This is the second time I’ve brought my Tundra in for basically an oil change and a couple of checks, rotate the tires, etc. Last time they told me 1.5 hours, it took 3 πŸ™„. The profusely apologized. This time they promised me a maximum of two hours. We are at 2.15 and no sign it is completed. If it’s going to take you 3 hours to do basic service at least be accurate. 😑

Never in my life will I set foot here again. Not only are they extremely rude they take advantage of you with hiding fees. Went in to buy out my lease fully disclosed I did not buy the car from there not once did they say there was a problem. Rep Guillermo was decent man but sales managers Rob or Ron forgot his name was horrible rude and sure doesn’t value customers as he raised his voice which I had to remind him that was unacceptable. They kept my vehicle registration as they were”submitting the loan for me to come back following day to finalized” I went back waited for 3 hours to sit down With finance manager Mr Rodriguez everything was going fine until the contract came . He’s reviewing contract with me and hits me with a much higher payment, went from 344 to 401, I reviewed fees and he had added an 3,599 extended warranty. Of course I questioned him and asked for him to remove it as one it was never disclosed to me and they can not make me buy anything i don’t agree to buying. He bluntly saidWe are doing you a favor and without this it doesn’t make sense for us to help you buy your car we won’t make any money. I refused to let them do this and frankly they surely did not care to make thing right therefore walked out. It’s extremely horrifying how they handle business added fees and when customer refuses to pay for undisclosed and unauthorized fees they refuse to do the transaction. With that being said i filed a claim with federal trade commissioner for unethical practice and will go on the BBB to file as well. From what I have read now is that they sure are known for this and looks like they target woman that go by themselves. Disgusting people working here! I will be going to original Dealership to buy out my lease.

James my service specialist was extremely professional and got everything handled in a timely matter. He applied my $10 off coupon that I had with no problem. Both of my vehicles returned at the exact time he had told us. Great customer service. Can never go wrong with VALLEY HIGH TOYOTA πŸ‘πŸ»

I did a credit application and was told once vehicle arrived it would be held 24hrs once it arrived. I called daily and was told one day it just arrived and i got there in less than 2hrs. I was told it was sold the night before, that made no sense because I was told it just arrived that morning. Took 45 min to drive there. Completely wasted my time. They had the nerve to try to then sell me another car with ridiculous mark up 6k. People where very smug. Do not trust this place. Positive reviews are paid or fake. After the pandemic people will rember what a dishonest place this is. Ill let people know for the rest of my life not to come here.

Horrible customer service sold me a car with bad Bluetooth told me I could take it any where and it would be covered under my warranties free of charge since they couldnt do it there even after claiming it was a simple fast process, now that Im trying to get it fixed Im being charged and they dont answer their phones just automated messages advertising and not actually providing customer service . Just a horrible place really make sure you ask all your questions when youre there or in person because over the phone you will not get any help.

Look at what everyone says about the service here and do something to change it. Obviously the people in charge and managing this facility are not being held accountable for their lack of care about the customer experience. This is the fourth time I’ve come for a simple oil change and every time it takes 3+ hours. With the same excuses every time you’d think they would do something to remedy the problem but nope. I get told oh you should of got an expected completed time and I tell them that was two hours ago and then they tell me they’re just pulling my car in. This is absolutely ridiculous and the service manager obviously needs to be replaced.

Mandatory $2000 markup with questionably installed services.Like Sarah and others have previous said, this place advertises that they do not mark up the vehicles but they do. The $2000 vehicle protection plan is required. I asked to see what was worth $2000 and they show me some poorly applied sticky film with bubbles in it on the edges of the door and behind each door handle. Also added was a rats nest of a security system which a quick google search reveals is a scam with a subscription. The security system adds remote door locks, as though that isnt already included from the factory on most cars since the 90s, oh and it makes the blinker lights flash. Neat. Google Karr security system and judge for yourself. Certainly not worth $2000 for poorly applied tape and an obsolete aftermarket security system. My guess is the security system is applied so the dealer can have extra security on their lot and pass the their savings on to the consumer.I met the infamous Rod mentioned in several reviews. He was not trying to be deceptive in his swindle. He made it very clear that the car I wanted to buy, that had not even arrived at the dealer yet, MUST have the clear tape and security system installed before he could give it to me. If the same care is put into this wiring install that is put into the clear bubble film on the door, I have no doubt in a couple years the wires will come loose, cause some electrical short and now you have to return for service that likely wont be covered on warranty. I would almost pay him NOT to install that garbage.I guess my gripe is that if you want to charge a mark up, fine charge a mark up, but dont start a business deal with a lie. Because that is all this is, an extremely overpriced priced markup on $30 worth of stick on film my geriatric grandmother could apply better and an outdated electrical liability on a brand new car.To quote Sarah, I went elsewhere and purchased my vehicle. Won’t be returning here nor do I recommend this Toyota in Victorville.

I purchased a used car for my son it was a Nissan Maxima looked great inside and out. But within a week we started noticing that the steering wheel was moving left and right and a noise outside. I pull over on the side of the road because I could not drive the car more than 25 miles an hour and that’s when I realized that the tire was almost gonna come off the car. That’s when I seen that the Lug stud and bolts were missing. I only had 3 that were holding the tired but and those were very loose that the reason the Steering wheel was moving back-and-forth. When I started driving the car It was driving OK I was just heard a little noise as I was driving from 29 palms to take my mother to loma Linda hospital on our way home like 30min to make it home and I had to call a tow truck to take me and my sick mom home. I talk to the Finance supervisor and he said I had purchased the car as is so there’s nothing they could do. Then I told him that that car had been parked in my house and that was pretty much the first time I was using the vehicle on that apparently I had to purchase a vehicle like that apparently whoever inspected the vehicle didn’t realize that it was missing there. Then he said to take it back to the dealer and they were going to have them check out the car and if it was their fault they would pay for it and if not I would have to pay for it I live in 29 Palms and having to drive all the way to Victorville is a very long drive not worth it specially if they were to tell me that it was not like that and that it was something I had done to the car which obviously there’s no way I could rip that from the tire they are bolts. So I ended up taking it somewhere near my home to get it fixed horrible customer service and Jake dint help much ether that was the sales man.

Negative review for the sales department.This place advertises that they do not mark up vehicles, however, there IS a $995.00 vehicle protection that can not be removed from your purchase. The plan was not necessary for me but they said it’s not something they can remove, sounds like markup to me. But whatever fine the market is not in my favor right now and I need a larger car so I went with it. I was ready to purchase the 2021 Sienna they had in stock. Gave them all my personal information including SSN and everything. I was ready to buy this car. Like most people, I work M-F normal business hours you know to afford my bills. I was willing to put down a down payment to hold the car. The sales reps said she could only hold the car for one regardless if there’s a down payment are not. The sales rep said she will get me in touch with the manager to set up a delivery date and sign the contract from home. I spoke to the manager, Rod. Rod was extremely rude and condescending. He tried to add on an extra $20 a month to pay for β€œvehicle alarm”. When I told him that won’t be necessary he sounded frustrated. I guess this place has sooooo many customers they lost grasps of the importance of good customer service. I went elsewhere and purchased my vehicle. Won’t be returning here nor do I recommend this Toyota in Victorville.

Three hours for an oil change? Cmon. Toyota care almost seems irrelevant just for the simple fact it takes ten times longer for such a simple service. When asked the status of the vehicle I’m told oh they went to lunch…. Really need a more streamlined process for basic service appointments - there is absolutely no reason anyone should have to wait longer than half an hour for this service yet every time I come here it’s always 2 hours+.

He was extremely professional and friendly, and even though we decided not to have the work done, his attitude and assistance was first rate.What a great work culture.I would not hesitate in coming back to Valley Hi Toyota!

Worst service possible! The service advisor that help me was James Jimenez. He was extremely rude and almost came of as harassment. Took my car in for a recall and was not fixed. They were extremely unprofessional they argued with me for over 4 hrs and I had to call off work for an additional 2nd day. Went to Valley Hi Toyota to get an oil change and when I got there, they had me wait in the car for 20 mins, after they decided to help me out, I was told that the dealership was out of oil. To be honest, I never heard such a thing from a well known dealership. After waiting for a while in my car and after telling me that they cant service my car due to shortage of oil, at least they could of offer me some type of compensation after making me wait for so long and wasting my time. Very disappointed with there service. Will not recommend this dealership to no one.

I went to Valley Hi Toyota yesterday, and just had to what a great experience! I was in for matinee service, also they were able to do the recall on my 2019 Tacoma. Katie was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience painless. Not like the dealership I brought my Tacoma from. I regret not buy my vehicle at Valley Hi Toyota. I brought it at Larry Miller in corona, paId thousands of dollars for a non exciting warranty. And they never gave me the discount promised. Switched me to other person who didnt put finally negotiations correctly. But back to Valley Hi Toyota. I will be getting warmth run them! I even had valley hi fixed my Tacoma when squirrels ate my engine compartment! Service then too was awesome. I dont trust may auto pass but this one deserves 5Stars. Debbie Kiernan

I worked with William in internet sales and Andrew on the lot. Both were fantastic, easy to work with, friendly and professional. Horrible service!!! Had me calling different numbers for extended warranties on my brand new car (something that is their responsibility). Came up with thousands of excuses of why my warranty didn’t cover and when I called my warranty no claims had been made by Victoria (the service rep). Not helpful at all and overly rude. Only the manager (Jared Little) β€œdecided” if the service was going to be covered by the warranty, without even contacting the warranty service department. And to top it off, Victoria did not want to give me my car back unless I signed the bogus explanation of why my car was β€œdamaged”. I would not advice anyone to go there and go through what I went through.

I was quoted $700 to diagnose my cars issues. On top of that they called my warranty company and told me that my warranty wouldn’t cover anything. I called my warranty company and they said everything should be covered. I’m taking it to a dealer down the hill where it will only be $150 to diagnose the problems. Never coming here again.

Imagine being told a car that’s in high demand arrived last minute. One day you test drive it and decide the following day it’s time to buy/lease. You decide to leave work early and miss pay so you can go and grab the vehicle before it’s gone. You arrive and it’s being test driven by another interested customer. You and your wife use that time to get credit application in to get ahead. All with a 3 month old and money spend for a babysitter because you thought 100% you were walking away with a safer and more reliable car. Sales manager comes out and tells you we can do 36 months, 12k miles a year for 569 a month. However you will need 1500 down and offering 26,000 for your trade in making an equity of 3050. You agree on the deal. You wait for finance and when you go in they hand you the key, owners manual, and it’s just final papers. You sign your dmv forms for your trade in, sign the dmv forms for the new car. You swipe your bank card for the 1500 agreed on. Then you notice they rang you up for the wrong car. The deal you shook on and agreed to and put the down payment on already is stripped from under you. Now they want low 700s for a lease or just shy of 800 for an 84 month loan at 6% tier 1 credit. You’re not shown any bank approval letter, final cost of the vehicle, absolutely nothing. You’re told by the finance manger you have until he gets back into his office to make a decision. Very unprofessional and telling us he is more upset than we are after we spent much longer than we needed to with a fussy baby, paid for a babysitter for our other children, and left work early losing pay, all for it to be stripped away. We tried to give offers and negotiate but the more it seemed the finance manger got more irritated. He. Gave us an hour to think about it as a β€œCurtesy.” After all we were trying to work with the mistake they made. Not us. We kept our end of the deal and put up the money they asked for to walk away with nothing. Well, that was our experience. Our salesman was amazing. Give them 1 star for his work and effort to make things right. Also Eddie another sales manager who tried to make things right. He told us another car the very same in a different color was coming in some time the following week and was for 39,000. Asked what is that one 39 and this one 43 if it’s the same thing just different color, they just said it was a color difference. Didn’t quite believe it was simply a color difference. In the end, we feel we pointed out some stuff such as them double charging on wheel locks etc that others were willing to pay 100% of what the dealer wanted and that’s what happened. Second time I had a bad experience. First was quite some time ago but figured five another chance and the past is the past. Then run Into this situation.

We just bought a beautiful 2021 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 this past Saturday. What an easy experience. Mina the sales guy was so helpful and knowledgeable of all my questions. The best thing about this truck purchase was I waited at home while all the normal dealership nonsense was completed. Mina even delivered our truck to us! I’ve had other service reps who I didn’t feel were as friendly as Luis! He’s great and will get you out of the dealership as soon as possible. People came after me while I was waiting in line and they helped 3 people before me and I had an appointment. After I was finally seen, I asked if I could change my address they said when I came back, and to tell the lady who was going to charge me. After that I asked her if I could change my address she said Antonio needed to do that and I asked where I can find Antonio and she said down there so I went where she told me and turns out Antonio had left at 4:30. First time coming to this dealership for service on my 2020 car. This service department needs help. I normally go to Culver City Toyota for service because their service is A1. I never have to wait for appointments a week out, my appt have always been the same day or the next day. Here at this Toyota dealership i called and the woman says we have walk-ins right now. I said okay great im driving there 5 mins away. I pull up and no one comes to the car to greet me. So i finally walk in. The lady said we are not taking walkins. I tell the lady what another person said, she says I was given wrong information. I ask for appt and its a whole week out. I couldnt believe it. I have been use to appt the same day or next day. The lady says we dont have a lot of tech. Well you all need to hire more tech and get up to speed with Culver City. People like myself like Quality service and fast. I just purchased a 2021 tacoma in November of 2020 and just took the truck in for its first 5k service in yesterday. Today 01/16/2021 I took the truck to a good friend of mine whos a certified mechanic to check on some other stuff on the truck and he just so happens that he pulled the motor oil dipstick and realized the oil wasnt new! Which means no service was done to my truck! Ive heard the service dealership stories on this. Jose montes was my service advisor, not blaming him of course.NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!

After a full inspection of my car, I was told by services that my throttle body gasket had a leaked, and I needed it replaced. Today, I inspected and replaced my own throttle body gasket for $10. In conclusion, there were no leaks in my throttle body gasket, and the throttle body was still very clean.There needs to be a clear understanding that the reports are not always accurate.

We want to say thank you for all that you did for me, with the purchase of the 2021 Toyota Tacoma that we got. We were having problems with the 2019 Toyota Tacoma we had. After talking to Toyota Headquarters in Texas, they told us to go to you guys and talk to Evelyn about the issues we were having, till they got someone from Toyota Headquarters called us back. We talked to Evelyn and told her about the situation with the truck and that we were having major problems with it, even the recall on the truck and we did not feel comfortable driving our kids and grandkids around in the truck. Evelyn told us our options and we had to make the hard decision to give up the truck that we had been waiting and working hard to get. Efren and Sam were so patient with us and took the time to walk all the trucks, till finally we found the only that really made us feel good to get. Everyone (from the receptionist to the General Manager was kind and felt for us and took the time to just make us feel comfortable. Valley Hi is so kind and understood due to the situation that we were dealing with. It was a very difficult decision to with another Toyota dealer especially after dealing with Moss Bros. Toyota in Moreno Valley and Gosh Toyota in Hemet and giving us such a bad taste in our mouth. The General Manager came out and met with us unlike the other ones we dealt with they all ran and hid in the office and sneaked around so we could not find them. We are glad that we came to you guys and gave us the experience that we were waiting for

Toyota financial is unecthical and screwing over consumers. Ive always been a big Toyota fan! But not any more.After years of having older reliable toyota vehicles in 2017 I bought a new one off the lot. Initially they promised me scheduled maintenance for free for the first 2 years but apparently it wasnt in the contract so I got screwed there. I was okay looking past that and happy with the car overall, until in October 2020 i had a total loss accident where my insurance wouldnt cover the last $2300 dollars of my loan. I wasnt at all concerned at first becuase I remembered that i had opted for the GAP with Toyota Financial. Well in early 2020 i refinanced at a way lower APR. The one toyota gave me was way higher. So when I call toyota to inquire about my gap insurance ( which they charge for by year based on the term of the loan and tack that onto the final price if the car, Mine was around $85 per year) i was shocked to be told that they only honor this gap liability insurance so long as your car is still financed through them. I couldnt believe my ears, I could understand this if the car had also been sold to someone else when it was refinanced but it wasnt and if they had say offered to reimburse me the prorated amount for the six year gap insurance i had paid for and paying interest on to them I might add . That wasnt unfortunately the case, before refinancing I spoke to a number of phone agents during the process and of course all of them conveniently failed to mention the null and void gap insurance clause and also that I could be reimbursed the difference for the remaining term of the gap insurance. It wasnt until I spoke to a manager post accident one year after refinancing that I was even made aware but that upset me even more because if they still had my money then I should be receiving the service I paid for. Ill never not only never buy a new toyota ill tell this story to every person I can in hopes it can potentially cause them to change thier unethical practices. Ive also reached out to the scotty kilmer channel on YouTube recently to have him tell my story to his 4 million subscribers

Ordered a battery for my son’s Toyota Prius in December. After swapping the incorrect battery twice, they gave us a part number in January and ordered the correct battery. Then they told us the battery was on back order and that we would have to wait until March. We called them today March 1st, they didn’t have it. Still on back order. My wife checked around looking for the battery and we found one in stock at Redlands Toyota dealership. Been in stock there since mid January. In fact the battery was in stock at multiple Toyota dealerships down the hill. You would think the dealership could have looked this up for us and found it. If I could give the Victorville dealership zero stars I would. The worst customer service of any dealership in the High Desert.

They really overbook theyre service department. I shouldnt be waiting 3 hours for an oil change.Anyway I shouldnt have gone back after last time I got an oil change there and they didnt tighten the bolt properly and my oil was leaking. I spent a couple of days communicating with Toyota dealers to purchase a 2020 Highlander hybrid . I was searching for a Limited because the Platinum level seemed too expensive for me. But Rod Farage at valley high Toyota responded with a price on a Platinum Highlander that was equivalent to or less than a limited of the same year and it was the color inside and out that I was looking for. I took both of my vehicles there and used them as a trade in and I was given a higher trade-in value at this dealership by the used car sales manager, which obviously made me happy. The process was painless and didnt take all that long and I secured financing while I was at the dealership with my credit union. Overall it was very good experience and I generally hate buying cars. I would highly recommend this dealership. All of the sales people who are dressed in red polo shirts were phenomenally nice and on the move . This was both men and women period in my particular case a female sales rep and she was wonderful. I highly recommend shopping at this dealership.

My son in law took his vehicle in for an estimate about checking out a wiring problem. They told him it should be around $200. They kept the vehicle overnight. When he went back to pick up his vehicle, they told him that they had repaired the wiring problem and his bill was over $1100! They said he had to pay this amount or they would keep his truck. Terrible service! What a ripoff auto dealer!I wish I could give this review a minus 5, but there has to be some rating for it to be posted...Do not use this dealer for auto service!

The only reason this review is rated 2 stars is due to Carolina Renteria Internet sales Associate. If not for her It would be one star. I reached out to Valley Hi Toyota to lease or finance a vehicle. Carolina went above and beyond emailing full vehicle quotes, taking photos of the vehicle, and answering all my questions. The finance department fell through I spoke with Rod who was very short and threw numbers at me verbally never email any financial quote. I reached out again and spoke with Gabriel Flores who proceeds to tell me if I move forward with the financing option they would have to add $1000.00 to the vehicle cost. Keep in mind the rebate he is speaking about is $750.00, not $1000 when I clarified this he said he would call me back. When I did receive a call back he threw the financing numbers at me and did not email a tangible quote. I ask for the leasing quote Gabriel stated he forgot to do it since he was caught up on the financial estimate. Gabriel stated he would call me back and until now I have not received a callback. Finance should learn a thing or two about customer service from Carolina. I moved forward and purchased my vehicle through Longo Toyota the process was facilitated no gimmicks spoke with Laura Tan who emailed quotes for finance and lease within 10 minutes. I docu signed online and the car is being delivered to my home!

Where do I start... lets start with the salesman, Juan Uribe, he was such a great person to work with. He worked so hard to get me a good deal.However, one of the sales manager was lying right through his teeth, it was funny seeing his reaction when I corrected him on the vehicle I was looking for. As if I hadnt done my research on the car.If it wasnt for management being condescending to what I was asking for in a car, we could have made a deal. I was disappointed by their actions and lack of professionalism when I asked to explain the fees on the contract.If you go, be careful with the management and do YOUR research before going. There is always a wiggle room in the price, dont let them tell you otherwise. Remember they need you more than you need them.Take care Juan, wish you worked at another dealer. 5 stars just for you brother

I was ready to pay, Israel (cashier in parts) notifies me he can’t take any transactions after 4pm, I was there before that time. I have to say this review started as a 1 star review, which was the last thing I wanted to do to one of our local businesses here in the high desert. As a business owner I realize it’s very hard to keep every customer happy. After having a problem with the service department . I reached out to Tod Stokes the general manager at valley- hi Toyota.I have to say, I was really impressed with how he managed to take me from a 100 to 0 by listening to my issues in a calm manner and solved one problem after another with ease . I realize every business has its problems, but what separates the boys from the men is in how one deals with problems . Valley hi is really lucky to have a man like Tod Stokes at it’s helm . Bought a used Lexus ct200h here, door locks stopped working, one of the Sales Manager offered to take care of it at no cost because I have just bought the car about a week ago, I made the appointment with Katie Holt for a Wednesday that I was off, then when I go in they told me that the Sales Manager that offered me that was out sick, he couldnt come in to authorize it, but the Used Car Manager Rodny offer to only pay half. Just a waste of time now. P.s.It wont let me respond to the owner. I will be in there for an oil change appointment 12/18 early morning.

I just picked up my new 2021 Tacoma TRD Offroad from Valley Hi Toyota. Since I have done business with Mike Purpura (Service Director) before making my purchase, I knew this was the dealership, to make it happen. Mike introduced me to Efrain Ramirez (General Sales Manager) to get the ball rolling. Efrain and I texted, emailed, and spoke by phone about what Tacoma I was looking for. He just happened to have the one I wanted, fresh off the truck! The next day I drove 90 miles to make my purchase, because of the amazing people who work here.When I arrived Efrain introduced me to Lesly Molina (Sales and Leasing Specialist) to complete the deal and all the paperwork. She first showed me my new Tacoma and it was already detailed and ready to go when I arrived. Lesly was extremely professional, nice, and organized. She is thoroughly knowledgeable about Toyota and answered all my questionsAfter I finished in finance, Lesly walked me out to my new Taco. She gave me a socially distant delivery and explained all the features of my Tacoma. I like how she improvised to still show me the ins and outs of the truck because we had to remain distant due to Covid.This truly was the easiest new car purchase Ive experienced. I came in on Saturday 4/06/2019 to test drive a RAV4 but the camry xse stole the show for me. I was contacting different dealers to discuss a trade-in but Kamal Pasha was the one who was willing to discuss pricing over the phone and explained to me the process of how to go about it. I was very intrigued to further discuss in person, one to test drive the RAV4 and two, to speak about financing a new car. However on that Saturday, Juan Uribe helped us and my family to test drive the RAV4 and the Camry xse and helped us to achieve a good deal for the us and the dealer. I usually avoid dealerships like the plague. I had to take my sienna in for warranty work. Tyler G. In service dept was great to work with. He was professional and I was happy to be getting daily updates on my van. My only complaint is whatever they use to wash vehicles looks like a wire brush was taken to my paint, so, too my fellow detailers out there, dont forget to put your do not wash signs up and ask the adviser to not allow your car to be washed. Ive got a day of correction to fix the van now.Overall, experience was great, van is running great, everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.

AMAZING! Where do I start? First of all I was referred to Rod Farraj by a friend who recently purchased a car from him. I called him over the phone since I live down in Rancho Cucamonga so I didn’t want to drive up there for nothing. He gave me a price ($3,000 less than the cheapest price I got already from Toyota if Glendora) over the phone in just a few mins. I spoke to my wife, we knew it was a good deal, so we literally headed to the dealership that moment.As soon as we got there we were promptly greeted by Rod and his staff, of course with masks on and socially distancing so we didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. He had the truck parked out front and paperwork ready to go. Finalized the paperwork in about an hour and we were outta there. I was totally expecting the price to change like I have experienced elsewhere but not this time. Everything was perfect just like Rod and his staff promised. Literally the easiest car buying experience. I will recommend all my friends and family and absolutely buy from them again.

Never in my life have i ever write a review before and if this is my first time, this should mean something. After almost of 2 weeks of car-shopping William made it super easy and smooth car buying experience for me. Got the deal i wanted, straight forward. William and Kevin both assisted me and clarified any questions i had as this was my first time car buying. William and Kevin both made me feel at ease, and were 100% honest in every step process. Once going to the finance manager, Sal, he wasnt pushy, gave his input and that was that. All of this got wrapped up in less than an hour and a half. Overall just a great experience, will definitely go back to him for any future Toyota car buying. I cant say enough good things about my experience with Valley Hi Toyota. I initially connected with them through the USAA car buying service and spoke with Kevin Sellers. He was prompt and provided a good price quote on the car I was looking to buy. We talked back and forth for nearly a week about different options and incentives. I then visited the dealership and was connected with a salesman named Mina. Like myself, Mina has a young child and we were able to talk about being parents. I was impressed that he took the time to get to know me beyond selling a car. On our test drive, he allowed me to drive the car as far as I needed to get a good sense for how it was to drive. In the end, Valley Hi provided the best price I could find on my car and trade-in. The entire experience with their sales staff was very positive. No games or unexpected changes in the deal. And they were flexible on pricing to meet my desires.

I bought a brand new Toyota Prius and within 2 months I got a flat tire. Car only has 2,000 miles on it. I took it back because the tires are still under factory warranty. I have to miss 2 days of work because this is how long it is taking them to take care of this. They had me waiting in the cold for 4 hours just to be told that they did not have a tire in stock. I was told that I need to come back the following day. They did not offer a loaner car. Service department needs to work and their communication and customer service skills. I dont understand why they had to lie and keep me waiting. I even got a call telling me that the car was going to be ready in 30 minutes. When I went inside to the service desk I was told to come back the following day because they did not have a tire available. Basically left me stuck in the cold with no car. Did not expect this kind of service from Toyota. Im amazed on how much the customer service changes. They do whatever it takes to sell you the vehicle but when something goes wrong they wont step up. I will be calling corporate next.

Service at Valley Hi Toyota is horrible. Appointment at 10:30 am, and still no car. What is the point of an appointment if the client cannot have the car ready within 3 hours just for a simple oil change. I get a phone call from a representative of Valley Hi Toyota at 1:13 pm giving recommendations and I let her know I dont need the extras done to my car. I asked is my car ready to go now, and she said give me 5 minutes. 1:33 pm and nothing.This is my second time here, and now I remember it has been over a year since the last time I brought my Toyota to get serviced. I will remain loyal to Toyota of Riverside where I purchased my car and always get all my Toyotas serviced at. Well worth the drive to Riverside even though I live in the high desert. 1:42 pm and still waiting. Now to find carvisboutside waiting. Adrian Camacho did not give a customer service as it should be for any client that comes through TOYOTA doors. 1:53 car is ready with no car wash which Riverside provides, and my driver seat has a mechanic smudge on it.

My baby had been crying about a new vehicle for years. Last week she asked me to go with her today to see Andrew the fleet manager (I think) and I agreed. On the way in her death trap (the old car) I had decided today was the day no window shopping. She was going to get what she wanted. We walk in and there is Calvin waiting just for us it seemed. We told him what we wanted. He told us what he had and we meet in the middle. 3 hrs later and in a brand new 2018 Rav4 we rolled off and the rest is history. The facility is top notch, extremely clean and well stacked with snacks. Honestly it was a wonderfully experience. We even had other salesmen congratulate us. It was a refreshing feeling that they all are a dynamic team. Calvin my daughter and I sincerely thank you for your impeccable service today.
