Walk-in at 9:00 am first customer of the day. I asked to get my car’s windows tinted. The guy tells me the different types of tint and price +$200 (don’t remember). I went with dark and told him while I was on your website I saw a coupon offered. Didn’t even acknowledge it or applied. I asked him why offer the coupon if you’re not going to apply it? Is it to entice customers to come in and to false advertise? Didn’t answer my question. The car was done fairly quick and sloppy. There was water all from the back window. I hope they didn’t ruin my speakers. They left the film (trash) in my car and water lines on the door. I went home and had to drive back because they didn’t do the job right. Spent a total of 313.00. Very un pleased with the work and for the amount I paid was for poor quality. If I spent that much for 5 windows I expect great quality work. Won’t recommend.

I recently traded in my older tundra for a new one. I needed somebody to reinstall my audio system into the new vehicle which includes an aftermarket stereo and two amplifiers.The original place that installed my system was asking more than what I was willing to pay to reinstall it which didn’t make me very happy. After looking around for a while and through word of mouth from a friend, I got in touch with Andy over at LA Audio.Andy quoted me a reasonable price and I let him do the job.I picked up the truck today and everything looks perfect. I was also missing a component which allows my aftermarket stereo to hook up to the tundra‘s original backup camera. Without asking he installed the component at his cost ( I cannot promise the same for you… lol). Very professional, very clean work. Its a really nice atmosphere pretty well stocked knowledgeable installers they dont cut up your oem harness they use wiring kits I got an awesome double din alpine with a serious-xm tuner will be going back to upgrade my speakers and a couple of amps they also have a comfortable waiting area

Fair pricing and willingness to accommodate customers

Brought my motorcycle for them to install saddlebag lids. Was not happy with the installation. I went back for then to fix it. The installer was rude.I asked him to fix the issue and he began to raise his voice at me after explaining over and over what i wanted done he kept disagreeing with me and walked away and left me talking to myself. The salesman still asked for me to leave my bike, i disagreed as my speakers are expensive and didnt trust my bike their after the installer treated me that way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop for any motorcycle audio installation based on my experience with them. They did not care how installed it and basically just took my money! If you want audio installed for your motorcycle look elsewhere. Installation is not the same as a car.Now i have to go pay another shop again to FIX YOUR MISTAKES! Dont let the reviews lol you. HIGH HOPES HUGE LET DOWN!!

Paid for a front top visor and all windows limo got the car back 5 hrs later with light tint no visor and they wanted to charge for tint removal. Roger will try and take everything in your pockets even lint if he can dirty shop.pictures dont lie why reply fake?? Childish owner

Spend 180 on an alarm system all it did was kept draining my battery and my car kept dying on me I even replaced the alternator and battery and it still did it ever since they put my alarm system in. Had no problems before. My car sat for 2 months. Recently I bought another alternator and battery replaced it again and went straight auto class for electrical after my instructor took out the alarm system it ran just fine the next day without dying and so on

Los Angeles stereo tinted my windows quick and for a great price! A friend recommended them and Ive been recommending them to others since. The staff was very professional and friendly! They also have a nice waiting area and a variety of speakers and stereos on display. Over all great experience and I plan on bringing my car here for a new sound system.

Got my car done quick, are open Sundays, price for installation of front components was around the same as other shops in the high desert. Got a quote for some other stuff and it seemed pretty high for what it was. These guys have crazy high reviews, but my crossover is rattling in my door. Didnt take time to mount to anything. Kind of disappointed. Wont be returning after this.Edit: finally got around to securing the crossover in the door and found the door panel was also loose, and the crossover was set to +3db while the other wasnt. This would explain why the highs were so bright. There were broken clips and now the door doesnt sit tight and still rattles. The car is 20 years old, a heads up telling me that some clips were broken due to age would have been perfectly fine with me. But I got nothing. Check your car before you leave to make sure everything sounds alright.

Im baffled as to how this place has such a high rating. I took my BMW M5 here a while ago which was not smart to begin with so you can say I got what I deserved. First off I was charged $1200 for two cheap kicker 10 inch subs that retail for about $65 each if that and a cheap box $50 or less and a 2000 watt Orion Amp super cheap Amp less than $100 plus $50 in wiring. Not only was it a complete rip off the install was just ridiculous a 2000 watt Amp for two 10 inch subs that can handle maybe 150 watt rms each. I could go on but this should be enough info to stay far far away from this spot.

Went in for tint on two windows. They dont do appointments so its first come, first served. Thats fine. I checked in, told them what I wanted and paid. I was told it would be two hours or less. Ok, thats fine too. I walked down the street, had some breakfast, returned and waited. Waited some more and then waited some more. At the 3 hour mark, my vehicle had not been touched. I asked how much longer it would be and was told they would pull my vehicle in in a few minutes. Nearly 4 hours later, I got my car back. Not sure why it took twice as long, there was zero communication to me on ant delays.Ill update my review in a week or so after the tint has had an opportunity to settle and see if the quality of the work is solid.In hindsight, Id probably pay a little more and have gone somewhere that sets appointments and doesnt have you sitting around for 4 hours waiting on a 40 minute job to be completed.

I was very displeased with the quality of service I was rendered. I went in to have a new CD head unit and amplifier installed for my speakers without hearing the details of what I wanted they ended up pulling a 4chan 2000w amplifier off the shelf and installed it blowing out the speakers without saying anything about it during testing. Very expensive prices I ask for a tint window removed the want to charge me 150 dls and to put a new the prices start from 250 dls to 500 dls I dont know if theres a rich people in this area can pay these prices but so far we looking for for a reasonable prices

Poor customer service especially if your are black walked in to get a complete install one other customer in front of me waited then another customer comes in his raza of course and starts helping him never even greeted me. No there is no black employees the owners sons work there it was the owner the bald guy. It was only 1 other customer he was in front of me then this other guy came in he helped him first how us that so busy then i seen the same guy at another shop and because hes there raza they help him like i said dont give these guys your money all there stuff is over priced

I recommend this place for your car alarm system needs. The price is good, and the work was done professionally. You cant go wrong with their clerk, Darwin. He knew just what alarm system would work well for my brothers car. They have water and a lounge while you waiting for the work your having done for your vehicle. Go her for this service. You cant go wrong in this choice.

The good: super awesome staff and are extremely knowledgeable. These guys know car audio. Fastest installers in the area.The bad: prices are not listed for a reason so do your research or you will be spending like I did and paying 200 for a 89 dollar amp. My fault because I didn’t know much about stereo prices at the time so eating some humble pie with my buddies back home.

Thankful for the guys at la stereo. I dropped off car before place even opened. My car was a disaster full of stuff from traveling.
