Stopped in on a Sunday and picked up a couple of drinks for me and my family. The service was fast and accurate. This was the first time I stopped at this location and was satisfied, I would recommend to others.

There are so many Starbucks in the High Desert. I’ve tried only a few of them, but this location has been the best so far.Never in my 50+ orders have I received a mistake or wrong order. That’s why I keep returning to this one location when possible.A line tends to form, such as with other Starbucks locations, but they’re quick to fulfill orders.Tip: They currently close at around 8 PM.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to in the High Desert. This place is one of the few Starbucks that serves some Nitro Cold Brew (my favorite.).This place has friendly staff and the place is always clean. Thank you guys for making my experience coming to this Starbucks a great one.

This is my new favorite favorite location !!!!! I absolutely love the customer service here. They are always smiling and very friendly. Will continue driving here, 395 is closer and there customer service is not for me . I drive further to this location!

This Starbucks is nice for the esthetic but the young girls that work there are absolutely rude they dont know how to say please or thank you. They just put the drink on the counter without calling my name so I was waiting there forever I give it a thumbs down not impressed with this type of customer service. Like they say when the cats away the mice will play.

This location is large and has lots of seating. It also has a drive through.They are less busy here after the morning rush. So, it makes for a nice spot to have meetings, study or work. They are more crowded on weekends.During my visits the crew was friendly, efficient and accurate with my orders. They also carry the new Nitro Brew if you are looking to try it.Overall, I like this location and will be back in the future.

This was not good. So, I just got the same exact drink literally the day before...it was SO good. I was raving about it to my friend, so we stopped by here. The drink I got here was not even the same drink.At all.All ice. Think girl was being trained-regardless. Shouldnt train on paying customers like that....especially when paying the price they charge.Bad location. Go to another. Theres plenty of them - that dont suck :)

Would give zero stars if I could. I have a tall van and can’t fit through their drive thru... their online ordering states i must purchase a gift card to create an account to order online. I asked if I could just place an order inside and wait outside or walk through their drive thru and they flat out denied me service. Save your time and don’t come here. don’t understand why they would want to lose a customer but to each their own

They should keep their noses coverd when making your drinks especially when people are getting covid at work

Ive been to many different Starbucks locations, but this one takes the WIN when it come to the espresso frappuccino. Best one Ive had. -april 3rd 5:48pm. I didnt get the baristas name. Nevertheless great job. Also friendly staff.

Very disappointed they got my order wrong first they said they couldnt hear me in the drive thru then when I went up to the Drive thru window they said they had no drink holders ordered 3 coffees 2 if the Mochas were wrong were supposed to be White Chocolate Mochas instead got just straight Chocolate had to get o Fwy when I realized they were wrong the Lady that waited in me was Very rude ..

Awesome experience Manager was very helpful gave out samples to try and inquired how we were enjoying our visit. Prior to this I really did not like Starbucks now my attitude has changed! Their strawberry acai lemonade was excellent! Definitely plan to return with my team for future meetings!

I have been going to this Starbucks store (11604 Amargosa Rd Suite 1, Victorville, CA 92392) for a couple of months to study, for it’s relaxing environment and awesome staff (favorite coffee drink is always on point). I recently had a family emergency and slightly mentioned it to one of the baristas. Words can not express the gratitude I have toward this Starbucks staff, I was just a customer and the staff took some time to show that they care. The hiring manager knows what to look for in a person when hiring. The staff have always been friendly, funny and hard working, amazing team. Thank you! for being genuine good people and what you did for me during one of life’s difficult moments.

I’m a huge Starbucks fan. I use this location at times because it has a drive thru so it’s convenient. Coffee is always off and your always rushed out. Today was the worst.!! They service like they were doing me a favor and my food wasn’t right. Disappointed with Starbucks today.

Good service fast and caring

Not a good Starbucks. The others in town are WAY better. Ive been served barely warm coffee (they did replace when I informed them though) and very hot kids cocoa. Also, in the same visit, they told me their only decaf option was the coffee (not true, they have decaf espresso), so not very knowledgeable staff. They are also not the friendliest. Also have seen transients come in and take over the bathrooms for a long time, charge their phones and not buy anything. Will be sticking to the other locations. The one by Costco is probably the best in town IMO.

If I could give less stars I would. We ordered 5 drinks one wasnt made right and the other they completely forgot to make it. The Carmel macchiato was supposed to be upside down with soy and a pump of mocha. The drink looks off and when we try the drink it tastes like chocolate milk. There is no coffee in the drink whatso ever so not really sure how this drink was made. But instead of getting a Carmel macchiato that I wanted I received chocolate milk that was made with soy milk

Worst place Ive ever encountered. I walked here one morning with my dog and after looking at the hours of business that clearly said 4.30am and it being 4.45am i attempted to enter and this lady inside with about 6 other employees start screaming at me through a locked door calling me filthy words waving her arms like she was swinging at bees. I dont know why and i dont care to find out. Disrespectful is all i know. Dont go there.

Had everything in stock and plugs to get work done. The restrooms were a bit dirty as well as the counter.

They didnt have any Pike Place Roast ready at 8:00am. Its typical among a lot of their stores.They are only concerned with the $6.00 hot milk and sugar drinks

First time at this Starbucks Frappuccino was good but I asked for extra caramel and was charged for extra but given none. Was a disappointment but it’s what it is.

The dirtiest Starbucks in the high desert, and to top it off the employees that was making my order gave me a sigh when I ordered, even when it wasn’t even close to close, it was 7:30pm when they close at 10.

Cleaner and less homeless bums buzzin about that the other local locations.
