Yes I love going to Walmart unfortunately they are a big supporter of China and Indonesia buying cheap products and passing up american-made goods

Whatever you need, they have it! Im telling you from all my years, they have it! Very large store and the selection is grand! The deli and bakery just seduce me with the scents of Yummy! Also I noticed that the store has a pharmacy and auto care center. So much for the home and family. Garden area is very informative. They have everything from veggies to beautiful flowers that will complement any area of your yard. Shade and Sun, they have it! Staff, very friendly and professional. Store is laid out nicely and very clean. Handicap parking, handicap accessible. No waiting for long lines. Staff meeting you with a smile as well as assistants from entry to exit. Very well done, from the none enjoyable Walmart shopper that I am....

Customer service is awful. You can not return a third party item without a box, so a ride-on car that we built and would not charge did not fit into its original box. Apparently, there are no boxes in the entire store from their deliveries that they could have used. After I finally found a big enough box I had to make a second trip to the store. It has been a week and still no refund.

Highly disappointed in the clothing department both men’s & women. Their selection was minimal & highly priced. I frequent multiple Walmart’s throughout the year due to travels with work and this has to be one of the worse I’ve seen.

Rude people. No self check out unless you pay with a card. Only two checkers so you have lines backed up half way through the store blocking peoples way and on top of each other! Id rather drive an hour away to shop or just stop shopping at wal-mart altogether.they dont save you money and they eat up your time! Life is too short!

I like that they have more than 1 or 2 registers open. The associates are very friendly and helpful. The only negative about this store is the layout. It is a little congested.

I didnt go in this time as that is whole different experience for me. Instead I tried their online order and pickup. Great idea! The only improvement for this location would be delivery option. My only caution is that you must be aware of the volume/ size youre ordering. I ended up with a pint of half&half instead of a quart! 😊

The store was clean and fully stocked; however, their customer service stinks! I had a question about an item in housewares and couldnt find an associate in that department. I finally found a worker at the front of the store that said they had no clue to my question. She sent me to the Customer Service desk. The customer service associate hollered over to a teller and asked her to contact that department manager on her headset. In the meantime the customer service associate picked up her phone and paged another department manager over the store intercom two different times for other customers. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for the teller to contact the department manager on the headset. After that time the teller said she would go and look for the department manager. 10 minutes later she finally showed up with the department manager and he was very vague with any answers as to the item I was looking for. So I stood patiently at the front of the store for 25 minutes and still had no answers to my question. I was very disappointed in their service and while I was waiting there other customers were walking by leaving, saying there were such long lines that they were tired of waiting and was not even going to shop there. Very disappointing!

Whoever said change was good, hasnt been to Walmart latelyWith a continual shifting of personnel to different areas to short staffing departments, all it is doing is stressing out the associates and making the customers experience more of dread than delight. I only go there now when I absolutely have to. I normally use Walmart to do my oil changes, with their inconsistency I chose one of the other area businesses.

Had what I needed and a nice employee opened up a closed lane so I didnt have to wait in a line.

Im not a shopper! My wife usually takes care of all that but she had the grandson and we needed a few things . She sent me to the store and I didnt know where anything was. I asked five or six employees where things were and every single one of them were so helpful. I could not have gotten everything on the list without their help. Thanks to all of them for their patients with me.

Easy to use the grocery application...great service...friendly car delivery persons. Unfortunately tonights person did not give me his name, but he was pleasant and professional and at my car to see who I was before I got a chance to check in!

Currently, this is the sanitizer aisle at the Vincennes Walmart. Scoured. The toilet paper section was very similar; it seems, at least here, that there is a bit of concern at the moment about cleaning some very sensitive areas.

The workers are very helpful and friendly and the store is usually in pretty good shape. I like the Vincennes Wal-Mart.

Its a me, walmart. When Mario dies do you care if hes cloned or its the same Mario? No? So this is the same as the walmart youve been to. Like a McDonalds. Even in the worst of times you know what to expect.. feel at home.. but they close at 11 now and that brings me much sad. So much sad it bring hurt plz stop bring sad. Bring happy 24 hours fun time I need things at 3am.. sometimes.. maybe.. well I want the ability to.. dont take this from me this was my home how could you😥 5/5

It was a horrible experience. I was wanting to buy groceries, a crib and changing table. I went to the photo department, 3 times, to have someone paged to help me in the baby department. No one ever came. I just bought something else. On my way to check out, I saw 3 female sales associates just standing around and talking. I was furious, after that, and put up my groceries. I bought a playpen and left. I wont go back.

Walmart has continually met the needs of the people. But having said that due to various constraints in the supply chain the shelves sometime are lacking. Also with new policies and procedures Walmart has implemented new checkouts that are self-checkouts which most of us dont like. And as always, the staff is being reduced as much as possible so that you cant find somebody to ask questions or get something done. And dont forget to get out of the way of those personal shoppers who are running around on a time schedule to trying to fill out orders from online to be build and dispense that your car in the parking lot.The pharmacy seems to be on top of things and is relatively fast in turning around orders, prescriptions. However the policy of phone in prescriptions or new prescriptions that are placed on hold until the customer comes in and asks for it, is a policy that should go away. It waste my time when I am expecting to pick up a script that was called in yesterday and and then I have to wait 20 to 40 minutes for it to be filled when I come to get it.And as always, if you like this review dont forget to give it a thumbs up.👍

I have a pleasant experience with this store. I went a half a dozen times during my short visit from Virginia. The store employees are friendly and provided true customer service in letter and spirit.

Ya cant beat the pharmacy prices & service. I dont remember the last time I ever went into our Vincennes, IN Walmart Supercenter and couldnt find what I was looking for...Not to mention that I probably spend more time talking to friends & relatives who I run into in there than I do shopping.

The self-checkouts are a little crowded but theyre always stopped fully with food some good anything youre looking for Walmart has it

Had an item canceled for not being in stock, item is sitting on shelf. Its obvious either in these people have no clue what they are doing or they are a bunch of liars.

They only ever have 2 lanes open that will take cash. 10+ carts in line. I will try in the future to never go here again.

The worst Walmart so far and Ive been all over the US. Guess they dont believe in varieties. No floral department. Hardly stocked shelves.

Walmart is Just That, but since covid walmart has dropped even more in quality. Like sport tennis shoes, there mostly selling some type of foam shoez, lots of em. Curiois I bought one pair. First hour they had to come off. What happened to quality with better craftmanship, shelves are emptying.

I feel that management is doing a better job to hire people that care more. Which in my opinion make my shopping experience better. Yes i know they cant make everyone happy. But i know i am.

We just purchased a humidifier from the Vincennes Indiana store. We got it home and it was nasty and used. My husband set on hold for 45 minutes until I called from my phone and ask if they were ever going to answer his call. They rudely informed me that they are short staffed and didnt have time for our call. So I ask to speak to the manager 🙄 which was less then helpful. Needless to say I will return the item and avoid Walmart like I knew I should have from the beginning.

Employees blocking aisles while doing online orders but just chatting instead working. Making it hard to shop for things we needed since they wouldnt move or even acknowledging the paying customers.

Today the store is packed an only 2 registers are open. I stood in line for 1 and a half hours to check out.

Finally had a chance to get my tires rotated and balanced, I have the lifetime warranty but because of Covid I couldnt get it done. It took a lot longer than I was told it would, but it needed to be done. Everyone there was friendly and wearing masks which was good. Good experience overall.

I have no problems with Walmart for now anyways.

Apple pies are good usually, but Walmart Apple Pies with Cinnamon is simple irresistible, happens once, and You know.

Depending on what day you go, seems like most items are out of stock on the shelves. Hard to find a worker if you have questions or need help with an item.

You know what you get with Walmart, and its certainly the only, one place for everything in Vincennes. Masks are not enforced and maybe 50% of customers are wearing them so keep that in mind before shopping.
