I have contacted the owner via email and phone call, but to no avail. I left voice messages and have heard absolutely nothing back. Despite not receiving any answers, I drove an hour away to his store because Google said it’s open, and his answering machine says, “If we don’t answer it’s because we’re helping a customer or the music is too loud”. Well the music must’ve died a long time ago, because this place no longer exists! I went to the address provided and it’s a whole other business. They told me they’ve been trying to get Google to make the change, but nothing is happening.

I would have shopped here if it was capable of being found...

Inquired multiple times about a Jackson Soloist Custom guitar and received email that they were out of stock and would contact me when it was in stock for sale. Never heard back. Sent follow up email. Never heard back. Other high end guitar shops do a better job on follow up.

I don’t play guitar, but I stopped in there to see if any repairs could be done to my horn (since some guitar places also have brass supplies). It is strictly a guitar store, but I’m giving this place five stars because the owner was very helpful. He took time to let me know where his daughters go for their woodwinds and even emailed me the store’s name! I must mention that if I were to look for a guitar, I’d definitely go there since there seems to be a great selection!

All these comments dont make sense. I bought 3 guitars from there and they came in perfectly fine. No sketchiness needed.

Came across CMC after a fairly fruitless search for a PRS A15L. Stephen was incredibly helpful from the outset in terms of getting the guitar packed and ready to ship to the UK, patiently working with me whilst my credit card provider decided to lift the block and liaising with my shipper to ensure collection, communicating with me regularly until receipt of the guitar. Cant fault the service - Highly Recommended. A1+

Tom Hawk is the guitar luthier here and has done a great job on many of my guitars, some of which havent seen the light of day for 20 years and theyre like new again .

Best experience I have ever had buying a guitar (thanks Steve!), best guitars Ive ever seen any dealer carry in stock, and funny enough, the Jackson I purchased is also best guitar I have ever owned. Now thats what 5 stars are about. CMC Guitars is the amazing!

I agree. it is very sketch. every other guitar store on the net is and has been out of the evh circles guitar for a while (theyre discontinued) yet this store mysteriously has them in stock for a low price. and no, they dont answer their phone. any order you place with them will eventually have to be handled through your credit card companys resolution center because im sure the product will never arrive.

CMC Guitars is one of the best kept secrets as far as guitar/amp stores go. I have been buying from Steve(owner) for years. He is always top notch in service and knowledge of the gear.As far as the gear goes… all top notch stuff… we’re talking custom shop Charvels, Jackson, Fender Custom Shop, McNaught, PRS, etc. Just walking into the showroom and your mouth will drop to the floor and GAS(Gear Acquisition Syndrome) will ensue.On top of that, he always seems to have the latest gear shown at the NAMM shows just a bit earlier than other retailers so that’s always a plus.If you’re looking for a store that’s heads up about the Sam Ash’s and Guitar Centers, then go to CMC Guitars. You won’t be disappointed.
