I was a regular weekly customer until they sold me a faulty device, I came in right away after noticing it didnt work and they did absolutely nothing to accommodate me. I am aware they dont do returns but I just wanted to exchange my device for one that worked properly. Even when I was explaining the situation the employee there was doing different tasks and not being attentive. Would not shop here again

Drive 25 minutes in opposite directions. You’ll save yourself time and money. Customer service will confirm an item over the phone and when you arrive said item doesn’t exist. This has been a few year streak of poor products and customer service. 25 minutes north, south, east or west will save you time and money.

I have never been treated with more respect before. Employees are very knowledgeable and patient. The glass is unbelievable and also cost worthy. I encourage everyone to come check them out. Wide variety of papers to all different glass pieces and also a whole wall of different vaporizers!!

Their selection of smoke accessories and rigs is laughable and almost exclusively shipped from China (ie: likely contaminated with lead. Google it yourself). Their selection of items for the tweaker population that apparently frequents this business is well stocked, however. -_- DO NOT recommend.

Awesome shop. Bunch of cool glass ranging from very affordable to damn I wish I could buy that. CBD heaven over there and the guy working was a smart cool dude.

This place was the only game in town may years ago so everyone put up with it so score glass... but there are many more shops around the area now that have better quality products better prices and better customer service save yourself the hassle and skip this place. Unless youre desperate. Even then roll something from the gas stop and wait till the morning to get a nice piece from other shops 5 or 10 min away for real this place is a Dump!

One of the best shops in my area in Lombard. Been coming here for years and the glass has gotten better and better. Mainly come here for their Kratom but just got hooked up on a killer tube for a sweet deal. Thank you Weezers for serving that quality and that fire for over 2 decades!!!!

They guy with the piercings in there has no idea about what he’s talking about. I pricatically begged him to show me the best vaporizer pen he had and of course I get home and it doesn’t work for the piece o showed him!!! And of course no returns...

I had done a favor for a friend and got what she needed from the shop, the clerk was very friendly and was quick with the order. We even had a chuckle when I told him it wasnt for me and that I was on a mission. I wish all customer service everywhere was like this!

In awe with the selection on glass they had, I got to see some items i havent seen anywhere else and what made the experience better, the employees were awesome didnt feel rushed when i was looking around and they were ready to answer any questions i had. DEFINITELY THE GO TO SPOT and OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT

This place sold me an electronic device that did not work and then refused to exchange it for the same device I recommend that if you want the real family and customer respect you deserve goto sight and sound in westmont and they will go over and above to make you feel welcome and satisfied

Garbage store rude staff bad vape gear and not welcoming they make sure you know how valuable there time is when it’s middle of the day empty shop etc the staff acts like your irrating or bothering them if you ask to see to many things before paying just a bad shop basically any headshop in the state has everything they do with much much better staff and prices that aren’t a total ripoff.

Been going to weezers/roxxys for over 10 years and its still my first pick for glass, cbd, kratom, everything. Glass quality is awesome, almost all very nice American made pieces.

They are always willing to help and I go in there for vape and even though their main vape store is farther away they always have a selection that is enjoyable and if you vape you can vape in there. Excellent customer service and I would recommend this store to anyone who vapes or enjoys hookah or glass

I will NEVER go to this place again. I bought a ecig that leaks and the bottom of the battery came off exposing wire. When asked to speak with the owner i was told by the employee that its his policy to NOT give redunds. Even if its a faulty ecig. Then he started arguing with me and told me to go f myself. Worst customer service EVER! Dont go to this place they sell crappy stuff and have HORRIBLE customer service
