Phil is the man!! My sunroof motor in my 2015 charger went out on me last week, and it’s been stuck in the vent position since then. I ordered the replacement part myself, and I was recommended to give Auto Boutique a call after calling around, and I’m so glad that I did! Phil took time out of his work to come out and check the sunroof problem out, and replaced my motor within 40 minutes. The prices I was quoted elsewhere for just the labor were nothing compared to what Phil quoted, literally an unbeatable price. Thank you SO much I really appreciate the help and work again Phil!!

I am not a prolific review writer, but I was extremely pleased with the timeliness and helpfulness of the folks at Auto Boutique. They were helpful on the phone and did a sunroof repair in less time that we thought was possible. My daughters sunroof blew out on I64 and we called all over Tidewater trying to find a shop to repair it. We had nearly decided to go to Pick-n-Pull to get a piece of roof metal to weld the opening shut - the prices were that high. A great shop foreman in Chesapeake told me that he would take the vehicle to Auto Boutique. He was right - this is the place to go!

Great place, friendly, quick and quality service. Loved working with Phil. I bought a leather interior kit through Katzkin and it got contracted out to the Auto Boutique. It was in and out in 24 hours and the inside looks great. Absolutely no complaints

Originally fixed my daughters sun roof and we thought they did a good job . After a period of time a wind leak developed due to the sun roof not properly seated . We took it back and they agreed to look at it . We have called several times for an appointment and get blown off each time . The other issue is my daughter has an autistic little girl and this excessive noise from the issue causes her to express emotional clicks and sounds . This company is glad to help you initially but dont go back if you have an issue from their work . Their follow through is unprofessional .
