Went to purchase fleece fabric. On my phone it said it was 6.99 a yard. I looked at the of the bold it said 6.99 a yard. Young lady cut me 2 yards like I asked. Then charged me 16.99 a yard.. showed her my phone said I would have to order it online for store pick up. Ok so I did that. Said they would notify me when ready for pick up. 2 hours later they still had not notified me. So I go in. The store. The young like said nope not done yet. I told her 2 hours ago u cut it. She said I know then asked another young man to help me. Last time I shop there. Rude rude rude

This place has a great selection of fabrics to choose from. The staff is attentive to helping customers. Joann Fabrics also has a wide variety of artificial flowers, greenery and stems! Not to mention, the clearance on the Christmas florals and greenery was nicely priced. My total amount when purchased was less than I anticipated. That is always a plus for me. Thanks Joann fabrics! Keep up the good work!
I was able to make a wonderful baby blanket with the soft fleece fabric which was bought here. the cuts were nearly identical. Great place to buy fabric. Fair pricing.
They had several sales throughout the entire store. I found many deals on products that I was looking for.
Having been to the large Joann’s superstore in Evansville, this location was extremely underwhelming. This location is not a terrible craft store by any means, but it was way smaller and had a much more limited selection than I had expected. As with all of the major craft stores, the prices are a bit high. They often have sales that can be combined with coupons to get you amazing deals, though.

Super rude staff, the bathroom was absolutely horrid. I had to wait 10 mins for a cashier to ring me out even after they walked past me and made eye contact twice. Really disappointed.

Be very very careful. Apparently it is up to the customer to make sure of the brand for sales signs. They mix all the brands according to color so the customer has to verify the specific brand. I won’t go back. Can get just as good of a grade material at Walmart. Just lost a 20+ year customer after being snotty.

After logging into my account and looking up my discount, the store still did not honor the discount. I did enjoy the selection of discounted fabrics that was available in the store. I have found much better deals in alternate retailers and online for most of the notions and tools.

I was desperate for a particular jelly roll I needed to finish a project. I live in Arkansas and all the Joanns stores in my area were sold out. As I was planning a trip to Princeton, IN to visit my son I checked with the Vincennes, IN store and they had 3 rolls! I ordered online, spoke with Lisa the manager about my situation and she offered to ship them to me! That is above and beyond service. A few days later I had my jelly rolls and can now finish my quilt. Thank you Lisa and Amy for extraordinary customer service.
It was ok. It took a little bit longer to an answer to a question than I would have liked. But all in all it was an average visit.

This location is rather small, but clean. The people working here are very kind and helpful.
Staff had no clue what upholstery tacks where or even if they carried them. They kept trying to tell straight pins where the same thing. Staff needs to be better trained. Prices on the fake veins are outrageous.

I always enjoy this store. Ive found lots of great craft projects and supplies here. They had exactly what I was looking for today so my next project is full speed ahead. My husband also found some plant hangers that will fit on the rails of our deck so we can do some hanging flower baskets. They were also on clearance so - bonus!

This Joann store or really lacking overall for a town like Vincennes. They are the only game in town and the company should invest and grow this location. They definitely need to increase the products stocked and selections in the arts and crafts departments. Art supplies, papers, and so on in the store are the worst available. I was surprised I left Joann and went to Walmart to find what I needed. Walmart had a much better higher quality selection of paper and canvas in the store and the area devoted was not larger than Joanns.
Good variety of items. Organization could use some work. Prices are on the high side. Not very handicap friendly. Crowded rows, hard to get through. Handicap entrance from parking lot doesnt seem to meet regulations.
So glad they still carry tatting shuttles. Id be lost without them. Friendly staff as always. ♥️♥️

Love this place! Lots of decorating abd craft ideas, wide selection of fabrics! They are always giving discounts on items. This is one of my favorite places to spend time!
Employees are very helpful with finding particular items. Some items seem a little pricey but others had great %off mark down.
I love the stuff they sell but I think every time I have ever tried to purchase something on sale, the cash register doesnt apply the advertised sale price or the sale price was for something different even though the sign was right over the item I am purchasing. Pay attention or you will overpay.

JoAnns is only a last choice place for me and heres why... Their % off and coupons are only as good as the paper theyre printed on but the real deal is that you cant look at your receipt and tell what theyve charged you. The cashier told me she couldnt figure them out either. Im thinking if the people in charge of ringing up your purchase cant make sense of it... Whats the chance a customer will be able to make sense of it. And the REAL reason is that JoAnns doesnt want you to know how theyre ripping off their customers.

Cutting counter employee didnt know even the basics of her job, how to fold or cut fabric. When asked about a fabric type, I ended up answering the other customer. There were 10 of us waiting in line and a second employee never came to help. I had also ordered and paid for 4 different fabrics online. I got three and when i asked, they said rest of order wasnt there. 3 hrs and a 65 mile drive home, they called to ask if i still wanted my order.

Waited at counter for several minutes before sales clerk appeared . No hello, sorry for your wait....nothing . My 8 year old granddaughter said thank you when the clerk handed her the sack . That was it . Not a unpleasant visit by no means, just odd I guess .

Not great.....I suppose if I was a regular and knew where everything was located, it would be better. I was looking for Cricut cartridges. I saw Cricut stuff in 2 different places, but no cartridges. And it appeared the only person there was the cashier, so I couldnt even find an employee to ask!
