Im very impressed with the quality of work these guys did with my windshield.They came right to my residence and replaced it in a timely manor.They removed my new inspection sticker from old windshield and reapplied it to the new and you could never tell it had been changed over.To top it all off they even removed and reinstalled the rear view mirror which I was not expecting at all I was dreading trying to get that bond to stick to the windshield and they did such a fantastic job I didnt have to worry about it.Thanks performance auto glass.

I recently had my rear windshield replaced by Performance Auto Glass. Dealing with this company has been quite an ordeal and an extremely frustrating experience to say the least. Not only did they neglect to do the job correctly after multiple attempts, but they were not even prepared with the right tools or willing to fix their mistakes. They did not bring a shop-vac to clean up all the shattered glass (something that I clearly mentioned multiple times before the appointment date). They also did not have the correct molding at the time of the appointment. After the workers put in an aftermarket windshield (something that was not aware of at the time because my paperwork said HONDA windshield) I had to call the office to tell them that the aftermarket molding they put in was about 5 inches too short on each side. I had to bring the car back to them to have someone look at it and then have a different molding ordered. I had to bring tools back to them because they left tools in the backseat of my car. After waiting for a couple of weeks without a call back, I decided to call again to find out the status of the molding that was ordered. At that time, the molding they have been waiting for had magically arrived! So I had to make another appointment and bring the car to the shop yet again to have the molding replaced. The second molding took about 10 minutes which should had been an indication of things to come. The second molding separated from the glass two days after it was put in. I had to call multiple times and leave message after message and also send pictures of the damage to the secretary and the owner to prove that I had a problem. My messages and texts went unanswered for weeks. Finally, I ended up having to contact my insurance company to intervene because Performance Auto Glass was one of their authorized service providers and my insurance company would guarantee the glass for as long as I owned the vehicle. My insurance company could not even get Performance Auto to order the factory molding or correct the problem. After dealing with my insurance’s claim department and making a separate dispute claim with my credit card company for the deductible I paid I was able to get another company to do a quality job! So, thank you Prosto Auto Glass in Voorhees for replacing my rear windshield and fixing the mess that Performance Auto Glass created! It was a relief to have a company do the job they were paid to do with professionalism, quality and in a timely manner.

Had my back windshield shatter yesterday and no one else could fix it until monday.. not only were they able to fix my windshield the next morning but they also matched the tint and were able to tell me how the window had shattered as it was out of no where! Highly recommend for any car. They do great work and are reliable!

Don’t ever think to deal with them...100% unprofessional... my friend go their to change his glass...the good part they change it and charge him $160....the crazy part they did damage in the headliner that will cost $1800 ...when he confronted them to fix it...they refused to fix it ....

Called the day before and the next morning they could take me in to get my windshield replaced. Setting up the appointment & dropping off my car were quick and easy. The lady at the front was friendly and clear. The new windshield was flawless, I have no complaints!

The owner arrived on time and(I thought at the time) was fast and efficient. He removed my old windshield and resealed it in a short amount of time. I paid him and thought all was well. On the way home(6 hours later) I noticed my mirror vibrating. I didnt think much of it.The next morning, my wife noticed a small crack under the molding, low, on the passenger side. She forgot to tell me about it. The crack grew until I saw it from the drivers seat. I looked at it, and couldnt see a hit, so I intended to call Performance about it. By the time I was able to call, it was too late in the day. The next business day, I called Performance. The counterman said to come in, and he would look at it. I did so. He said he could not see how the windshield had broken. Their was no evidence of impact, he would speak to his boss. I called a day later, and they said there was nothing they could do. It was an old windshield. I asked if they still had the new windshield they had ordered in case mine broke during removal. No, it was sent back. So, now I have a broken windshield, and am out 160 dollars. Nice going guys. I would not recommend this kind of service to anyone. They left me high and dry.

I came in because my back window wasn’t working, they told me the issue was my door motor and charged me $80 for him to only take 5 minutes of his time to figure out what was wrong. I then went to another mechanic, bought the door motor, he installed it and my window still wouldn’t work. He then saw that the wires were cut and broken and fixed it with MECHANICAL TAPE, and next thing you know my window was working. I came in and paid $80 for him to rush looking at my car, and that wasn’t even what was wrong it, he was completely wrong, and then tried to charge me another $50 if I were to get “the motor” fixed by him. My car is brand new and so was the door motor, according to the other mechanic. They are a rip off and will try and get over on you if you’re a young female.

The windshield looks great and seems to be installed perfectly! However my husbands truck was parked in the grass, when the gentlemen arrived to my house I asked them if I should move it into the driveway in which they told me no, so I assumed they must have had some type of tarp to lay down for the glass. They did not. There are now hundreds of teeny tiny shards of glass all in my lawn, I have 50 kids coming over for a waterslide birthday party on Saturday so this should be an exciting day of barefoot Russian roulette.

Had a piece of molding come off my wifes Honda Pilot windshield. I was in the area and stopped in. The owner took the car right in and sealed the molding to the windshield like it was supposed to have been done. Very friendly and did nice work.

I was less than satisfied to say the least. They installed the glass but left a horrible mess everywhere. There was glass on top of my car a trail of glass down my driveway and my car was scratched. I will never use their service again and will be sure to share my experience with all my family friends and neighbors.

Update: Calling me a liar substantiates my claim of bad customer service. The incident was with my husbands truck. John Gunzenhauser, 2001 Dodge Durango. It was a Saturday. Please, look it up. Absolutely everything I said is absolutely true, complete with foul language.Drivers side window shattered with the cold. Made a 10am appt. Shop closed at 2pm but finally finished our car around 4pm. Mechanism was broken so price would double but you didnt have time (after 6hrs) to do it. Workers were angry and cussing about too many cars being scheduled. Door panel was broken leaving exposed switches and wiring. We left messages for a call back from management and weeks later we finally got one. We were told we just paid for a piece of glass period. That they did us a favor placing it in the window frame. We acknowledged that the mechanism probably did need replacement but they left our vehicle damaged and dirty. The horrible treatment just topped it off.

Great prices and the replaced the windshield while I was working. Half the price of Safelite. A+ service. I would recommend them to anyone.
