I dropped my car Monday and got it back Thursday, a day after they said it would be ready. I only dealt with Brian which was cool. I can’t say the customer service was the best but Brian was. Whoever did the work in my car did an amazing job. My car looked brand new. Thanks Fix Auto Victorville.

Its was good its just my wife took her car their and they did a good job but a worker their stole some Oakleys sunglasses that we left in the car

My insurance had me send my car here and when I went to go get the rest of my belongings to release my car, my steering wheel cover was gone. It was a stich steering wheel cover so it wasnt a cheap one. Was very disappointed 😔

Very rude the lady in the inside takes her personal calls before a customers. I sat thru her entire phone call before she pulled up my paper work. Then they left my car open I had to go in and ask can they lock my car . On 7th street in the homeless area mind you my car is new. Just don’t bother to come here trust me .

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was recommended by family and all they ever did was give me excuses and lies the entire time. Take my word for it and do not take your car here. There was a lot of misunderstandings, miscommunication, and confusion. I took my car in to get my rear bumper and panel repaired after my accident. Terrible customer service! If I was recommended by family just imagine the service they would give you. I had mentioned to Nick from the very beginning to remove metal letter inserts that I had on the damaged bumper. When I went to pick up my car I was told that they had broken the letter inserts when removing them. I was so upset, I honestly just wanted to take my car and not argue with anyone. The next day I called again explaining my concerns to Luis. He told me that the letters were not broken and that they could remove them, clean them up for me, tape them, and place them for me. When I went in back to the body shop, I was told by Liz that they wouldn’t install the letters. I’m glad they didn’t install the letters because it looked like a 4 year old had 3m taped them. To top it off, they also tried to charge me extra money. They tried to add prior damage to my estimate when they didn’t ask me if I wanted those damages repaired or gave me the option. My insurance told me to mention that to them and they ended up removing those costs. Before I forget they also ate inside my car and left a mess now there is a sticky stain that I have to remove. Liz and Nick are incredibly unprofessional and rude and everyone in this place is completely clueless.

If I can give this place more than 5 stars I most definitely would! The gentleman in the front was super helpful and informative (Forgot his name😞). My car was worked on and ready faster than I thought it’d be. I highly recommend this place!

Employees were very attentive and friendly, great customer service. They fixed my car fast and in a timely manner. I haven’t had any problems with my car since it’s left the shop and it looks great. Definitely recommend

I took my car in Monday @ 10am the lady informed me that it would take about 2 days. She called me Wednesday @10:30am to inform me that my car was ready to be picked up. It took them 1 day to fix my vehicle. Super fast service and very friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Went in yesterday to get an estimate on minor body damage.The girl came to inspect my car but was guessing prices. Then she told me she would email me the quote. It’s safe to say I never received my estimate, so unprofessional, but I’m glad to find out before I let them touch my car

Please what ever you do do not take your car here. I took my 2014 Mercedes E350 in there to have my rear bumper fixed and front bumper painted. When I got my car back my blind spot assist was now inoperative. I took it to the dealer and they said it was coming from the rear bumper. So I took it back to Fix Auto and Liz at the front desk was so incredibly rude to me and my sister in law while we were in there. She refuses to fix an issue they created and said they did nothing wrong even though they took off the bumper and had to unplug the sensors to do so and now one doesn’t work. Her answer was they will refund me the money and then bill the insurance for their mistake. Are you serious! Plus every time I have taken it there you can tell someone has snooped around in my car probably looking for something to steal. Plus this last time they only took off the rear bumper and put it back on but they went into my control panel and deactivated my alarm for when I press the lock button. Don’t ever go here whatever you do. I now have a claim open with the BAR against them.

I took my 2006 Lexus Gs300 here for repairs. They did an awesome job! Great customer service and crew . Couldnt be happier with the quick and quality service. Liz is the best in the front at the counter. She handled everything and made it an easy transaction and did exactly what was to be done plus extras. Body work was fine but they didnt purge my radiator and my car ran hot, also my cap over my charger port was taken off and Im still waiting for it to be replaced

I was on the edge about taking my car here after reading these reviews . but I decided to give them a chance of my own .Being the fact that I have a brand new 2018 GMC Sierra, was t-boned and have never been in an accident this was by far a great place to bring my truck . They did an awesome job . Color looks really good can’t even tell where I was hit . Called me for updates let me know how my repairs were going . Nick promised me I’d have my car back in 10 days and I got it back in 7 days . Liz was very helpful with helping me with my insurance and setting up my rental for me . Husband was referred to this place because the lady who hit us had insurance in their network. We thought that since they were within their network it would be easier and faster. Took over a week to get things kind of sorted out. I had to call them a few times and also the insurance, it took us almost a day. Dont know how well of a job they will do.Update. Oct 1.2018Almost one month later the door that got fixed by them starts having problems. My husband had to take time from his only day off to try to get this fix. Their employer LIZ just started accusing my husband of breaking the part in his car. Liz had mention to me something about a gift card for bringing our business here. I asked her for the gift card a few time but she always said she had to get it approved by her manager . Which her manager was always out to lunch or not there. Today that my husband asked about the gift card LIZ said she didnt have to give us anything if she didnt want to. My husband got upset and she said he gave her an attitude and he said well I am sorry if I did I am just tired of having to come back and call so many times so I can have my car fix the right way. They fix the door that had a dent but broke the clips that keep the weather strip in place . I ask for them to fix it. Because they GUARANTEE that anything happen they will fix it. LIES. LIES. LIES. dont ever go there.Dont waste your time.

Very disappointed with this body shop. I would never ever come back here again!! They are senseless and they only care about making money. Liz Partida is a rude person and she is very good at taking advantage of ppls needs. Do not sign any documents be very careful she is very sneaky.

Worst place ever dont ever bother them while shes on lunch. Worst attitude ever from the employees in front counter. Gave me the runaround over something so simple since May and its now August.

Worst place to take your car for repairs! The got the body work done. Said the car was done and at first glance you see the doors and finders were fixed and painted so ok. But as the day warmed up in need to roll down my window the thing would not go all the way down. Then I started to look more closely and seen they replaced my doors with used ones. Not what they told me Liz told me she was going to do but the tape all around the door was all scratched up and fix auto only painted the doors thats it. Not to mention fix auto hooked up the wiring for the keyless entry and the door had a bad switch and burnt my relay fuse. So this caused weeks and weeks of back and forth out of there shop. What a headache. So in the end the car ended up in another auto repair shop that didnt check it. So end the end the car ended up at toyota because fix auto could finished the job. Very unhappy with fix autos work and will never be going back.
