Weve worked with the store manager Luis, who does have outstanding product knowledge. Their pricing is amazing and weve never experienced and loss of service/calls. We have no intention of ever switching back to the major carriers.

My favorite cricket store because of the great manager, he gave me great advice on which phone was best for my needs, which wasnt even one that they sold in their store. But still bought the phone in from a friend that he recommended in and start service with them. I really appreciate their honesty, it saved me a lot of money!
