They inflate their rating with fake reviews. Extremely predatory behavior towards young people and military. It is a sad day to see someone go out of there way to rip of young sailors. Somehow they get on base and taxi young sailors to their dealership and pressure them into buying a car. Nothing of value in this world will be lost when this place inevitably closes down.

Predatory behavior on military members that don’t know what they’re signing up for. Disgusting behavior.

If youre new to the area. they like to sucker people in. They make you feel comfortable but honestly thats a part of their plan. Sold a car worth around 5000 for 15000. Very over priced. Make sure to do your research and get the value of the car before you do anything. I had friends that went though them but its one of the worse dealerships. They should be black listed for military. They feed off the new guys going in. Pure trash. They like to get on their google account and seem like people are getting mixed up with purchasing from another dealership. Honestly thats almost impossible. Im sure you know when you have had a bad experience they would know and they wouldnt waste their time.

Great help and friendly service. Rob and Tim hooked it up and they didn’t pressure me at all. They helped me get a 9% apr. The other dealers tried to sell me a car at 19%. These guys are awesome! A lot of my friends have bought cars here on my shop too! Now I see why.

Do not recommend. Theyll take advantage of your possible lack of knowledge and that they know youre in a rush to get a vehicle. Theyre prices are extremely unreasonable and they dont tell you what it is until paperwork is written up. And even then theyll only tell you if you badger them for the price over and over again. With that being said they are very nice people but I do not recommend for anyone

In the market for a truck. I’m willing to pay nada. I saw online this place had a avalanche but no price is listed. so I stopped in after checking the web for the nada. The truck comes in right around $14.600.00. They are asking $1,7900.00 then they want to hit you with a 3-500 fee for tags. They don’t offer any reason for the high price except to say the bank will loan 125% of a vehicles actual value. So basically they are saying they will charge 125% because that all they can get away with by law. Or they would over charge even more if they could get away with it I’m sure. I hate places like this. Waste of time and shows exactly how bad used car dealerships can be. this is literally what people think of when they mention used car dealers. People out to take advantage of you. On to the next spot with a grip of cash. I’m sure I’ll get what I’m after soon.

Dont ever come to this place and dont let the positive reviews fool you! I got a car here a few years ago and I found out I paid like $5,000-$7000 more than what the car was worth. This place is actually blacklisted by a lot of military commands. They were very pushy to me and I tried to return the car the day after I bought it and the employee was very rude to me. They try to take advantage of military people. They try to see how much you can get for a car loan and then see how much they can charge you. Do your research before buying a car.

Save yourself the number of text messages youll receive and either give them a fake number or go somewhere else. Thought it was just mine but hearing other people are just as annoyed by it. Clearly not appreciative of the money you spent on a car thats barely worth the amount and will more than likely have issues soon after from things they did not disclose. Its not professional to try to guilt someone who spent that much to send people over there constantly whether you know people or not and act like they owe you anything more than the money they already spent at least biweekly.

They were helpful until our transmission went out. Warranty was not reliable. No paperwork on the car was given to us. We are a newlywed military couple and this place was recommended based on their ratings. Basically, theyll promise you to be there whenever and all the time until the car has issues. We only had the car 3 months and the transmission died on a 2015 Nissan Altima (recalled model we werent aware of). We went through Nissan (told us we didnt qualify for the warrenty), was told to pay $200 for a fluid check when we were pretty sure the fluid was contaminated. So, on top of paying $100 insurance, $415 loan, and $300 repairs, it really dampened the whole situation. Not to mention we had to purchase another car for transportation.Sadly, because of the overwhelming positive reviews, this one will be overlooked. But talking to local military families or other dealerships, and when we mention Shore Drive, theyve either had similar negative situations or know how they really run their business.We found someone who can repair our transmission for way cheaper and way faster than what Shore Drive promised...we hadnt have had that car for 6months now. And Shore will manage to say its our fault the car is still on the lot and theyve done everything, yet, theyll tell you ”We’ll do anything - we’re here for you. Call us anytime.” And we have texted, called, asked for updates, etc. But, naively, we trusted that they had things under control. Then, if you confront them, theyll turn it around and say its our responsibility to get it up and working...when, we’ve been contacting them, the Nissan dealership, and our insurance and even spoke to legal. Last time my car was in the shop, it wasnt our job to fix the car.They even mentioned getting us a RENTAL, but that never happened...every time my car was in the shop or an accident, I had a rental that day. I get theyre a small business, but really, dont tell your customers you can do something or provide something and then give a reason why you cant.Sorry, they have great customer service, but theyre a small business and theyre going to treat their customers as such. Disappointed, but networked with other dealerships and car mechanics and have found our own solution. We cant afford a lemon vehicle and false promises and extended wait times.

I appreciate all that was done, for all the help. All that trouble with the bank but in the end got me the car I wanted. I highly recommend the dealership to all my friends who are looking to buy a car.

Horrible experience. Never buy a car from here. I was sold a car that had a electrical problems the moment I drove away. No refund just a bunch of promises to fix it through a personal mechanic. I dont know about any of you but when I buy a car I expect it to work entirely. They have a million and one service members cac card information logged and saved into their computer as well. This place should be black listed. Again horrible experience just buy your car from a legitimate dealer to save the headache
