Words cant accurately describe how much I like these guys. I was in an accident and had no clue who I could trust to fix my vehical. I was told by a friend to give these guys a chance and man was that a great choice. Beyond great service, friendly staff and quick turn around of my vehical. They are worth every penny they charge you to fix your car. I could go on but just go to them for body work you wont regret it. And as far as Im concerned these guys have my buisness for life. I previously read all the reviews and was talking with my family about this specific place and everyone had nothing but good to say! The customer service is excellent 👍 the person who has been helping me Josh is excellent! Easy to talk to makes you feel very welcomed and is super helpful! I forget they offer to give you a ride home if you need or will also call the rental place for you! This place really is the best and the customer service is wonderful!!! I will recommend to everyone who needs a vehicle repaired!!! They deserve more than just five stars!

This is a top-notch Auto collision repair shop! The employees there are so kind and helpful! The owners wife even makes homemade breads, cakes Etc for the customers. They have coffee and iced tea also. My estimator, James, couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. Literally everyone we talked to their had the right kind of attitude. I would imagine its one of the more expensive places, but in this case I think you get what you pay for. Fortunately for me, my insurance picked up the bill.

This place is all about taking advantage of your insurance dollars.

Very quick to take me through a visual inspection... Gave me a plethora of options that they would recommend to help fix the problem and even told me which ones to stage first if I could not afford to have them run all the options. I have already scheduled my repair with them (for all the options as the pricing is good too).

Best Body Shop in the High Desert Hands Down. got in a medium sized wreck. made the claim and called Sonshine Auto Body. they took it from there, they had my car towed, gave a visual estimate and then a more thorough estimate once it was disassembled. had my car back in 2 weeks with a lifetime warranty on the paint and workmanship and i couldn’t tell it was ever wrecked. i wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Was in a small accident and the shop repaired the cosmetic damage ok. HOWEVER when the car was returned it was noisier but figured it was as good as it gets. Turns out they did not notify or catch that there was damage to the suspension. A year later when getting the brakes done the mechanic showed the damage and how dangerous Sonshine returned the car to us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS not worth risking your life over saving a few bucks.Considering it took 6 months to reply nothing more needs to be said. Also I am not a mechanic so how am I supposed to know something that severe was wrong?

Do not go here. I was in a small accident and was rear ended. When I got my car back the trunk was not closing correctly so I went back to talk with them about it and they were really rude and didnt believe me or even wanted to help me fix it. I had to convince them that I needed it to close correctly and they finally did it and did some small tweaks and it was finally fixed. I would not trust a business that yells at their customers and accuse them of lying when they did a terrible job.

Awesome work from this company. Not sure where these bad reviews came from but my experience was great. They were extremely friendly and were very quick to respond after I was struck by another car. They matched the color on my bumper perfectly and it was only about a 3 day turn around. Highly recommend this company.

She is very old fashion and doesnt go online but was so happy with the repair asked me to please post. Service was quick and the workmanship was top notch. I visited Sonshine Auto Body & Paint today to have some body estimates for my car. I was pleasantly surprised to meet Josh, who suggested I find a good paintless dent repair company instead. He saved me a bundle of money (~$900), and earned my business for life! Although I didnt have repairs done there, they have proven to be an honest, upstanding organization. The kind you dont find all that often anymore!

Ive had to use this place twice. Once when I got rear ended and another time when I was backed into. I had no problem either time. The only thing is an appointment is necessary.

They think they know it all until you prove them wrong, then they tell you that theyre not experts... lol... need I say more?

Called numerous times through out the week and unsuccessful to speak to anyone to schedule a appointment. After several days I walked in to drop off my car for a insurance claim. I mentioned the unsuccessful attempts to contact them and acted like I was lying, with her stuck up attitude. They wouldnt take my car in without a appointment and josh denied me dropping the car off. I immediately called my adjuster and she commented this isnt the first similar complaint about this body shop. I called another body shop(H Street Collison) and they told me to walk right in and had my car done in 2 days and were amazing with their customer service. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SONSHINE TO ANYONE.

Worst customer services ever. I would never ever return to this place and would recommend that no one deals with this shop. The ladies at the front desk rather sit there and argue with you instead of helping you. If you dont make an appointment it seems like nobody can do anything for you even though everyone is just sitting around

Let me start by saying, I usually dont write reviews. I just dont go back. But with this place, I feel obligated to write, to warn, and to allow people to know where they are going to get their car fixed. Now my experience may be that 1 in 100 that went horribly wrong, but to me, if youre a business, its that 1 bad experience that you dont want to happen. You want to make everyone happy...So let us begin...Word of mouth, I was told to go here from family. They said they do great work. We said ok. Everything started off great. They gave me the invoice of all the things wrong and what they were going to fix. Awesome!!We get the car back. Everything looks great! Amazing!2 days later, we are hearing the brakes making some interesting sounds when coming to a stop. Like the pads were skipping on the rotors. So we called sonshine to let them know. Bring it in they said. So we did. Kept our car for a few days and said their mechanic found that the rotors had some crystallization on it and they were going to resurface them. I said okay. We got the car back. All is good.Fast forward a week and a half.Brakes begin to make the same sound. And we find that a piece of the window trim is coming off. We inspect the trim and see glue was holding the trim on....oh boy. We call them up and tell them the brakes are making the same noise and the trim was held on by glue.(I know thats not supposed to be there) they tried to defend their people, which is fine, but its obvious it was done wrong. So they ordered a new piece of trim for the door. I mean...they should have to pay for something that was installed incorrectly.On to the brakes. I did not want my wife driving around with those brakes making that sound. (I know that they shouldve turned the rotors and REPLACED the pads). Well I did the brakes myself. What I find? Is rotors that hadnt been takin off in quite some time. How do I know this? I had to use a sledge hammer to get the old rotors off. Next, I feel the rotors for any surface damage. ( remember, they said they resurfaced the rotors, whatever that means to a mechanic these days), uneven surface wear. These rotors hadnt been takin off to be resurfaced. What I saw was someone took a sand pad to the rotor to resurface them. You dont do that...thats bad business. a machine shop puts the rotors on a wheel and cuts a small portion of the rotor off. Basically making the rotor brand new. Just a hair thinner for a Smooth, flat surface for the brake pads to grab on to. So once again, these had not be done right. I was shocked. My wife called them just to see what kinda process they have to inspect and resurface rotors. Their story changed. The lady handling our car said they never resurface the rotors. They just resurfaced the pads. I was completely blown away. Not only did they change the story, but they do something to brake pads that you are not supposed to do. If you have bad rotors, you turn them. ( obviously, ours were bad) if you turn your rotors, you replace the pads. Always. You may think you know what your doing, but why would you play with something like brakes. The only thing that stops the car, and you want to half-ass it? Not okay with me.So not only are we taking the car back for the 3rd time, we are taking it back for things that should have been done right the first time. And to top it ALL off, they wanted to get into an argument with my wife for her asking what the method was. No offense, but if done correctly, there should be NO reason not to give an immediate response. The only reason to get defensive is when you have a guilty conscious. Do not halfass the work on my car when my wife and kids are in it, let alone anyone else for that matter. Its more eye opening then anything.I will be taking it back one last time to get the trim replaced. I hope everything goes well. I already told our claims adjuster in detail our entire experience here. He said everything is well documented and that he will bring this up next time they come up for review.Dont let that 1 customer be you.

Wow, have i been to some body shops that are just horrible, but this one right here is just bad. There customer service, hands down walmart has better customer service. Eric, that was helping me didnt even introduce himself trying to rush and tell me once the car is in his shop and taken apart im obligated to pay, which was never explained that way till the end when i pick my car up. He told me there is no estimate and now telling me he wouldnt even consider fixing my car because i didnt go through with it. Im sorry i didnt have the difference to pay. What is this world coming to. If your reading this go to another auto body place.
