Let’s start this review the right way, after a frustrating experience trying to get in contact with the my guy Joey, come to find out that people do have lives outside of work. That was my ignorance! So I’m here to set the record straight! Joshua Auto is very professional, well keep, and surprisingly accurate in their cars descriptions! What I thought would be a bad experience ended up being a home run! I drove an hour to get to Joshua Auto, not to only view a car that I eventually brought, but to my surprise to meet a team that was ready to do business! Unlike any other places I’ve dealt with outside of a major dealership, in which they gave me the same vibe! So I just want to say thank you to Joey and the rest of the team. I wouldn’t even give this place one star if I didn’t have to in order to write a review. I have bought a total of 4 cars from Joshua and I have never received such bad customer service as I did this last time. It took 4 months for me to get anything fixed/corrected on my vehicle, which they stated in the contract they would fix when I bought the car. I got the run around constantly and would always get told some excuse as to why I was told something different. I will say that none of my bad experience came from my salesman though, who unfortunately no longer works there. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy another car from Joshua Motors again.

Would not go here! full of lies and they run your credit without asking or signing a paper. Most of there vehicles are from auctions and not good auction. Mostly new equipment that has hundreds of thousands of miles and they throw lift kites or tires to make them look good. Do not go here. And if you do be careful and bring someone knowledgeable.

I’ve always been so happy with the service and how helpful all the employees are there when I was stopping by in the past year to check the price of the vette when in the area haha. It’s beautiful and so are the other vehicles in the lot they have for sale this week when I drove past from what I was able to see at least. I don’t know if they will ever be able to lower the price of the car I want there for me to get it but I’m seriously gonna pray since it was still there that I hear from them again before they take it to auction or something else since it has been there for about A year now I’d say. Check out one of their cars in the lot before you go anywhere else around the area because all the people are always there to help but they don’t ask you to stop doing whatever browsing you’re doing to answer a billion sales related questions but always are there for you to get into and are well informed about the vehicles they sell.

Absolutely terrible. Never again will I set foot in this place. Full of lies, they tell you anything to get you in the door. Melanie told me I was approved for a loan with 1500.00 down. And had already valued my trade by bin number. I went through the nonsense of getting everything together and went to jm to make the deal and suddenly Im told that she valued my trade incorrectly and I would need 5,000 down. I then added a co signer and was told it was now 6-8,000 down. Dont go here, dont call them. Dont even look. The truck also had rust that they tried hiding with spray on undercoat and a check engine light with no hood latch to open the hood. Goodluck.

We worked with Will whom we really liked. Felt very comfortable with this dealer...no pressure. Asked Will to provide numbers on the deal few days later...told them we would b down the following Saturday with our friend that was a mechanic. We call Saturday morning to confirm Will was there...was told the truck was sold the night before! Really? No customer service here...no communications between sales reps...how many do they employ? Three? And no one else but Will knew we were coming in?...Very SAD AND DISAPPOINTING! Wouldnt trust them again. I know business is business but customer relations goes a long way! U have LOST our business! And OBTW a local person that lives in Vineland said it is probably a good thing that the deal fell thru...Joshua doesnt have a very good reputation down here we may have dodged a bullet! :)

If I could give them less than one star I would. Fortunately I didnt get as far as actually buying the car but I did make the mistake of putting down a $200 deposit which of course I wont get back. While I was there to test drive the car an irate customer was chewing out one of the other salesmen and that should have been a warning to me. they dont return phone calls and the run around seems to be the main gist of their mission statement. The only thing these used car salesmen are missing are the cheap toupees and tacky plaid sport coats.

My husband found a truck they gave their word that they would hold it while he went to the bank. You guessed it they sold it and asked if he wanted to purchase something else! How naive, we actually believe them. Imagine that; actually trusting that someone these days will keep their word. I guess those days are long gone..

So I called this dealer last week bc they advertise as a buy here pay here dealer.I see two trucks I interested in. I fill out the credit app and get a call from a tony. Next thing I know. Oh we are not a buy here pay here. We deal with banks and sub prime banks. So I inquire about the down payment for the vehicle I am interested in. Mind you this vehicle is over 13 years old. He tells me 5000 dollars on a 13 year vehicle selling for 12grand. Its not even worth half according to KBB. So the fact they are falsely advertising a product that they dont do. Major major red flags So my advise to you Harding working folks. Take your business else where. EMS and Fire MOS this place is a NO GO.
