the owner would be right up. My tire was replaced within 30 minutes at an extremely reasonable rate and I was back on my way. Everyone we dealt with was so friendly and accommodating and made a bad situation so much better!

I’ve used them before and they’ve been great but I was in a hurry to get my state inspection done and they fit me right in and I hardly had to wait! Plus they are so nice and kind. Definitely recommend!

I was recently referred to Back Bay by a friend who lives in Pungo. I was in staying in Sandbridge for a 2 week vacation, and I’m sure you can imagine trying to find a mechanic you trust, while on vacation. As I exited my vehicle, Patti met me, asking how they could help. Long story short....I dropped my truck off that afternoon, received use of their courtesy vehicle and had my truck back within a couple days, receiving a fair bill and quality service. Here’s the extraordinary thing. I dropped my truck off the day prior to Hurricane Isaias, and cutting power to most of the area.

Returning to Pa I heard a noise in the front end of my Chevy Silverado. Called Back Bay at 8:00. 90 minutes later the truck was repaired and on the road. Great service!
