The place was Surprise. Didnt expect it to be that good before I entered the stores. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. He just did not give up until he found what I asked for. He went around showing every single option that was available in the store and also made phone calls to get the best information possible on the product I wanted. He did everything possible in his capacity to help me . When he couldnt locate it, he even gave other suggestions on how I can get it. And it was all very sensible and practical suggestions. He was so genuinely and dedicatedly helping me. Went out of his way to help me.. Exemplary job! Definitely recommend the place. Not many people make you feel good about asking for help. When I found it, Im gonna appreciate in everyway possible.

Unfortunately when you live in a small, rural area you do not have many choices when you need something. So, I purchase quite a bit of office related items from this store. Back in September I had to purchase a fax machine on Labor Day because mine had been hit by lightening and I could not do without one. I went over to Office Max and asked many questions about the machine I purchased. My previous fax machine which had been purchased there worked fine with only the one phone line. I asked about this one and was assured it operated the same way and there would be no problem....easy set-up. Not the case. I have been in twice and all I get is....gee....Im sorry!!!! They werent sorry when they made the sale!!!It went down like this. I was told the fax machine worked identical to the way the other one did. We have found out it doesnt. We found out it needs a second line. They lied...they told me it would work just the same with one line .You have to be in the office and turn it on or it will not pick up. If you try to leave it on auto and you receive a call you can only talk 7 seconds then it disconnects. I am very dissatisfied. I own two businesses and will not purchase anything else from this store and will advise others to take their business elsewhere.

Its a great place for a variety of needs. I just wish they would carry a few things for people who wait tables, for instance the user book that holds the order pad, tips, pen, receipts and such.
