Employees are rude, sarcastic and generally unhelpful. You (the owner) replied saying you observed my interaction with the associate and failed to follow directions. Did you fail to observe the associate rolling his eyes and huffing/puffing before we even got to the point? Did you observe the lack of direction given despite telling him at the beginning of our interaction that I dont do this often? Yes, the email was given but it was a short yeah, the email is right there and quickly pointed forward... and there are business cards with a ups email address, which I thought was what you were referring to. Rudeness is never acceptable, especially since I simply did not know what I was doing and got increasingly nervous as the sarcasm mounted. Defending this is irresponsible, honestly, but if you stand by your post, thats alright with me. Maybe this location just isnt for me.

I WENT THERE TO GET A UPS SHIPPING LABEL PRINTED AND THEYRE GONNA CHARGE ME ALMOST $5 FOR ONE DAMN PEACE OF PAPER? TALK ABOUT RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!! I WILL CALL UPS ABOUT THIS TOO. HOW IS A UPS LOCATION CHARGING PEOPLE TO PRINT UP SHIPPING LABELS FOR UPS SHIPPING. UPS LABEL HENCE THE COMPANY UPS. Apparently they make their own hours here and just close whenever they want to which is very inconvenient and horribly unprofessional. If you have your hours listed online, follow them. If something comes up at least post a sign on the door. Really upset I wasted my time to come here for it to be closed when it was supposed to be open.

It was a good experience. I was waited on right away and my gifts that I was mailing were boxed, weighed and I paid for them and was finished quickly. The man behind the counter was very nice and polite. I will go back there again when I need to mail packages again.

UPS would be my 1st choice. I gave it a 3 stars, only because the UPS truck driver drives way to fast down my street. It will only take one child hit and killed for UPS take a big hit. The almighty dollar isnt worth it.

I ship regularly out of state and have never experienced anything other than professionalism and courtesy. When I first started shipping things, as a 1st timer, the associate took their time to explain things and helped me pick out the right box and way to send it. Happy to see there are still people willing to help you out.

Who the hell closes early the day before Christmas eve? People have packages that theyre waiting on. Phones disconnected, have no way to get in contact with the people here. called several hours before closing. Any other day my packages get re-delivered to my address. Of course before Christmas, they decide to deliver packages to this trash heap and now I cant get my packages. Christmas is basically ruined.After reading a few other reviews, this seems like a habit, basically they only work when they feel like it. If theyre not going to be reliable and maintain the business then they need to notify UPS drivers to not deliver packages to this location as they are untrustworthy. The quality of a parcel delivery service is hinged on their ability to ensure packages get to customers on time and with minimal inconvenience. Cant wait until Tuesday to complain to corporate.

Avoid at all cost! This ups store does NOT follow their own posted hours of operation! this is a franchise not owned by UPS which means there’s no accountability or anything ups can do. I had a very important urgent package delivered there and when I went to pick it up the store was closed even when their posted hours said they closed two hours past the time I was in! UPS could not do anything.

As of August 29th of 2018 I write this as one of the most satisfied customers to date. Due to the UPS truck losing my package during an order Ive had to refund someone and I was out around 600 dollars at first, but the owners of this establishment had been with me for the entire 2 month process and had helped me get all 600 dollars back and so I cant thank them enough.

I paid a good amount for shipping and a candle broke!! The guys at the store were very nice and they refunded me the shipping and cost of the candle. Its not their fault but Ill be going through regular mail from now on.

AVOID....this business its a rip off.. This used to be a nice family run business and was reasonable and fair to pack and ship your fragile items. ALERT... Must be new owners Thier charges for pack n ship are outrageous and added on after they wrote you the price. Another local business taken over by people who could careless AVOID this rip off scammer at all costs...

HORRIBLE customer service super rude &I they charge 3.11 plus tax to print one black and white piece of paper ! Staples lets you print one for .11 and they ship it to ! Never going here again 2nd time Ive been treated with terrible customer service! Also watched the cashier rip up a customers shipping label and throw it on the counter and get super nasty with him and he left super upset! Ridiculous these people are hired to work in public. Ive never written a review before but this was just terrible.

The employee who helped me, Tiffany had a bad attitude. She has no customer service skills. The employees were not helpful with another customer who was trying to pick up a package. They were not willing to help the customer with receiving her package. I will never go to that UPS store again!
