Very willing to accommodate highly specific requests. Built a 51 P Bass, and wanted specific weights, hole diameters, profiles, etc. They achieved 99% of the requests, with just one minor miss (truss plug material). The bass is brilliant; better than anything I could buy sight unseen from Fender.

I bought a Strat neck, 64 style with curved (veneer) fingerboard and clay dots. Very satisfied. Worth the extra expense as no one else I am aware of attempts to be as detailed. It took some time but worth the wait. Ill be back!

Very very bad customer sevices for Canadian customer. I ordered a strat neck to dropship to MJT (whos do finish and relic). When I received the neck I notice that it have a 10 radius instead of compound 10 to 12 radius ($40 US extra for nothing), sharp no roll Fingerboard Edge Style instead of semi rolled....Musikraft want me to pay for shipping & customs fee to ship back the neck to check if I am not an idiot....and will not pay for finishing the neck that I already paid to MJT......
