There was a lady named Eliza I think. She was extremely helpful. Halfway through purchasing my phone, I noticed that she clocked in. I asked her about it in she said that she was just finishing up lunch but that she noticed it was busy inside so she came in. I couldnt believe that she was helping me on her lunch break. After the purchase she asked if I would like her to transfer the data. She did not have to do that but just suggested it. And she was very helpful with my purchase of my Otterbox. And she even offered to put it on for me. She deserves a raise. Best customer service ever.

Staff was really friendly, their wifi and computers are terrible though. Im still waiting for my money back from a messed up transaction so I can actually get my new phone.
I come to this store to add a line and this female representative, whos name I decided not to disclose at this time, changes my plan without my consent. When I realized she changed the plan and said I did not want to to change it, the representative satated Its the same plan only updated and you will not pay more than youre paying now. When I got my bill it was $15 more per each line and my grandfathered in plan is no longer available! Still trying to resolve this with the corporate manager. Make sure you really watch them when you come in for a promotion, so you dont end up paying more then you want to.
I had a great experience today at at&t I was having difficulties with my phone charging ect and Nick was happy to help and assist me and actually got my phone working again after about 15 minutes or less. I’m so appreciative now my phones working again, thanks to Nick, he was awesome! :)

This is by far one of the best AT&T stores in the region. Superior customer service is a true key to there successful interactions with customers. They understand your needs and take care of all your problems with excellence. I highly recommend this AT&T location for all your phone servicing needs. I like to keep my name anonymous to not hurt any feelings. My last visit at this location was probably my last. As I’m standing waiting to be greeted I see 2 workers one working with one customer and the other one just sitting on her phone with no customer. As I waited over 5 minutes I was greeted by the male worker Charlie as he was working with a customer & still yet again the young girl with glasses has still not acknowledged me ... so I said my good byes to the gentlemen and walked out. I wish I would of gotten her name.
So happy to finally find the Vineland location! I normal go to the mall store but this is so much easier. I was so happy to be greeted by Rachel. She was friendly, happy, so willing to help me with my phone issue. When Im ready for my upgrade Im coming back to see her. Great Store!

I had an awesome experience here, Nick was amazing. I was switching from MetroPCS to AT&T and he made the waiting process much more manageable. I even got to eat tacos while I waited for my phone number to be ported.

I was told wrong information by the sales representative about switching to a new plan and after I signed a 2 year contract my bill is now $50 more than it was promised to beDo not trust anyone there, have all information presented in writing.All sales reps acted like theyre knowledgeable but as my bill proves they do not know all the fine print. Now Im stuck paying a lot more money every month with no way out until my contract is over.
I switched over to AT&T in October 2015 and specifically drove to this branch because of their excellent customer service. They were invaluable in helping me pick a phone (I was debating between the Galaxy 6 Edge and Note 5) and helping me setup everything on my account, transfer all of my old phones info, and setup my autobill payment every month! I would highly recommend this branch.
Went to the store in Vineland because I saw a post about the current deals they were offering. Nick K. Helped me out he was very helpful and professional. Looking forward to going back to pick up the new Note 9!

Experience at the store on Landis Avenue in Vineland New Jersey was the worst a bunch of young kids sitting around 1 ask me a question what I needed and then proceeded to tell me that the other guy would help me and he was busy with someone else I stood there for almost an hour and no one assisted me so I walked out never again. This store is not even worthy of 1 *
Miss. Omayra from the Vineland store has helped me so much the past two weeks. My phone was taken I had gotten it back but my service kept getting disconnected and every time I showed up she was very patient and helped me out. Her service and customer experience is amazing. Never felt neglected or anything. I know I cant give her a raise or a promotion but this woman deserves it. Cant ever co plain about how she treated me or anyone else for that matter. Shes very polite and just all around awesome.

This place is decent but their insurance carrier, Assurian, is the absolute worst. I believe they hire 8 year olds to run it.
All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The staff do everything in their power to help me. They also are always giving me advice on the newest phone and make sure that I take advantage the latest promotions.

I had a great experience at ATT in Vineland. I went to the mall and they couldnt fix my Galaxy Phone. Lester Hann spent a couple hours fixing my galaxy s7 and it is working perfect now! He was very patient and would not give up until he solved the problem without losing any of my information. It is too soon for me to upgrade, but I will send everyone I know to see him! I wish my apartment complex would allow Direct TV because he offered me a great deal and showed me all the cool features.

ATT on Landis ave is the place to go. I went to the mall first when I had issues with my iPhone and they didnt want to help me. Then I went to the ATT on Landis ave and Lester Hann was able to fix my phone. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am referring everyone to go see Lester.
My fiancé dropped his Verizon account to bundle with my att. Account, but he lost all service. Dax was very helpful in making the switch, but after that Jimmy had lost internet service and email service. Not sure how to handle it, we returned to the att. store and Daniel handled it quickly and restored his service easily.I had lost my email service on my iPad, which Daniel knew how to correct that problem as well....easilly, quickly and very politely. Hope everyone learns how really wonderful to have such great att. service!
