Excellent experience. I was able to drop my car off on the way to work at 8am. It was complete by 930 although I didnt need it until noon. The manager Rich was very nice and helpful. No pushy sales just service advice. The price is amazing. I would highly recommend.

Was able to book my appointment for 11 am from the night before when most shops were booked out until Thursday. Waiting rooms was good, had internet and tables set up to wait in. Alignment wasnt bad but didnt even bother adjusting much. Some of the bolts to adjust werent even touched even though the toe was out of spec range. Altogether, I will probably go somewhere else for my next alignment and see if somewhere else can do a better job.

Very clean bathroom..if I had to take a duece I would definitely feel very comfortable taking one here..Especially in the Covid-19 era were in..10stars..I got 2 tires done inside of 30mins with other customers in 100° degree weather

Professional not very friendly nor were they attended to my needs.They also wasting a lot of times on other things rather than focusing on what I came there for, I had an appointment but that didnt seem to matter with reference to how long I waited. The guy spoke to initially and phone conversation was very nice but all changed when I arrived and he was not there. I will not go back there again.

Quick service. Just needed a headlight. They had it in stock less than 30 mins in and out. Highly recommend this location. Vineland NJ Location!

Great service as always. Had an appointment@ 8am for 4 new tires and was out by 9:20. Manager Rich was very accommodating and thorough.

I just needed an oil change, so my trip here was pretty quick. The pricing was good, considering I have a 20y/o car with 100k+ miles on it. I plan on going back for my next oil change in 3k miles, thats for sure.

I came to Goodyear Vineland with a flat tire at first look they said i needed a new tire because i road on it for a couple minutes, after taking it to the back to change the tire they came back out and told me that after a better look i dont need a new tire and they can patch it up. I saved nearly $90 because of the honesty. There is no other place i can think of that would come back after selling someone something and tell them they dont need it. On top of all that the staff there were amazing the salesman was talking to me with respect and honesty it was really really nice, i also met the manager and he was also really nice. Because of this experience i had, Goodyear will be the first company that comes to mind next time. And again I cannot explain how nice the experience was.

I always go here for anything car related, my dad as well. They always do great work, but theyre just so pricey sometimes, but they do have the occasional great deal! Great quality! And youre usually not waiting too long. The employees are always friendly.

I had been wanting to get a set of 4 tires for my car for awhile now, as they were very old. I made the mistake of procrastinating & arrived at work one day with a flat tire. Since I wanted to get a set, & didnt think my spare was in good shape, I opted to order my set if tires & have AAA tow my car there. The AAA experience was an absolute debacle, getting me there with only 45 minutes before Goodyear was going to close. I feared they might not have enough time to put on a set of 4 tires....but to my surprise, they had my car all ready to go with many minutes to spare before closing! Even better, they were so professional & nice! Plus I got a set of quality Goodyear tires for an awesome price! My family has 2 other cars in need of a set of tires & well definitely be coming here to get them. Thank you for such great service....that is so hard to come by these days & is greatly appreciated!

Great service Im so glad that I roadside hazard warranty. I picked up a nail, in the sidewall, which made it irreparable. $50 later I was on my way again... Rocking the Goodyear eagles!

If I could give 10 stars I would, the service manager Mike and his crew were outstanding. After I had a terrible experience in Pleasantville ( do not go there ) I was advised by Goodyear corporate to come here to Vineland to speak to mike and have my vehicle looked at, long story short. He helped me more in 15 mins than in 1 week in Pleasantville.

DO NOT BUY TIRES AT THIS STORE! The store manager is Lazy and uncaring. I had a set of Goodyear Triple Treads rated for 80k that were only 2 years old. At about 33k the tires were FAILING. These tires were unsafe. The STORE Manager RICHARD DUFRESNE. (see Rich I didnt spell it wrong) went outside to look at the tires, he did a quick lap around the car rubbing his hand across the tires taking a quick look at two and almost without stopping came right back inside. I was informed I had a Mechanical failure causing TIRES TO COME APART. I insisted the car be put up and inspected. The car checked out mechanically and the alignment was good. The new story was, aggressive driving and hard cornering!! Now he’s insulting my wife’s driving to sure up his ridiculous excuses. When I asked for his name he sarcastically responded, “ LET ME GIVE YOU MY CARD SO YOU DON’T SPELL IT WRONG.” I had to contact Goodyear Corporate which was GREAT. They sent me to 2 other locations and BOTH declared them DEFECTIVE and Goodyear prorated and REPLACED THEM immediately.

Hector the manager was a big joke. Very unprofessional. They rushed through my oil change and didnt do all the things that are normally done. Like put air in my tires, check my brakes ect. This was all because Hector lied to me, said I was next for my oil change. 15 minutes later I hear him talking to a female who needed an oil change, he told her he can do it. Half an hour or so goes by and he calls the female to let her know her car is done. What about my car? I was 15 minutes ahead of her. But he did her car first. I was pissed so I got up and started looking in the back and Hector came out and said you car is almost ready. What bullshit! So they rushed through mine. Didnt do everything, now I wonder if they really did change my oil. This place needs new management! Ive been coming here for years and the previous manager was great. To all the men who go to Goodyear whatch out, if a hot chick comes in after you Hector will probably put her ahead of you and think you are stupid and wont realize it or he just dont care. What a terrible manager, Goodyear I deserve better.

This place is terrible if you actually want work done on your car, go to the on in deptford . Went there five times in the past month to get wheel alignment and ended up having to buy new tires, save your money and go somewhere else .
