Very professional and friendly staff. Online scheduling made the appointment hassle free. The service time was not extensive, I was kept informed of work needed to be done. After diagnostics were checked, the mechanic took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and offered me options in making my decision. Everything was thoroughly checked and fixed correctly the first time, as well as regular maintenance (oil change) all at the same appointment. I have taken my car here multiple times and plan to continue using this Meineke for all of my vehicle repairs as well as regular maintenance. Highly recommend.

Went there last weekend to get the ac in my truck fixed. Sean and his crew got it done in record time and I was charged a good price for parts and labor. The manager Sean was very professional and courteous as were the rest of the staff.I will definitely use this place as my go to for automotive maintenance and repair as I will definitely recommend this place to people I know.

Not cheap and not a very good job on the welds of my exhaust system which I believe now has a leak. Didn’t take any money off when I gave them the advertised coupon. Would not recommend for an exhaust system

I waited over 4 hours for some brakes with an appointment. Only were supposed to do the front brakes, but they did the back too. Didnt ask me.Madison is extremely rude. I was confused about my bill, why didnt they take off for my $50 coupon. I already was frustrated from waiting. Madison was unprofessional and rude. She was unknowledgeable and wouldnt answer about my coupon. She hung up on me and when I called back, she childishly would only say call corp and hang up again. Worst experience ever. Wont be going back either.

Walked in to leave car for oil change without appointment. Said I worked across street and whenever they had time before 4 would be perfect. Got a call 15 mins later that it was done. Excellent and I always go there.

Shaun was really great. I took my car in today and he was able to fix it the same day. I received a detailed report on all my car issues and he made sure he fixed all the urgent issues. Madison quoted 109 an hour shop fee was 129 an hour. Then for an 100 dollar upper and lower manifold intake gaskets the charged us 274 dollars and 80 for refilling coolant. A Jobe which should have cost 800 to maybe 1000 cost us 1238 dollars. Thye price gauged jn my opinion to make back money do to the pandemic. Me and my mother are both disabled and are in fixed income. I have no problem with the mechanics but the pricing. I am editing my review because after picking up the truck on Wednesday of last week it started to overheat again. I took it back to Meineke and Shawn had his people look to see if it was leaking again and it was from the same place. When he found that out he decided to redo the whole job and see ifnitndoes it again and if it does he said it maybe the head is shot on that side. Since we talked I understood were he was coming from instill think the prices are a bit steep but he has to make money to keep the doors open this pandemic has put a hurting on anlot.of businesses.

Service was quick and a good job by the tech, this is about the service advisor Madison, she greeted no one as they and I walked in the door she had an attitude just to have one, she asked if i was staying or dropping the car off at first i said dropping it off and than quickly said you know what i’ll just wait she literally rolled her eyes at me and proceeded with more of an attitude and told me “well you have to wait outside” and it was 38 degrees yesterday. There is nowhere for their customers to sit they literally make you stand outside for 45 minutes to an hour depending on what your there for in any kind of weather. Management soon arrived after me getting there and walked by me and the other two customers looked at us and didnt greet or say a word either, therefore I definitely wont be going back

Had to drive all the way from Millville to Vland to pick my husband up because they wouldnt let him sit in waiting room that was completely EMPTY. Girl was completely walled off with plexiglas and 10 ft away from sitting area.They said it would be quite a while before work would be completed. So we came back to Millville about 10 -12 mins. You are right as soon as we got in town, they called & said his van was done. Waste of gas! Never again...bummer

Really nice technicians.Separate occasion - these guys replaced a muffler with no appointment in an hour and a half!Separate occasion - had these guys evaluate and recharge AC in my daughters car.These guys are a class act! They know their jobs very well, and best part - they are honest and reliable.

I’m over the moon! I took my car to another national shop, and they said my alignment was so off they couldn’t do anything, and gave me a list of excuses why they couldn’t do it. Meineke got it done, no questions asked!

Visited this place today. They refused to give me a regular oil change, saying (falsely) that my car needs a synthetic blend. See other similar reviews. Looks like this happened to many other people, so its an ongoing issue with this branch that meineke keeps ignoring.Dont bother asking me to call a number to make it right. Never going back. If it happened to many people its a more fundamental issue.

I take my car to have my oil change and they are great. I am in and out do t take long they check your car to see if you need new tires or wiper blades which I did need and they put new ones on and they let me know I need two new tires on the front. I never had no problem with meineke and I would recommend them to all my family and friends. They do good work! I will be taking my car back to get those two new tires for my car.

Took the car for oil change. This place has no waiting area and I was not informed in advance.not a good arrangement. Was not happy about it. Must go with two cars.

Had a muffler installed on my truck. It took the technician about an hour to weld it in. Wich was only 4 joints. When I got home I checked the work and it was terrible. If the guy dont know how to weld then he shouldnt be doing it.

I’ve been going to this Meineke for many years and won’t go anywhere else. Shawn who runs the shop is always friendly and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff are clean and courteous. In a world where trust is a HUGE factor, especially in the auto mechanic department, these guys always make you feel right at home.

I took my car in as a walk-in. They do business great here. They were very efficient and very good. My car was done within 2 hours and everyone I spoke with was very friendly. I highly recommend them.

Great experience. Their team were all business and paid attention to detail. I had a couple rusted support brackets, and he took the time to repair it instead of just overlooking it which would have been a future problem for me.

Took the car in for an oil change. They were fast and courteous. I got the premium change where they check and refill all your fluids, and I know they did it because I was out of washer fluid and they refilled it.Not only that, but I was having a minor issue and I asked them to tell me what the problem was. Not only did they tell me what it was, they went ahead and fixed it for me no extra charge.Excellent service. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Went for oil change 19.99. Said it was 39.99 must use synthetic. I have 50k miles in car every 3 months oil change. NEVER used synthetic on my 2011 rouge. The $19.99 cost $34.99 after convincing him to put in regular. $20.00 difference than advertised price. Never again🤮

I’ve paid hundreds of dollars here, and I can say with confidence that the sevice here has never let me down. I will continue to get my car serviced here because the employees are nice... They helped me weld my catalytic converter for a great price and took little to no time to get me in an out. Very respectful and knowledgeable, awesome place to get work done on your vehicle especially in mid winter.

Great place and very competent staff. I owned a used car dealership and sent this place 7-10 vehicles a week to be repaired, reconditioned, and maintained. After trying several mechanic shops, I found that the Vineland Meineke was the most thorough and honest. In fact, we encouraged our customers to use this Meineke for all their warranty needs as well. After 5 years and hundreds of happy customers, I can’t recommended this place enough. No shop is perfect but anytime they needed to correct something, they did. They stand behind their work and strive to please their customers. Give them I try, you won’t be disappointed.

I love my Meineke in Vineland. The manager Shaun Polo and his staff Chris, Chris S, Maurice and a new edition Craig are all professional and treat me with respect. They are thorough in expaining the issues with my vehicles. I have seen them help customers figure out the best way to repair their vehicles when it was costly.

WOMEN BEWARE! I went to Meineke for the first time to get an oil change for my 2013 Hyundai Sonata. When checking out I informed them that I’d like to use the coupon listed on the Meineke website for $19.95. However, I was told that I couldn’t because I got a synthetic blend. I have NEVER in the almost 7 years that I’ve had this car, gotten a synthetic blend. When I questioned why this was used versus conventional, what I always get, I was told this is what it required. Clearly they just wanted to make money and saw I was a woman and could get me. I had to pay since the oil was already in the car but told them I was not coming back. The guy took a whole $5 off. Never going back.UPDATE: I emailed Hyundai to see which oil I’m supposed to use and they confirmed I should be using conventional. I called Meineke to tell them and that I would like a refund for the difference. However, I was told the manager was not in and the guy, Chris (who I believe is the one who did this in the first place) just argued with me, telling me that that’s what the manufacturer says they’re supposed to use. I have the email from Hyundai. Meineke is a joke and I certainly will make sure I tell all my friends and family not to go there.

Good luck. Juan told me it would be $2,400 to fix my A/C. Took it to a competent mechanic it I only needed my evaporator repaired ($900). This isnt the first time either. Had an oil leak fixed and a few months later, same issue. Had a squeak in my car. Paid $1,200 and it still wasnt fixed. Shame on me for trusting them again. Shaun is pretty cool if you get lucky and get to deal with him. If you walk in and see Juan, leave immediately. He has no idea what he is doing and does not look oit for the customer. When Mike used to be around, things were much better.
