Disappointed going there to buy VU shirts, etc. for grandchildren and me and have very limited choices. Also disappointing to find food court all boarded up. Have gone several other times to find Beckes Union closed.

Its a place...not much to say. Has Vincennes University merch and books for school. The only reason this didnt get 5 stars is because once or twice, within the last 3 years, they didnt sell a book for a class that required the book.

I had not been to the VU Bookstore in many years...graduated in 1970...enjoyed looking in their store...came home with an Alumni T-Shirt...😊

The parking was good. I’m an alumni, and I wanted to buy a hat and a t-shirt. There was a variety of shirts from which to choose, but out of all the styles, there were no larges and only two extra-larges. I recommend that they start carrying shirts that will fit full-grown men.

Not as overpriced as some people make out. You are usually looking at some markup, but it can be better than waiting two weeks to get your books delivered.

Very expansive on their prices. I ordered all of my books online for a lot less cheaper. A normal book would cost you about 200$ I spent little less than 80$ online.

Helpful employees! You can find many things....class books, clothing, gifts, even hygiene items. Easy parking just across 3rd street.

The book prices are exceptionally high compared to other online options. Thats not a big surprise. The big surprise is that the cheapest 3 day shipping ($15) takes closer to 8 days because of their 3 day processing time. I would never use them if my financial aid would disburse sooner.

Worst possible customer service. Every time I walk in I am treated very rudely and there is so much fine print when it comes to returning your books. Also, Its very hard to get all your books in one trip, they often run out of stock. Amazon or Ebay are much better options.

For a university bookstore it has the basics of what is needed.

Prices are steep at times and the buy back problem is horrible. Prices for electronics are a mixed bag. Price ethernet cables are stupid cheap, but their mice selection is stupid expensive. Price check everything and only buy what you need right away.
