What a waste of time. The mechanic “Carlos”, had my bmw for 3 days and could not even diagnose the problem. He said he put a new oxygen sensor on but never did ( when the new mechanic put their new oxygen sensor on they took the old one off and it was the original one). So Carlos Never put a new part in and he told me he did he lied.Then when I took the car home my car started leaking antifreeze and I proceeded to call Carlos and he told me that he broke a piece of my radiator hose he never even told me when I took the car only one that started to leak fluids. So I took my car to another reasonable auto mechanic and he fix the problem he put a new oxygen sensor in and showed me the part that he took off. Going here is a waste of time your car probably will never get fixed and he will probably break parts on it and never tell you like he did me total waste of time

I loved there customer service, they understood what I needed taken care of even though I dont know anything about cars and I will go again and tell family and friends

You can count on them to tell you when you really need to take care of a problem, if it can wait, or if it would be covered under warranty at the dealership. They are the only shop in Vineland that I take my cars to.
