I have a hard time finding glasses to fit my face. The lady, Kathy was such a doll. She helped me pick out glasses and the first pair I tried on were the perfect fit. Kathy was very patient, polite, bubbly, a joy to be around, etc. She helped me so much. I purchased glasses and contact lenses. Kathy gave me great customer service, I want her to help me in the future when I purchase glasses. Thank u so much Kathy it is people like you that make shopping for glasses a fun experience. Kathy is definitely an asset to Lens Crafters. God bless you.
VERY DISAPPOINTED! I had cataract surgery in both eyes so have been waiting a long time to be able to get new glasses that are the correct prescription for my healed eyes. I picked out a frame and lenses on Sept. 30 and received an email on Oct. 6 they were ready! I was thrilled... Until I put them on! They were like trying to read through a coke bottle! They were progressives, like I have worn for many years, but there was no way to focus distance OR reading with these lenses. I was told they needed to be remade. On Oct. 15 I was told over the phone that the lense was made to small and was loose in the frame, so they need to be remade AGAIN! Now I must wait another 7 or 8 days! You would think they could at least make it a priority. Or maybe offer a DISCOUNT??? The only thing I was offered was my money back if I want to start over somewhere else! That doesnt help me, although I could have had them made somewhere else for half the price I paid for these! I thought I was treating myself going to an expert? Lesson learned!!!UPDATE: JUST PICKED UP MY $600. COACH GLASSES (after all discounts)! THEY GAVE ME THE MOST HORRENDOUS VINYL GENERIC CASE IVE EVER SEEN IN MY 50 YEARS OF WEARING GLASSES! SERIOUSLY??? Now I have to pay another $40 for a case.

Do not go here if you need your yearly eye exam. There is a 2 week waiting period for new patients here to receive your script even if you have proof that you have been wearing that brand contact for years. As someone who has moved around a lot for work over the last 5 years, with new eye doctors each year, this was incredibly annoying. The doctor(s) are also never there and scheduling followups is a hassle. Stay Away.
Very disappointed. Ive gone here for years and usually get my glasses in the spot but this time I had a wait. Ordered my new set on Saturday and was told Id have to wait a will but luckily they were ready in four days. The issue is that when I went in for pick up, I tried them in for fit but didnt take a good enough look at them. The lenses were very dirty as if cleaning solution wasnt properly cleaned off plus there is etching or letters on my lenses.
Everything was good and they meet my needs

Great customer service. However, I paid for new prescription sunglasses and almost 2 weeks later, they are still not in. I have not heard anything.Patiently waiting!??

My family and I had a great experience at this LensCrafters. Our LensCrafter associate Kim was outstanding at customer service and she really cared and took her time with us . Kathy, who was the doctor on, was also outstanding. She really made sure we understood all the info and was very patient with questions!!!! They both made a great team. I would definitely highly recommend Kim and Kathy at The Cumberland Mall Lenscrafters to any of my friends and family.

This place is awful! I’d recommend you go somewhere else.The expected time to get glasses back is over 1 month despite their estimated time of arrival (they said 2weeks) for both my husbands and mine. We are still waiting for my son’s contacts(they said 2 or 3 weeks) and it’s been over 2 months. But wait there’s more... Viviana’s attitude is terrible via phone & in person, not professional at all. She also messed up our appointment times & said she had no time to see us time of the appointment.Will not be coming here again and would not recommend this place at all.
Moment I walked in greeted with are you paying out of pocket or insurance, WTF does it matter . I came in for a eye exam very rude right from the start. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB MOVE ON, EVEN THE EYE DOCTOR IS GRUMPY . STAY FAR AWAY !!!!! WORST PLACE EVER .
The staff is very friendly and helpful but the Doctors are really incompetent. I was examined by two of them for my contact lenses and neither of them gave me a good prescription which resulted in eye pain and a great deal of hassel. In frustration I asked to be given contacts in my origional prescription since I had been wearing contacts for years and never had this problem before. They even messed that up. Please save yourself the money, frustration and hassel of going to this store.
Manager has a bad attitude and they take forever to attend you for no reason. Everyone around me sitting down was complaining about the service, its like they make us wait on purpose. Never again will I go there I almost was about to tell them to give me my money back and walk out
State they do walking. Not true. And they opened at 10 and the Dr is done at 345..what kind of hours is that? And the girl at the counter knew nothing about her job.
