Mower threw a rock and busted out the back right window. Vidor glass got my car in on time of appointment, removed all bits of glass, replaced with new glass, cleaned tape residue from paint on door, had me gone out the door little over an hour!!! AMAZING!!! Thanks yall...

Well it took them a week after they came out to contact us back and tell us that they just ordered the glass and it would b almost 3 weeks to get the glass....well we called some one else and they said they ordered the glass that day and it would take a week and it was a 100 bux cheaper.....so u make ur own judgements!!!

Very,short with me, not very Profesional, told me the back glass on my truck camper cover is not a thing they normally even mess with, that he would half to do it when he has spare time,..geee thanks Mr. Idk his name but he works front office and is short and dark haired, kinda on the chunky side..

Our right rear window was completely shattered by a rock on the highway and we needed a same day fix since we were coming through town. We were highly satisfied with the service we received. The customer service was incredible, the job well done, and we were very grateful to get out of there with a repaired window as soon as we did. It took about 1 hour and we were highly satusfied with our choice! Will recommend!

I was going to be in Vidor for just a few hours and needed some glass shelves cut for a cabinet. I called, spoke with Wayne explained what I needed . He assured me they could have it ready and waiting when I got into town. He called me back within one hour and said my shelves were ready. Thank you Wayne and Vidor Glass. The shelves fit perfectly and look great!!!!

Thanks to I-10 we had a couple chips and now a giant crack in our windshield. I called safelite and they were scheduling 2 weeks out. We had a trip planned and needed it done sooner! I called Vidor Glass and they were so accommodating! They were able to order a windshield and have it done next day. I learned that they had ordered the wrong one but they promptly got that fixed and were still able to replace my entire windshield on a moments notice! I was also able to drop off my car before their normal hours which was very helpful!! Their customer service was above and beyond! Sorry that i can’t remember anyone’s names, but the woman in the office and the man who took my keys did a great job! I will be back!!

If I could give zero stars I would this place is a joke the lady is rude! These people had me drive 45 minutes to tell me they couldn’t fix a small rock chip. Do not come here please these people do not deserve your business
