Driver side window completely dropped getting Starbucks. Went to Safelite. Got a quote, pulled up window for me and fixed within 2 days. Professional, courteous gentlemen assisted me..receptionist, unfortunately, not so much. Four star and highly recommend!

Most importantly is shop elsewhere. Three weeks to replace my Ford truck windshield. First windshield replacement appointment was installed by tech 1 and was a distorted defective windshield. 2nd appointment was a no show. 3rd appointment the tech 2 flat didnt see anything wrong with the windshield, nor did he have any desire to do the work. 4th appointment was with tech 3 who was very polite, and professional but stated the glue had not yet dried and would be not advisable to change out the windshield as of yet. 5th appointment had to be rescheduled due to safelite ignoring my request in not sending tech 2 out. 6th appointment three weeks later tech Demetrius very professionally replaced the windshield again. He could not understand why other tech couldnt see the problems in the defective windshield, nor why he didnt replace it. Front office personnel are very rude and lack customer service skills.

I had a bad experience trying to get through with customer service i mad several attempts and when I got through with a live representative she could not bring up my account with them because I didnt have the right phone number and I asked what about my address, what about my name nope only my phone number all I wanted was for them to check out my windshield wipers because it was making a rubbing noise and the safelite gentleman that came out to replace my windshield suggested I get a new pair of wipers because they are life time and no noise and if I have a problem contact them well thats no use so it turns out the gentleman put my wipers upside down about 1 year ago so Im very dissatisfied with .

They scheduled me at 330pm and called me to pick up my car at exactly 530pm. I arrive 20 mins later and theyre closed and now Im carless and have to figure out a ride here tomorrow. Terrible business practice. Dont schedule customers then tell them to pick up their vehicle when no one is there.

This place is an absolute waste of time. I have gone twice in a month because there have failed to work with my insurance company. If you have mercury insurance they won’t help you. Both times I have called and set up an appointment and verified my insurance was approved, but both times I showed up to my appointment the clueless people behind the desk told me that they don’t have approval for my vehicle. I called and got my insurance adjuster on the phone in in front of them and they still couldn’t figure it out. I got fed up and left . Ten minutes later, the store manager called me to ask me to come back because he found the approval. Nope, you already wasted my time twice, you just lost $1100. I ended up going to All Star glass and it was nice to work with a company who knows what the heck they’re doing.Safelite in Victorville is a terrible place for customers service. Spare yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

My husband brought our SUV here to have a chip in the windshield fixed. When he got home I literally could barely tell a difference. The work we saw online and other places almost completely got rid of the chip’s visibility. The chip is still very noticeable. We only went here because it was who our insurance suggested but we won’t go back.

They get 1 star for being friendly on the phone, as all con man do. I wanted to replace my cracked windshield. 1st price was $460. When I said isnt that high, he suddenly found a special discount for me! It went down to $420. He right away asked my credit card. I held on to it. I wanted to check other places. And was I glad I didnt give my CC number!First place I called afterwards said $225. That was it for me. And I ended up paying $200 because he was late about half an hour. That was a good experience to watch a guy earn his money and do a great job at it.Safelite rep lady called back. Asked me why I changed my mind. She just giggled when I told her the story. This company should be renamed as Conman AutoGlass.

So... my initial experience with the first employee that started to help me was NOT a good one at all. He was very rude and for no reason.I went back inside and spoke with Felipe. I couldnt have been happier after Felipe helped me. He was very polite and has excellent customer service qualities. I would most definitely recommend anyone that needs windshield repair or replacement and goes to Safelite AutoGlass, to speak to Felipe, you will be 100% satisfied. He truly changed my experience today. I gave them a 5 star rating SOLELY because of my experience with Felipe.

Andrew was our service tech.Very polite, respectful and helpful...The shop was very clean and organizedAndrew covered the car seats with slip-on covers and put down floor matts to protect the car.Window installation went well, Andrew vacuumed the car, instructed how to treat the windshield for the next 2 days and we were on our way.Overall it took about 2 hours.Window looks great..Thank you.

They cost too much and wanted me to wait 2 weeks to replace my rear window. Best Price Auto Glass replaced it in 45 minutes for $150 less the next day.

Tanisha repaired the crack on my windshield she was super nice and very detailed explained the whole process and answered all my questions. She did an awsome job the windshield looks like new would definitely be using them again Safelite earned a customer for life.

Service was fantastic and they had my car ready fast. They did leave some glass on the floor which is why they get 4 stars instead of 5 but I would still recommend their services and I will be using them should any issues arise in the future.

If you want to pay high priced glass repair then come here but i just got a quote and went else where to expensive for my pocket. Come down on your pricing so that you can make more customers in the long run not everyone can afford to pay the high cost.

Technician was unable to repair window due to having the wrong part. Was charged for the repair service and no repair was done. Cannot reach local shop by phone to see when repair will be done. Have been unable to drive my car for almost 2 weeks. Had to wait 1 week to get appointment. Shop has not contacted me to set another repair appointment.

Quality work, my insurance covered my window crack with no deductible, the work here was done flawlessly, from a crack the size of a dime, it looks like a smudge now. I will always come back here for my glass needs.

The Safelite person, Brian, called ahead of arriving, he was on time and very efficient. The front office and waiting room area is accommodating and a TV was turned on to help pass the time while the work was being completed on my vehicle. I replaced my Honda Civic 2014 windshield few months ago with no issue service was great, however this time when I called to replace a windshield for my another car they trying to charge me the same price $252 with installation for a 4runner 2007 smaller windshield than a Honda Civic. I get it for $135 with Installation in another place in Victorville. My advice get a quote first no everything shine are gold.

Got a crack in my windshield from a semi flinging a rock but as inconvenient as it was safelite was super convenient and I in my case was able to get it patched that day and good thing as temperatures at night were dipping below freezing and my window is great

I drive a Lexus GS 350 and unlike any other cars it requires special attention. I needed a chipped windshield fixed and right away, they met my expectations and avoided a rather costly replacement. The technician was prompt and professional which is pretty scarce here in the Inland Empire. I highly recomment this company!!

Went to have my windshield replaced did not have an appointment still gone in was fast and friendly here in Victorville would suggest if you ever have a windshield issue this is the only place you should go to the technician was very friendly the office management was right on target with its price and I have a Chevy Silverado 1500 truck that is lifted 8 in and they still had no problem working on it so Ill have no problem going back to them again

Had my windshild replaced on my simi truck. They had to remove my visor to put in the new windshield. But set the visor on top of my cab without any padding and scratched the heck out of the paint ontop of the cab of my truck. Also only put half the bolt they took off back on. Now the visor vibrates in the wind because it wasnt put back together the right way.

I drive alot, and I got thru windshields like rock thru glass! This is my fifth windshield in 146,453 miles. And every new windshield was replaced and install less than 48 hours of making the call. It takes that long since I drive alot. Id highly recommend Safelite because the a professional and Great at what the do!

We are so lucky to have Safelite! This Victorville location is fast, friendly and does impeccable work! I needed a new windshield while in route from Laughlin, AZ to San Francisco, CA. I was able to make an appointment the same day. In the exact time frame I needed to keep my trip on schedule. It took only about an hour and the work was masterful. They vacuumed and washed the window, and tidied up hanging fabric even. They made my car better than it was when I got there. All in the time it took for me to have lunch. Could not be happier. Got back on the road and to S.F. ON SCHEDULE!! =) Incredible! Well done, Victorville, well done!

I called and needed the winshield replaced in my car. I set up the date for the following Monday. That weekend I had my rear hatch window broken on my Jeep. When they called to confirm my appointment for Monday, I asked about replacing the Jeeps window. They said they could do both at the same time. The technician arrived at my building and looked at the jeep. He said he could get the window to seal even though there was some metal damage to teh hatch. He did a great job replacing both windows on a very hot day, in the afternoon. His name was Andrew. He was very professional and he was friendly.
