Staff is nice and helpful. I recently purchased a I phone charger. Returned the charger because it was defective. The clerk tried it out on there system and told me the charger was no good. They refused to give me another charger and would not return the $20. Dollars it cost me. To be fair I only spoke to a clerk not the manager. Nevertheless I will continue to support local businesses on the avenue, but will surely stay away from this store. I lost a twenty, hopefully no one else will.
I’ve been with boost for 15 years and have an iPhone 6s. A new costumer can get an iPhone 7 for 29.99 but I can’t can someone explain.
Ive always had a good experience with this store until recently. I brought my boyfriend in to transfer service from T-Mobile to Boost and he was offered a plan that included 6-months free. We choose that plan and paid the fees required and after everything was activated and our first month of service had passed the phone was disconnected. After calling we were told that our phone number wasnt eligible for that promotion! Why offer us a promotion and transfer our number from another carrier and lead us to believe that we would get the 6-months of free service knowing that our area code would not be covered in that promotion? FALSE ADVERTISING! And for the last week Ive been waiting to get a call from a manager and have yet to receive it! Worst customer service ever! Worst possible experience in my many years dealing with Boost Mobile! After this issue is resolved I will never return or advise anyone to visit this specific store!
