Placed a delivery order from this store on 8/7/21 for chocolate strawberries plus an I Love You balloon. The balloon was never delivered and the arrangement was way inferior to what the website had portrayed. The store and the customer service at their corporate office were closed for the weekend. I tried contacting the store multiple times on Monday, but there was no answer. Upon contacting the corporate office, I was told that they cant deliver the balloon that I had paid for and they had forgotten to deliver and that they will give me a refund! I didnt want a refund. I just wanted my order to be delivered correctly. But still no refund!! Id never order from this store again and quite frankly, I will not do business with edible arrangements ever again!
Deserves 0 stars, absolutely embarrassing and disgraceful! Avoid this location!!!! We ordered flowers for my mom that they dropped off on the porch and ran away and the flowers were all dead!!!! The fruit assortment that arrived was DRY and nasty. Called the Vineland location and Vanessa said they were going to send a new one but they never did anything to fix it!!!On another occasion my step father ordered $65 edible arrangement for a friend who had a death in the family and they never got it!!!!Never again.

Every time it tastes like every piece of fruit was made with LOVE. So grateful for this establishment to exist in our area! Highly recommend ESPECIALLY as a gift!

I have a good friend who has been battling breast cancer and other issues. This arrangement was supposed to convey how much she means to me and my well wishes for her to get better. This arrangement did not deliver that message. I purchased the largest one (see below) with 2 balloons. The second picture shows what she actually received. The fruit was only a third of what I ordered and there were NO balloons. I called and spoke to Vanessa who acted as if a $20 credit should appease me and when I told her I would rather they resend the exact one I ordered and that the cost is not the issue. She said there was nothing else she can do for me but she would have the owner call me directly. This was three weeks ago and no one has called me.
I placed two orders to send out for Easter. One was to my house for my daughter and I purchased a balloon for $5 ... When they delivered it they did not have a balloon and I asked the driver he said they were on back order and they ran out. She advised me to call the store and tell them that I needed a refund for it. I then called the Bensalem store and was put on hold for 6 minutes hung up and tried back three times and was hung up on. I had to call online customer service for them to open a case for $5 its absolutely ridiculous they finally tried to call me back they should have just refunded me the money I shouldnt have to chase them down if they didnt have what I ordered. Their prices are expensive and its managed poorly

I personally have never had a problem with edible arrangements I love their service & twice never had a problem with my orders fresh fruits and the lady that attended me Vanessa is so kind & sweet I would completely recommend family & friends ❤️
To small for price! Ordered fruit -some covered with chocolate in like vase. Fruit did not look fresh and vase was not one ordered. Gave a me a dark color vase for a female gift. Pictures are deceiving. Will not by from them again!
I just received my second arrangement and both times they were amazing. A colleague of mine sends them to our office and we are so happy that he does. Fruit is fresh and this time they were chocolate dipped. I was impressed that the chocolate was not melted or soft even though it took some time for me to get to them due to a meeting. I fully enjoy getting arrangements from here and wouldnt think twice to place an order when the time arrives. Thank you to all the staff!
Store hours are wrong on here. Ordered something for a birthday dinner and it never arrived. Called for a cancellation and refund. Shame, business updated their hours a week ago according to google... but the hours aren’t right. $63 spent with nothing to show on a birthday and no call from the store. (Website states if same day delivery can’t be done, they’ll call to arrange a delivery on another day.)
Bethany and the manager were very kind and accommodating to my order. They are extremely helpful and passionate about their jobs. I love ordering from this location. Definitely recommending to others!

I placed order two weeks ago, I cancelled the delivery so I could pick it up. I told them 12pm, when I got there 12:30 I was told it’s out for delivery then it wasn’t done cause they didn’t have a pick up time written down. I was told I could get a refund. It’s Valentines Day what else would I get? They all had attitudes. I will never again go there. They will delivery it for free and if it’s not delivered lord help them.

They never answer the phone during normal business hours or deliver on the proper day. They have delivered arrangements several days later on multiple occasions. Horrible business management!

Very clean and good customer service....been ordering here for years and never had a problem. The only problem here is snobby customers that think they have to jump when they say jump. Give these people a break. I can imagine how many orders have been placed for the holidays with them having to scramble around trying to get orders to their destinations on time. Not only that, Im pretty sure its frustrating having customers yelling at them expecting something at a certain time knowing that their order is not the only order this place of business have. Maybe if people werent so rude youll definitely get the service you deserve. My fiance ordered me a Valentine’s Day arrangement and they charged him for two things he did NOT receive. They told him they were too busy that day; they did refund him for the one item..and when we called about refunding him for the other the manager never returned our call. We called for one whole week, at least five times, and never received a call back for our refund. The vase the arrangement came in was chipped and broken. I would NOT recommend shopping here...order flowers or make your own fruit arrangement.

I placed an order weeks ahead to be delivered to my girlfriend on Valentine’s Day (we are in a long distance relationship). I waited patiently all day to hear that the order was delivered.At around 7 pm I started becoming concerned that there may be an issue. I called the Edible Arrangements location in Vineland to see what was up.Finally after waiting on hold, an employee from the store informed me that they didn’t have the fruit they needed to fulfill the Valentine’s Day orders. She was extremely rude and offered me an ultimatum of a refund or delivery on a later date. When asked about a discount, considering is was Valentine’s Day and the following day wouldn’t be the same, she rudely stated “we don’t do that.”I ended up taking the refund because I don’t want an irresponsible business with poor customer service to have my patronage.I would’ve thought that of all the days in the year, they would have Valentine’s Day well planned for.This was supposed to be a great surprise for my significant other, but it ended up ruining my Valentine’s Day.

Service is terrible. I place an order online with specific time instructions, they went to deliver the arrangement AFTER the office was closed. I go in to get a refund the next day, I get no apology, or reason WHY the arrangement was not delivered in a timely manner. Shania who provided the refund needs a little more training on how to deal with customers.
So disappointed in Vineland NJ edible arrangements my husband paid over 100 dollars to have an arrangement delivered my job. I work at a hospital they paged a the lady on the take which was Lynda so my husband called and fault with them and said my arrangement was delivered. They came to my house at 730 at night trying to give Lynda arrangement when we call we she told me to go ask Lynda for her arrangement. Really?? So you want me hunt down a working out of 1000 who got her delivery at 11am today and ask for her Valentines day gift. What when I go back to work two days from now? Are you serious my husband is so mad completely ruined Valentines day.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! I ordered an arrangement for my grandmother - Ive ordered before and she was very happy. But THIS TIME, only about 25% of what was ordered was delivered, the box of dipped fruit, the balloon, and the card were missing and she said what was delivered looked like a bunch of sticks with some fruit stuck on top. Since we ordered a Large and it cost $80, we think she should have gotten more. We called the store to ask that they sent the missing box of dipped fruit and balloon and the manager started to scream at us! Eventually she promised to deliver the missing box and balloon and then never did. We called a second time and they told me to have my grandmother drive over and show them the flawed arrangement - she can barely drive and, for gods-sake, they messed up her birthday. My mother finally called corporate and filed a complaint, if the order is not remedied, were going to file for disputed charges with the credit card company. There is no reason I can give this store even a single star - but I have to in order to post. The customer service is rude, abominable and very low class.
On the phone I wasnt finished asking questions and was rudely hung up on. Like WOW!!!! ID LIKE TO KNOW WHO THIS INDIVIDUAL IS AT 3600 E. LANDIS AVE. Timeframe was about 3:40ish in the PM. I hope your day gets better. My time today has been really rough and I was trying to make it a Lil better by putting a smile on someone elses face. I didnt get to do it with Edible Arrangements. I placed an order yesterday a little after 5pm and requested a pickup, Based on the site it says that the store closes at 7pm, however when I arrive at 6:10pm there was a hand written paper staying that they closed at 5pm. And now Im trying to call and the number is disconnected. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

No delivery on Valentines Day- Called phone rang busy for over an hour. Drive out there they had the phone off the hook. They proceeded to give my husband the box of strawberries he ordered and said we are lucky to get that- the van broke down and they have 6 people working there. Very rude very strange environment. I was actually cursed at... We asked for a refund and left .. Called and manager said she wasnt there she would handle it. Will never use that store again EVER!!!! Will call coooerate to let them view their horrible review status! I hope they cleaned house with that crew they had on Valentines Dayb

Ordered a nice arrangement for my wife... my first time having something delivered to her job. I was extremely excited, was waiting all day to here the joy in her voice... I kept in contact with them all day. Called at 618pm was told the driver was delivering in Bridgeton. Was told she would call the driver and have to come to my home next because my wife works at a school and they deliver to schools and businesses first. Well that never happened so at 618pm when I called she said it would be delivered when she came back to Vineland. Ok I can live with that at 739pm on my way home from work I was touching base again and now I get a story that the van was broke down, no deliveries went out, and we can deliver tomorrow... ITS VALENTINES DAY TODAY, NOT TOMORROW.... never will you get my business again... why couldnt you tell me earlier that l van broke down... why lead me to believe that my wife was going to get her gift, but in reality it was never going to happen all... and if I didnt call you, when were you going g to call me and let me know... 0 stars for this place if you ask me...
I would give it no stars if possible l, place is a joke, never delivered my wifes order on Valentines day and then I had to call to find out they ran out of fruit and the drivers van broke down and they cant get ahold of her. Typical excuses but I wont be using them again.

This place is THE WORST! No one ever answers the phone, their deliveries are always late, if they show up at all. Their customer service sucks, their fruit is hardly up to standard and they never fulfill any complaints if you ever try and file one. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! I don’t even know how this place is still in business.

This is my second year in purchasing an arrangement for Valentines Day to my fiancé and both years I order a week or so in advance and both years it was NOT delivered at all not even attempted to be delivered I call the store was on hold for 25 MINUTES!!!! Someone finally picks up and says its still here in the store. Both years I was disappointed and was not going to order again from this store but I gave them a second chance and yet again they did it again!! So if you want it on a certain day dont expect it to arrive. Soo upset!
I was just here to purchase an item the door was locked and the girl unlocked the door just to tell me that they just closed...Sign clearly says close at 7pm and online also said 7pm mind you it was 5:15pm😡 never again and Im calling corporate!!
The $95 arrangement I ordered came with brown bananas was half the size it was supposed to be and looked nothing like I ordered. I have pictures. Customer service was awful, hung up the phone and a few hours later an $11 credit appeared on my account. Terrible terrible terrible.
