Frank L. completelylied to me about doing a soft inquiry on my credit.Luckily I have Experian, double checking with them, this dealer did in fact do a hard pull on my credit. He lied after I asked him twice that it wasnt going to affect my score.So far no one at this place has offered any help, the other person I spoke to about this Jennifer J. washed her hands of the problem since it wasnt her that sent the application to me. So far its just been, someone from sales with reach out whenavailableNo one is taking responsibility, which is ridiculous.Then dealers wonder why people hate going to carshop. Ive contacted this place multiple times andnothing. It took forever to get the car. We agreed on the price the day prior and went in the following day. Had the cashier check in hand and it took over 2 hours to sign the paperwork. No financing need just sign the paperwork and leave. Valley Hi Kia was lucky that my son wanted the car, because I wanted to leave. Waste of a day. I will never do business there again.

Had a good experience this last time here. Spoke with Jennifer J. first, explained what I wanted and she was very up front. Then Grey also helped. Made a deal that worked for us and their sales rep was awesome (Evelyn).So an update... the day after I bought my car I found three screws laying on the driver side floor. The alarm guy didnt put them back. Called the Jennifer J and she wasnt too interested in helping. She just said take it to service department. Although it really isnt her department, didnt seem to care, probably because the sale was already done. Typical dealership stuff I guess. However, I did get helped out at the service department. They were super busy too.

Purchased a vehicle earlier this year. Wasn’t the best experience but my wife loved the car. Now I’m dealing with their awful service department. Just terrible. Appointments are months out and they lost my reservation twice. Wait times are also unacceptable.

I went to Kia after work not expecting to buy anything but to test drive a Kia Sportage. We had been to 5 Toyota dealers previously and I had my heart set on a used RAV4. When I got there Cris greeted us and showed us the 2022 Kia Sportage. Since I had been to previous dealers who didn’t want to negotiate payment with me I was certain that I wouldn’t walk away with the vehicle that day. After the test drive I was brought inside to meet Danny. Danny played no games with me. I told him I didn’t want to run my credit but I wanted an estimate to what payments were going to look like. He showed me numbers before doing anything. After that I allowed them to run my credit to negotiate prices. Danny and Cris did not disappoint! My payments are exactly what my ideal payment would have been with a USED car but now I have a BRAND NEW car with a low payment. Thanks to Cris and Danny my year long search for a car is over. I am very satisfied with my Kia and I drove off with it that night and drove it to work this morning!
