Love the soaps! Buy for each season and always look for the sales.

The staff was not very knowledgable and the woman on the register was horrible. She didnt know how to use the coupons and over charged me. Dont think Ill be going back to that store not worth it.

I love Bath and Body Works no matter what location.. online or in store. But I would like to speak on my experience on 12/01 Candle Sale. The store was stocked up. Lines were moving fast. Manager checked me out as soon as I stepped in line with a phone POS system.. cool. I had a great experience. Thanks!

I love the new store at the Cumberland Mall! So much bigger than the last one. Each and every staff member welcomed me and offered to assist me. Two gave me recommendations for new products.

Store is attractive. Product variety is good. Although there was only one other shopper in store at the time I visited, the cashier failed to notice I was ready with a purchase at the register for several minutes.

New store looks great. Getting more expensive than I want to spend on handsoap and lotion. Id rather keep the old store and better deals.

I bought exfoliation bootys for your feet. Kept them on for 2- 3 hours. The medication inside feels like its working and got out the smell from standing on my feet for hours they were $8.50, bought apple hand soap and a exfoliating sponge. If you go in now until dec 23 youll get a coupon for a free gift for christmas eve.

The new location in the Cumberland mall is really nice. Much more spacious and they have an endless assortment of candles in all different sizes.

Staff is rude and they never wanna put the new candles out, had them all hidden in the drawers!! And then told me I couldn’t go in them lol. Was like they are saving them for themselves or something. Going to continue to complain until I start seeing the new stuff on shelves like the other bbws I go to.

Bath and body works lost a sale from me today. Put merchandise down after I kept witnessing a working showing discrimination by greeting and offering assistance to caucasian shoppers only.

Amazing things in this place, but completely shocked it is still open because the pricss are super high. Maybe not a place for Cumberland County. Might shut down like Macys and JC Penny.

So I walked in and found two scents I liked and of course they were the only ones left, I wanted to buy more so I was looking for someone to help me. I heard an employee say to two ladies can I help you with something and they said no so I approached her and was like “excuse me” and I got no response, then I said “ miss” still no response... I said miss again and LIZ still continued to stock her shelf and didn’t say can I help you with something so I just started asking my question about the bottles and she made me yell it like she could not hear me which I found odd cause I was right next to her but yet she could hear ladies from a distance say they didn’t need help... I did not like her customer service, and found an extra bottle of the scent I was looking for on my own... Sherylann the cashier was very helpful and sweet and she informed me that I could probably check on the website to find the scent I was looking for... she is the only reason I gave a 3 star otherwise I would of given a 1 because of Liz’s attitude towards me... everyone deserves to be treated equally regardless of race...

Everything smells great and I love the apothecary-esk lotion bottles. I havent been in a Bath & Body Works in forever and Im glad I stopped in.

Large selection of items. Only complaint is there is little room to move around.

Found just what I was looking for quickly and easily. Girls at the register were awkward and confusing.

The accessibility is terrible! No one with a wheelchair or large stroller can easily manage the aisles and most if not all the workers jump on the customers like vultures and continue to follow and ask the customers if they are finding everything and if they need help, while holding an empty bag, in hopes of making that next sale. I will not be shopping in any Bath and Body Works again. .

Cute handsanatizers and soaps but they are really expensive and the people who work there hover over you and ask are u finding everything ok and it gets annoying after the third time because Im just looking around.
