Initially we inquired about a vehicle we had been looking for and Vann Jeep Dodge was over an hour away. We were contacted by Shaye, I explained our situation and that we wouldnt be able to come to the dealer for several days due to work schedules and child care. From that point on she stayed in contact with us to keep us informed as to whether the vehicle was still there.We drove over an hour to get there and were connected with our salesperson Justin. He was extremely pleasant to work with. He was super knowledgeable about the vehicle, but also didnt overwhelm us with information. Once we knew it was a go he expedited the detailing and fueling of the car knowing we had such a long drive.We were in and out of the dealership in under 2 hrs which has been by far the fastest experience at a car dealer weve ever had.We loved that they didnt try to push extra products and its family owned, family oriented business. We will return for future purchases!

Awful service. Price gouging at its finest! Highly recommend confirming prices before going in. They don’t tell you the their jacking up the sticker price because of “Market Value Adjustments.” Basically you buy a car from them at $6k over sticker. In 2 years when the chip shortage issue is over your $6k in negative equity. The idiots their can’t seem to understand that. Absolutely awful. Not to mention their charging over $1000 for mud flaps and tire locks when you don’t even ask for that. Don’t forget to ask about their chip fee as well.

Waited over 2 hours for an oil change. When we asked how much longer we were going to have to wait, one of the service employees said that she accidentally put someone ahead of us. After we left and almost got all the way home, I live almost 30 minutes away, I realized that the oil change required light was still on. So I had to drive all the way back to have the light fixed. Luckily one of the mechanics was nice enough to come out to the parking lot right away even though one of the service employees was insisting on us pulling the car around and having to wait again.
My experience was very fulfilling. They accomplished everything I requested and gave great information on future maintenance for my vehicle.
The gentleman (Brian) we are working with has been very easy going and helpful so far. He has a lot of truck knowledge and is willing to share so you get what you need and want.

HORRIBLE SERVICE I was sold a extended warranty that I did not want I called Brandon the finance Manger the next day after double checking my paper work ( mind you we got to the dealership at 7ish pm and dident leave till almost 10) he assured me he could cancel it and it wasnt a problem I even offered to come back to sign anything I needed to he declined here we are over a year later still fighting to canceled he wont even accept phone calls and instructs his receptionist to just hang up on me
I came in to get a oil change for my new truck that I had for about 4 months so far. I was told that I only get one free oil change. I have information that was sent to my email that I can get a total 3 free until 2923 . When I was dealing with Action Hyundai they gave me two years free maintenance and oil change. They also after each time I came in with my vehicle for service it was washed. I had to go back to Van Dodge Chrysler jeep Ram because they never put a inspection sticker on my car. I drove the vehicle for four months without it until noticed. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience due to them forgetting.
Justin was awesome in answering all of our questions and took the time to find us the right truck. Never pressured us into buying a brand new truck unlike other dealerships. Looking around and paper work took us about 2 hours to drive off the lot with our Ram! Im looking forward to buying more trucks for my business with them in the future. I definitely recommend them!

I don’t even want to give one star but it won’t let me post without a star. Definitely do not recommend Vann. Purchased a durango and have had nothing but problems with it since. Within 2 days of having the vehicle, the check engine light comes on. Durango needed a brand new motor. Didn’t have the car for over a month while they fixed it. Now having issues with the check engine light coming on but when brought in for service they can’t get the car to “duplicate” the issue. This is the second time they can’t figure it out. We don’t live close so we need a rental while the car is being serviced. Even though we have the extended warranty, we are out $300 for a rental since Vann can’t “diagnose” the vehicle when there is clearly an issue. Thanks Vann for making a pregnant woman with a toddler have to switch in and out of vehicles and lug around a car seat between the rental and my vehicle since you can’t do your job!

They always kept me updated with calling me back several times letting me know about my vehicle and didn’t seem bothered with allmy calls either. I requested a pic of the broken piece and they followed thru with specific details of what happened. A rental was needed and they followed thru with one.

Customer Service lacks knowledge/ training. Called numerous times a day to try to reach Service Manager for updates/ status on my truck that had been there for days, but was always busy and didn’t return calls. If this wasn’t an issue I would’ve given them a four star rating.

Justin is fantastic. He is an awesome guy that shows he cares about your satisfaction. He also makes it aware that he will be available to you if you ever are to need his assistance. I initially worked with a woman named Carrie and she was very kind as well! One star decrease in the overall review because of the one “financial manager” they have staffed. I would include his name but he never introduced himself to us, but instead got right to telling us what they cannot do for us rather than working out a deal. He eventually cracked but his attitude and demeanor was sour. He looked like a miserable guy compared to Justin. I respect him as a person and a salesman since I do understand he has to make his money, but the good cop bad cop style is a bit overplayed in my opinion. The process could have been a lot more simple and more mature. Everyone else is super kind and friendly. Now I will see if my car holds up!

They need to expedite their work. Sat for 3 hours just for them to look at my Durango SRT. Then the didnt have the peice in stockSMH Took another half hour to order & pay for the peice,& now they want me to pay another $125 for maintenance to install the peice which is a 10 minute job. No Thanks Ill pick up peice when it comes in : go elsewhere for installation

I took my Jeep in for recalls and a couple of other repairs.Vann dodge had my Jeep for 6 days and so expensive repairs but did fix the issues I took it in for.They called me and stated that I needed brakes and rotors, which I did NOT ask them to even look at but it had been a few years so I said ok. Little did I know they would put the most expensive parts on without even offering after market.When I finally picked my Jeep up, 6 days later, the check engine and gas cap lights were still on!For lack of better words they saw someone who knew very little about vehicles and took advantage of them, in a pandemic when money is very tight.They should be ashamed of themselves.I will give credit to Christina who attempted to help out with a key fob and 15% off a $2300 bill.I would not recommend this dealership to anyone ever.

Terrible experience went there for an oil change and 2 recalls said it would take about 3 hours for all. 6 hours later they call me telling me they don’t have the parts for the 2 recalls and didn’t even do the oil change until after call. Not only that they tried to say 3000 worth of repairs was need for my car when there was clearly nothing wrong. Terrible experience. Very money hungry place!

I had never had a bad experience with Bann dodge until I sent my daughter their to get an oil change. I gave her a coupon that read 3 oil changes for $ 100.00 the coupon had Vann dodge printed all over it and yet she had to ask for a manager and the manager finally approved it. Employees questioning her where she got the coupon we don’t send out coupons. How outrageous.

This place is great. After my month of anger dealing with other dealerships for a new lease. This was the last stop I was going to do and just wait a few months and go without a car if I needed to. No one would work out a deal and monthly payments just seemed way to high even for the higher model cars I have been looking at. No one would budge on payments and many places were blatantly rude with comments as we would leave under their breath. Once we looked around at VANN they only had one jeep I liked and it has been way to high priced every where else, so again I was frustrated and about to just leave. I thought I would just at least hear the salesman out and not be rude. He handed us a quote that was done for us ahead of time and at first I thought is was for a jeep I didn‘t want to settle for but it was for the higher model I thought was out of reach. They worked with me to get the price down even a little more and never said no to any price I put on the table, they just worked through and got me close to what I asked. It is hundreds of dollars less than all the other dealerships I visited. They also went through every items operation in the JEEP form seats to navigation system, to call no matter what questions I may have.
