I had a 10 yr old custom desktop and it pooped out on me. I brought it in to Computer Medics and Dave and Sean were very understanding of my situation. They always gave me pricing and options before doing any work. Any questions or calls they answered in a timely manner. I highly recommend Computer Medics.

I wish I could give them more stars. I have been going to them on and off for about 10 years. Recently I had taken my laptop to a local guy in my town, because I want to support the local business especially during the Covid, never again, any more. I will now turn my laptops to Computer Medics permanently, they are the best, honest, will explain what they did or can do. A bit pricey, however, worth every penny for what they do.

I recommend computer medics over other companies. They have very helpful staff, they know what they are doing, and they go out of thier way to help customers. Started off with just doing a simple parts upgrade. After they were trying to update the drivers, they found a bug in the computer preventing them from getting the PC updated and back to 100%. Now let me tell you, i was trying to minimize down time on the computer, they ended up working with me on a short time frame to get the computer in and back to me. What was supposed to be a simple job turned into a day and a half project. With them staying a little late to get the PC back to me. Coming in early on the weekend. And working with me on the price to be fair for what they did. Let me tell you i have never had customer service like this before, where they constantly keep you updated on whats going on with the computer and being very thorough with the diagnosis. Before just simply swapping parts or wiping the computer to start fresh. All the tests and check they do to fix the problem and not charge anything extra. This is my 2nd time here and although issues both times on the computer. They have a completely satisfied customer and loyal one who will continue to go back to them. Highly recommend. Very friendly and great service. If you have a PC issue or just a build your looking to do. This is the place you want to go too.

The first time i had the laptop problems, these guys ruined more,not having the correct software installed....The second time i wanted to give them a try again with a simple issue,...they just refuse to service my laptop and hang up the phone on me,...they are just doing preferential work on people,they do not try to please the customer,its all about money...Avoid them if possible,plenty of better places around the area.

First they took $50 as a deposit because they have to look what is the problem with the computer and those $50 they supposed to go towards fixing the computer . After two days owner he called me and said that it is going to be $120. So I thought that total is going to be $120. Surprise surprise . When I came back they charge me another $120 . All what owner said is that he is sorry. So my total was $170 Pretty bad deal . Plus I have to call them if my computer is done because nobody call me and I was just waiting. How can owner say only that he’s sorry and that’s it . Definitely there are better place to fix your computer than this one.

Took in a running gaming pc to have fan replaced told them said issue was agreed instore that we did the diagnostic on the pc and they would change fan it was stuck and I couldnt get it out to change myself. Then got the call to get it some how they couldnt boot the pc and ended up removing the graphics card and gave it back in a bag. Told us once they took out the card they got it to boot running and had no issues. We told then we had it running and the fan was throwing the code they said it was graphics card being a weekend we went home (benefit of the doubt) set up computer and turned on with out graphics card and with in minutes same code shows for fan look in the controls all was done was the pc fan speed was turned up to stop the code. Fan still sounded like it was grinding and going to explode. Drivers were missing, a control panel and game was also missing Called back to tell them the update report of it was still having issues things were missing and the fan still not working right still throwing code. After explaining pc was not fixed and we put graphics card BACK in pc it worked n ran no issues but the fan still being the problem. Was was told they will refund the diagnostic test charge and that I didnt need to come in, because nothing would make me happy unless I was hanging over the shoulder of his tech watching their everymove even then i wouldnt be happy. Iexpressed it was the fan this entire time that needed to be replace he agreed instore he said the graphics card kept throwing error codes. Well fine and dandy still pc ran just fine til the fan became a problem asked u to replace fan you agreed and did not follow threw Asked me to call back if issues and refused to service and got mad because I have knowledge of computers. Then I get a email to check up on services from closed ticked and u have my email blocked so I cant respond 🙃 bang up job. Do your self a favor save time n headaches go elsewhere.UPDATE YOU CAN RESPOND HOW U LIKE THE FAN WAS REMOVED AND REPLACE THE FAN WAS FAULTY IT HAD A WOBBLE AND WAS OFF BALLACE NOT COOLING PROPERLY SO THR FAN AS U WERE TOLD WAS YES THE PROBLEM DENY ALL YOU LIKE. THE PC U GOT FOR MY DAD THE ALL IN ONE YOU AGREED AND CONFIRMED WHEN WE BROUGHT IT IN THAT THE DIAGNOSTIC I DID WAS INFACT CORRECT AND THE PC WAS SHOT. HIS PC IS JUST A B.O.B BOTTOM OF THE BERRAL PC FOR FB N GAMES NOTHING SPECIAL. HIS EXPERIENCE VS MINE NIGHT AND DAY IF U WOULD OF CHANGED THE FAN AS ASKED, TOLD AND AGREED TO WE WOULDNT OF HAD ISSUES THE GRAFFICS CARD IS STILL IN TBE PC ITS STILL RUNNING FINE AND IT WAS NOT FILLED WITH DIRT AND HAIR AS U CLAIMED DUE TO IT WAS TAKEN APPART AND CLEANED BEFORE U GOT IT. I STILL STAND BY AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND U FOR ANY SERVICES. A WOMAN WHO KNOWS ABOUT PCS AND U COULDNT PULL A FAST ONE.

After working on my laptop I plugged it in to recharge the battery and it wouldnt take a charge or run on AC. The battery was too low to do a backup of a lot of important data and I was at the point of hitting the panic button. A quick search of repair shops turned up Computer Medics, a phone call assured me that they actually repaired computers not just fixed corrupt software like most computer shops do. I brought the computer in thinking the worse and was quickly assured that it was a quick fix that should take about 3 days. True to their word 2 1/2 days later I had my laptop back home running great. I highly recommend Computer Medics to anyone having having any kind of computer problems. The people there are polite, knowledgeable and competent, the turn around time is fast and the pricing fair.

In the summer of 2011 I purchased a Sony laptop from best buy.  The thing was great until the charging port stopped working.  I called Sony originally but they said they since its been over a year the warranty expired and I was pretty much out of luck.  I pass by this place everyday going to work and I figured I would give it a try.  I came in on a Monday and I spoke to amir.  He tested it in front of me and said that the issue is a very common one with this type of Sony laptop and he would have it ready in a couple days.  I received a call from them on Wednesday and my laptop now works great!  They customer service was excellent and the price was reasonable.  I highly recommend this place.  I also noticed they repair tvs which may come in handy some day.

Please do not go to this computer store, they cheating customer by not saying everything clearly. Took my MacBook to computer medics and asked to install ssd and to clean the laptop to make it faster. The front desk guy was very vague about the whole process. Did not feel the need to explain what exactly was going to happen with my laptop. He was using big words which a normal customer would not understand. When i went to pick my laptop up and check it out. I found out my Microsoft office was deleted. He did not mention that this was going to be deleted!!! Very upset because this is imperative for my work. I don’t recommend going here.

5/22/16Never received a phone call for a diagnostic. The technician was always busy. I had to be chasing them down for an entire week to get a status. Very unprofessional crew. Their services are also not up to date as they were not able to provide me with a diagnostic report. I am extremely disappointed as I can now not refer this place to family. If your computer is fairly new save your trip and money these guys on not up to date in their tech skills.6/22/16**UPDATE**I have confirmed that this place is definitely not tech savy. I was told the motherboard for my computer was not working properly anymore that there was no voltage found in places where they needed to find it. I ordered the motherboard myself and it was to my surprise that they gave me the wrong model #. I am extremely disappointed. Upon opening up the laptop I saw loose cables, after getting all cables together where they were supposed to be closed the laptop, it turned on with no issues. The techs at the shop mentioned they were unable to get the computer to power on, when i took the laptop powering on. It has now been a solid two weeks after taking apart the laptop and putting it back together, I have had no issues. Turns on/off with no issues. Please save your money do not go to this shop, the tech gave me an estimate of $400 to fix my computer. What a scam!

By far the worst customer service I have received. Especially from the manager. I dropped of my IMac which had some screen issues and it required some cable to be repaired. The manager was so rude to me when I asked to discuss what was wrong with it. I usually never leave reviews but his behavior is appalling to say the least. Ill never go here again!!!

Kid working there was a smart-mouth. Tried telling me an i7 processor is what made the computer better than my old one when it had a GPU with less than 1gb, and only 6 gbs of RAM. Not to mention the computer was dusty as hell with the worst cable management Ive ever seen. Told me I didnt even know the the computer had even though he told me what it had. Judging by the looks of their store they couldnt fix a computer if their lives depended on it.
