I recently got in a 5 car pile up on the freeway. There was damage to the front and back of my car that I just paid off! My trunk wouldnt close and the front of my car was in rough shape. I brought it to Caliber Collision 2 days later. It was a quick and painless process considering and everyone there delivered excellent customer service. I was kept informed throughout the entire process by Sam and his team. Not only did they start repairs right away but they finished my car a week early. They went above and beyond for me and did a fantastic job. My car is as good as new.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The receptionist was super friendly and gave me good vibes. Mauricio I believe was the person who helped me and I loved his energy and customer service. I will def recommend this place to others!!

My car was damaged and undrivable while I was out of town, 6 hrs from home. Of course I was very concerned about how I would be able to get my car repaired since I needed to be back home and couldnt stay around to oversee the process. No worries. The guys at Caliber took care of me. They worked with my insurance company and took care of everything. I had my car back in a week. The quality of work was very high and the customer service was top notch. If I lived in this area and needed body work again, no hesitation, I would return to Caliber.

This Caliber Collision is amazing ! My car was repaired very quickly and I was very informed on the process ! My car was ready on the promised date and it looked amazing when I picked it up ! I took my brand new truck in after my roof was blown onto it in multiple places, with scratches, dents, molding, and window damage. I dropped it off on February 1st, was quoted it would be done around the 17th. They updated me appropriately, but not too much. I was notified on the 12th it was ready for pick up. All employees were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and provided great work without hassle. Thank you!

Being in a car accident is such a scary experience!! The staff here took so much stress of the situation. They kept me updated every step of the way, which was nice! Being that Ive never been here before I was not sure how my car would turn out but man was I pleasantly suprised!!! My car came out perfect❤ you would have never known my car was in a accident. This place is clean. The customer service is outstanding they keep you informed every step of the way they had it done way faster than originally quoted in half the time the work done is excellent I am very very very satisfied I would recommend this place to anybody.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I was rear ended, and the insurance set me up here. From the moment I arrived, I was given fantastic customer service. The Geico rep (Michele) was helpful and friendly and Mauricio, Claudia, and Brittany went above and beyond in every aspect. They were welcoming, arranged for a rental car, and time for me to drop off my car. Then, when I picked up my car, I almost didn’t recognize it... it looked new! I could not tell it had ever been hit. To top it off, they really washed it well, and it had been very dirty! They even vacuumed the inside. But, for me, the best part about the experience was the feeling like I was dealing with friends. They were always smiling, always helpful, very knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend them to my friends, and should I ever need repairs in the future, they would be my first call.

It was by coincidence that I went here to get my car fixed, but Im very glad I did. I was treated with respect despite not knowing anything about what my car needed and they were able to walk me through the process and answer any questions I had.Vaz was awesome with keeping me up to date regarding the status of the repairs and he was flexible with my requests since I had a limited budget for the repairs and adjusted the estimate accordingly.The state I got my car back in made me feel very sorry at how I left the car initially. Claudia and her team were great! They fixed the back of my car, which was smashed in horribly by another vehicle, like brand new. Looked better than before. They were friendly, professional and even offered to help me with an unrelated issue. Hope I dont have to use them in the future, but if ever needing their services, I would definitely reccomend and return to them.Thank you!!!

The owner will not own up to anything do not take your vehicle to this shop. I took my 2014 F250 Lariat to them to repair the passenger side. It took them a month to get it back. The reason it took so long per them is they lost parts and had to order them. Upon receiving my truck back they didnt hook up the horn or properly install the window trim as well as losing 4 of my six cup holders. When calling them out they said there was no way that they had any reason to be in the vehicle. The next day I get a call with no apology but their detail guy had three of them in his cabinet. So I went to get them and was told they are on order. Here it is December countless calls and run around. If a shop is so petty they cant take care of something as small as a $50 cup holder and be able to return a call over that I would not trust them with anything of mine. I will never return to this place or refer anybody to them. Try Signature auto body way more integrity.

Taking my car to caliber collision was scary at first! I was afraid that my car would have been unsatisfactory. But instead I received updates about my car an also I received my car early!!!! I was amazed with the way my car came out an I was Amazed!! I would refer them to anyone.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Took my car in for bumper work, multiple brackets and clips broken. Uneven and waves in the paint. Run in the paint on the right side of the bumper. Nothing was flush with the car after. Only excuses on how they never touched it or had to paint it. Which is crappie because they sanded it down and repainted the whole bumper. Never ever take your vehicle here. Currently having to get my car completely redone

Horrible horrible horrible. The Jeep dealership referred me to them. I was hit from the back and had major damage to my car. It took them longer then a month to fix my car. When I got my car back it was still not working right. I took my car back to them and then said it was a technical issue so I need to take it to the dealership, Took my car to the dealership and the told me that they didn’t do the wires correct in the trunk of my car. I have a couple of smelling accessory items missing on my car as well. Don’t go here. For the outside it looks like a good body shop but they don’t do go work.

At the beginning of the year I brought a hood scoop and a spoiler in. They both had moderate clear coat damage. It was a 2 day turn around for pick up. They looked amazing. I’ve since brought in a rear bumper lower valance, I am expecting the same results.

I dropped off my 2015 Nissan for body work after being hit well at a stop sign. The shop did an amazing job and had it in and out in a few weeks span. The staff was very helpful with keeping me updated on all repairs and any questions I had.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS! Needed to repaint car, said it would take 4-5 weeks and it took 17. Painted over sand, has swirls, missing tabs on bumper which caused part of it to come off and STOLE engine covers off vehicle. Manager set up an additional rental and said he would pay for it; 3 months later Enterprise charged me because he never paid. Forged my husbands name to the 3 party check from the ins. co. which gave us zero leverage in making sure that things were done correctly. Filed report with BAR and BBB but since theyre not BBB members the cases were closed and I was given a small claims packet. Car depreciated in value so much and had so many issues that we ended up selling it a few months later, just so the nightmare would be over. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SHYSTERS. Had to give 1 star because ZERO wasnt an option.

The best in town

Took my car in for rear emd damage (bumper, trunk lid, support brace etc.) Took about 10 days for all to be done. My looks as good as it did the day I bought it. They did a great job of keeping me imformed alomg the process of repair. They even gave me a free microfiber rag which comes in handy to keep interior clean. Highly recommend.

I have had them repair several of my vehicles and they always took good care of me and did extra things without the hassle

If I could put 0 stars I would. Worst auto collision repair shop in the high desert. With the exception of one or two employees, the whole shop, including the owner, are incompetent, irresponsible, and lazy. They are unorganized, dont pay attention to detail, and have no problem screwing you over.

Worst!!!! Waited almost four weeks for front bumper....!!! They kept on extending estimated time of completion... very unprofessional
