My hair is naturally wavy and is prone to looking too thick and she put the right angles and layers in the right places to make it look polished.

She completely revitalized my dead hair through a well planned 4 steps process of color, highlight, deep conditioning; Rest; detox and cleanse clearing followed by a two step spread across two days Keratin and hair masque treatments ! My hair has never been this healthy, shiny, silky smooth . I went from kinky dead greedy hair to wash and go ! Highly recommend and worth every cent as it’s deep professional hair treatment a dead damaged hair needs at least once a year !

Place looks nice clean and modern. Went in to get a consultation for hair and makeup for a wedding. Spoke with the hair stylist first and she was a bit pushy on getting highlights even when I expressed I didnt want highlights. I then spoke with the makeup artist and she seemed more pleasant and listened when I expressed my vision for the look I wanted.

I got in for a last minute appointment for a haircut because my parents were coming to town and I didnt want to have yet another conversation about my hair with my mother. From the front desk to the shampoo to the cut to the overall experience was great! I did have to wait a little bit but it was a good day.

This was my first time at Noufal and I was very impressed with the salon. It is a clean and well kept and the staff is very friendly. I followed my stylist Jessica Lim to Noufal. She is fantastic as a colorist as well as with haircuts. I have previously been to her for Balayage and I loved it. She is extremely detail oriented and takes the time to explain what she is going to do as well as the products she uses. I came to her this time around for a haircut and as usual she did not disappoint. I got a deep conditioning treatment done as well and my hair looks healthy and beautiful. Thank you so much Jessica. I will be back in a couple of months for Balayage and a haircut!

My hairstylist, Jessica Lim, recently moved to Noufal. As I was walking into Noufal for the first time, I was greeted by a couple of super friendly employees with bright smiles. I felt so welcome... As though I was the Queen visiting. 😁👑👸 This is the 5th salon I have used in the last 2 years and the Welcome from Noufal is amazing, while the other 4 salons lack in this area. This salon is clean and beautifully decorated. I loved the flowers in the front window and bathroom. Its decor is truly one of a kind. Upon arrival, I was introduced to a young beautiful lady, Irana, who is the owner. She was so friendly and welcome me with a beautiful, friendly smile. Her welcome felt genuine, and during my visit, her friendliness was consistently. Then I got a tour of the restroom where the employee offered to take my coat and showed me where I can get a wrap to wear to protect my clothes. All the employees I met are so friendly. They look happy to be at work... makes me want to work here, too. I have been following Jessica for over a year, and it is refreshing to find a stylist who is sweet, patient, and does an amazing job in cutting and highlighting my hair. I highly recommend Noufal and Jessica Lim. ♥️ Wow! This salon keeps surprising me... Free Gift for new customers! They even have complimentary fruits, fruit infused water and hot tea. I went in to get my nails and hairdo. The receptionist told me the blow-dry was $35 but then when I went to pay, she said its 50. Its a cheap way to get customers in the door. The owner of the salon was supposed to do my hair and he first helped a lady who came in afterwards because she had a hair dye (more money of course) and then took a cigarette break even though I told him I was running late for a dinner. When he finally did my blowdry, he put on hair spray so he wouldnt have to go over it with an iron! Worst experience ever! Very unprofessional staff. The other hair stylist was making fun of her boss -- who does that? Will never be going back.

I want to start by staring I hate hate hate writing bad reviews but found this experience to be warranted. I called Noufal for a blowout appt. I asked how much it would be and she said Yana (sp?) charges $55. I confirmed the appointment and showed up at the time scheduled. Upon getting seated, this abrasive women comes to be and says okay so what would you want today? Did you bring a picture?! Uhm no. I told her I wanted to keep my natural curls and if she could use a diffuser. She answered. Well I would be here all night. She then said there was an upcharge for my hair. I dont mind spending money on my hair but this womans attitude made me walk out of there. I have never done that before. Im a business owner myself and spend a lot of time with my customers. I give out referrals constantly. Sadly, the business owner is losing good customers due to an uncouth employee.
