I had a bathroom that needed to be renovated except the tub and toilet, but we needed all of the fixtures.ACE provided oil rubbed bronze accessories (grab bar, towel bar, toilet paper holder, robe hook and toilet flushing lever) that matched the tub and tile.We also ordered cabinets above the vanity and toilet. The price was a little higher than we expected, so we tried to get the items at one of the big box hardware stores but they were either out of stock (even though listed on website) or weeks away from being available.So we went back to ACE. All of the items were there in the building except the tub drain and toggle and the cabinets. We placed the order. We went from the beautiful showroom to an enormous warehouse. The other items arrived in time to be installed by either me, our contractor or plumber.Once everything was installed I realized I needed a shower curtain rod to match the fixtures. They ordered it. The project was done.This is where most of the local professional plumbers go for their supplies. These professionals just use word of mouth not necessarily an online rating system.

Was told to try the main Ace store in Vineland for needed parts. Called to speak with the parts department. Gentleman was very helpful and patient with my lack of electrical knowledge. Described my issue and gentleman advised what I needed to do to find more information, that I could call back. Called back, got the same gentleman, he advised what I needed and confirmed they had a bunch in stock. I arrived after the weekend to receive quick service. Their system was flawless. Definitely recommend using their services again!

Knowledgeable people working the parts counter. If youre working on a DIY home project its best to write everything down, take measurements, bring old parts with you and even take cell phone pics of your project if possible. Basic homeowner knowledge is usually not enough to provide these guys with the info theyll need to assist you.

Take forever to answer phones, counter guys are hit an miss, most of the time they are just plan lazy . They do mostly carry a large variety of stock . Bob the warehouse guy is great .

Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. They run their business like a well-oiled machine, from ordering to payment to pick-up of parts. They had exactly what we needed, they asked us the questions they needed to know to get us taken care of correctly, and they were very knowledgable.

Absolutely horrible experience!!! They would only honor a warranty by giving me the part after I already had my 2 year old heater repaired by a repairman. They told me when I called that if the tech got the part elsewhere they would refund me for what the part costs at their store when I brought in the bad part. That was a lie!!!! They just lost my business!!!

My experience with this establishment was terrible to say the least!I needed a specific unit ( hot water heater) for radiant floor heat. I paid $1500 dollars cash for my order. When I got home and opened the box I discovered the WRONG unit. No big deal, the next day I taped the box up and brought it back to return/ exchange it for the right one. They would NOT accept it back or exchange it!! They said well we dont know if you installed it or not, you could have bent the mounting bracket or something...WOW, total BS....I even contacted the manufacturer and they said that they would credit ACE for the unit or send a new box for them to sell it but management at ACE didnt want to hear it... My advice to home owners is to STAY AWAY. They dont care about you unless you are a contractor with an ongoing account with them. Now Im beat for $1500 bucks with a unit that is worthless to me.

The showroom is magnificent and they have a staff of highly trained specialists for bathroom design and lighting. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process from selection to delivery. Prices were very competitive and I have nothing but praise for them.

Ron Basolis is the man !!! I went into ACE not knowing what i needed to install my complete HVAC system.He got me everything I needed at a fair price and answered every question along the way .The HVAC system works great, youre definitely not getting this service at homedepot !!!

Front counter employees are hit and miss with knowledge, sometimes given incorrect advice for example a concentric HVAC tube the one guy said it should have been mounted sideways to not let water in (ever heard a condensate pump?) . Their HVAC guy who works in the back for design is terrific and a real professional. Pricing I didnt think was great-called them for a few quotes and they were high, so not my place of first resort. Inside is clean, parking not an issue, but the service and pricing give it a 3.5 so I give you a 4 star review.Update, called again today, they hung up on me from the transfer. Called back, said I was disconnected, they did not apologize. I get a guy behind the counter who kept asking who it was for and I told him a cash customer. I gave him a valid part # for a Carrier limit switch and was told it was not correct. He kept saying nope as if he was unable to articulate other words. NOTE FOR OWNER: TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES AND MONITOR THEIR CALLS. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AND I DO HAVE AN ACCOUNT THERE
