I had to take my car there two times and the service was wonderful art and Richard are awesome and my car is amazing they did such a wonderful job I will only take my car there for now on thats how good of service they did on my car wonderful

I had some auto body work done to my car because of a collision which they worked with me with my deductible, they were fast and efficient, my car looks brand new. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done with their vehicle. They really know how to take care of their customers.

They’re absolutely helpful, the first time I went there they helped me get a rent a car and when i got my car back it felt brand new. The second time i went they helped me with all my issues and didn’t charge me extra fees for my car being there so long. They’re customer service is awesome and the owner Miguel is very helpful. They try to work with anyone and their problems and have helped myself and my family tremendously. And I’m definitely gonna keep going here for the future and refer everyone to go here.

This is that guys @elder EX step daughter and everything he said wasn’t true this place was very helpful and helped me get a rent a car. And made sure my car was in great shape and always kept me updated with everything including my mom and I called and texted everyday and i would always get a response back, the customer service was great and their rates isn’t high at all !!! and that whole veterans thing he’s talking about is a lie😂

I was referred to Universal Collision through a buddy of mine I was in a car accident rear ended in my brand new 2018 Honda Accord I was worried that if I took it to a body shop they couldnt make the car look like brand new well I chose Universal Collision because of Miguel professionalism he assured me that he would make the car like new and he lived up to his promise the car was Immaculate when I picked it up I even took it to the dealership and they couldnt even tell that the car was in an accident I will be a customer for life. Their body work was really good and so was the paint job and it still looks really nice my only complaint ead I left my Oakley sign glasses in the glove compartment on a case and when I picked my truck up several weeks later they were gone yes some how disappeared and never to be found I told mgmt about it they claimed that they didnt know what happened to them I cant say who took them but some body from this location has a pair of 300.00 sun glasses that is dishonest .I wish they could of said sorry lets go halves on a replacement set or something to that effect but nothing nada .I dont feel safe going back. If theres no trust I cant do no more business with you. Sad what a shame my name is chuck Hernandez it was a rear damage claim thru mercury insurance i would love this to be corrected and ill revise my post here leave the number to where to contact you the collision location in the high desert is closed soo let me know how to touch braids with the owner.

Worst auto shop ever! They have no idea what they are doing. My daughter got into an accident and they had her car for 5 months and still could not fix it properly! Ever single week they told her she would get her car back and every single week they had an excuse! They even told her that hey would get her a rental car, and when we went down there to pick it up they were out of rental cars! Than the next day Miguel the owner was not there! Miguel is a con-artist and I will never do business with him again! Every time I would call in on my daughters behalf it was one story after another. They have no idea what they are doing, dont take your car there! They will just take your money and will than dodge your calls! Worst customer service ever! I even let him know I was a veteran, and his exact words were i dont care, what does that have to do with anything? I was at a loss for words. Bottom line, dont go there!

At Universal Collision they will go out of there way to execute and get the job done.My 2017 Lincoln Continental was brought in for Paint on a few panels.In the process Decided to paint the whole Car and go through the whole car and block the body, making it look like a Black Dimond.
