I purchased my wedding dress from Bliss. I got a great deal on it! I got a ton of compliments on my wedding day! I also rented the groomsmen ties through them. Definitely recommend Bliss! The owner, Lucy, is amazing!

You are going to fall in love with this shop, as I did! The entire staff know EXACTLY what customer service is! These lovely ladies were extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We just walked in to take a peek while waiting for an appointment at another bridal shop, and Bliss was BY FAR the best bridal store in Victoria. We ended up buying my best friends gown here, as well as our maid and matron of honor dresses. Thank you, ladies, for allowing us to step in today.... and feel like family by the time we left!

I ordered my dress from one of the catalogs, the staff got my measurements. When my dress arrived, I was told they didnt have my size so they had to order a size upMy dress was 2XL! Way too big for me. I was told that my alterations would be taken care of since they didnt have my size. I had to go back to the store which is an hour away. I go for alterations. I had to call 3 days before my event to see if they had my dress. They charged me $65 for alterations after I was told it would be taken care of. My dress was still too big. I had to use safety pins the day of the event and stepped on it all night. So I paid $185+$65 for a dress still too big. Never will i buy a dress from here again

This place has exceptional customer service and amazing deals on wedding dresses. After a month of searching for my dress, I scheduled an appt at Bliss bridal and was greeted by Gianna when I arrived. She was great to work with and helped me pick out THE ONE! They were having a $399 sale and had plenty of dresses to pick from. All popular designers and MY dress was everything I was looking for! Its perfect in every way and it was affordable! Bliss Bridal made my experience amazing. This place was comfortable, clean, and had a nice bathroom. I definitely recommend this place for brides!

My experience started out ok, but when my dress came in I explained that it was significantly tighter fitting than the sample dress I tried on for sizing. I was told by a salesperson that the sample dresses are stretched out due to so many people trying them on. If that’s the case then why wasn’t I advised that I might want to consider ordering a size larger?Terrible customer service during my dress fitting and when I picked up my dress after alterations were done. Apparently my dress came with optional straps that I wasn’t even told about, and needed.The dress did not fit well at all.The hem of my beautiful dress looked like a child trimmed it with scissors.I ended up paying for alterations at Bliss and still ended up having to take the dress somewhere else to have the straps put on it. I didn’t go back to Bliss because the customer service was so bad.My daughter who is from out of town also went to Bliss to get her matron if honor dress and a flower girl dress and was treated so unfriendly she left without buying any dresses. She went elsewhere.

Had an awesome experience here. My daughter is hard to fit and this store had the best selection and we actually had a couple of dresses to choose from. Another great thing was that the dress she picked needed a few alterations and even though it was last minute, BLISS made sure that her dress was altered in time and it was also done perfectly! Will definitely be returning to BLISS for our future dress needs!

After being completely ignored at 2 other places, Bliss was our final stop and it will be our first next year! Great selection of dresses and friendly staff. Well worth the trip!

Awful service! I ordered my dress over the phone. After 3 months, I heard nothing from this store and had not received my bridesmaids dress. When I called to inquire about the status, the owner was incredibly rude . She started off yelling at me, didnt listen to my questions and proceeded to dismiss my concerns. She went on to point fingers at other workers or at the bride, but never apologizing for the lack of communication or fulfillment of my order. This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Bliss bridal has beautiful prom/formal wear and a professional staff that is friendly and willing to help. :) This is one of my favorite stores in the crossroads area!
