Rude sales staff, it’s a real shame. I’ve been interested in a Ram truck but the sales person Jeremy quickly shut that down, asking how much I made instead of showing me around! Maybe he didn’t want to waste his time. I’ll definitely look into buying a truck elsewhere

The wife and I were stuck between a F150 and a Ram 1500 wasnt even at the dealership 5 min when Julio approached us instead of asking us if we wanted to look inside of the trucks or test drive anything asked how much I wanted to spend monthly and when I told him he told me maybe I should be looking at used trucks we got in our car and left I know what I want to spend and what I need to do to get there. Train your staff better and maybe you wont lose sales to other dealerships and competitors

Driver for company was going to miss his exit and almost side swiped my husband and I while also brake checking to get into the next lane. I have picture of vehicle and license plate number so company could reprimand the driver. Tried calling company to report and didn’t get anyone to pick up so writing this review to reach out to company.

Fabulous, fantastic, and will have my future transportation business. Rubin and staff were able to meet my needs after the loss of my main mode of transportation. Subsequently, Rubin was able to upgrade me from a sedan to a Ram Hemi truck. Now were looking toward the Ram dually or 2500.

I drove two hours today to get to this dealership just to find out they would not honor the online price. I had screenshots showing the listing of the truck online and when I got there after driving two hours they told me it was wrong and the price was going to be almost 8,000 dollars more, even though my screenshots showed the same exact stock number and vin number. I dont know what type of business refuses to honor their own price whether it is there mistake or not.

Ive been buying my cars and trucks here since I moved up here into the high desert. Always willing to help you out and will do a lot to keep there customers happy. I just wish the service department was a little better.

I bought my Ram 3500 dually last month, I had Bill Holland & Jeremy assist me with my purchase, I must say that this was the best experience that I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle, No pressure, no hassle, and I was in & out of there quickly. Jeremy is a book of knowledge when it comes to the specs, on the Ram truck, diesel engines, and the operations /maintenance. I highly recommend these two and the Ram 3500, I tow a 42 foot fifth wheel and coming up the pass was easy, so much power, and acceleration. The 6.7 turbo diesel does not disappoint you.

Somehow they can find ways to add extra couple thousand dollars worth of fees into the final price. Been to the dealership twice but unable to purchase due to the same reason. On the plus side, service we received was great. Too bad we couldn’t make the deal.

I purchased an over priced vehicle from here, I honestly think my bad experience was more from who I dealt with.-Overpriced used cars.-They lied to me about the price of the car-They never informed the car I was purchasing was a rental car (never showed me the car fax).All around, I would not recommend it.I gave 2 stars because when I went back in to get the matter corrected, I dealt with better people but still my issue was NOT resolved.

I had an amazing experince here with Jeremy my professional sales consultant and The sales manager Josh. They are the ones you want to ask for. After finding out I was in the same type of business for a different manufacturer they still maintained the same level of professionalism. I initially submitted an inquiry to my local dealerships and was completley disappointed with their response and lack of interest to earn my business. I drove 70 miles out of my way simply for the amazing customer service and low pricing. Next year when my other lease is up i will definitly be contacting them.
