Extremely disappointed with Victoria All-Sports Center. I entrusted them to install tritium night sights on my pistol, after confirming that they had and would use a sight pusher. A sight pusher is preferable over a hammer and punch because the sights contain small crystal viles which can be damaged by banging on the sight with a steel or brass punch. Next thing you know, I hear clang clang clang from the back workshop, and see the gunsmith hammering away on my sights with a hammer and punch. As far as Im concerned the sights are now compromised and unsuitable for a self defence carry gun. After I called them on it they comped the work, but I would much rather have paid for the job to be done correctly, and to be minus the marring from where the punch slipped. Needless to say I will not be patronizing this establishment again and will advise those who seek my advice on firearms matters from doing so either.

Always friendly staff. A real sporting goods store from back in the day. All high quality products and clothing. A must stop destination on your trip through Victoria. I loved it and could spend all day in there.

Victoria All-Sports has been around as long as I can remember. However the name is very deceiving. I went inside the store to attempt to purchase archery equipment. I walked through the entire store to see if I could find any. Nothing was found. Asked the cashier if they even sold it. She had to ask a manager about it. I’ve also noticed their their prices are higher than those surrounding selling the same items. Not happy with my last couple of trips here and will not walk in there again for ammo or any other type of products.

Stopped in while visiting town, the prices are higher than the average and selection of firearms was limited (this was during the great gun grab/pandemic) the staff were helpful and very friendly

Great staff, Lupe was fantastic. Hotel is quite, which is a big plus. Housekeeping needs improvement, bed has only been made once in five days, some days, no housekeeping at all, and slim.on fresh towels which are basically poor quality.

Im conflicted about writing this review...Long story..... was helped by an extremely knowledgeable Hispanic gentleman (im sorry i dont recall your name) who helped my wife and I look at a few rifles. Knew everything about them, answered every question, great sense of humor. My wife found one she absolutely loved.. a Mossberg 464 spx tactical 30-30.Being the intuitive husband I am, I came back and put it up for layaway for her for a Christmas present. Told the lady at the counter thats what it was for. This is where the mistake comes in. My name goes down on the layaway ticket. No one points it out and Im completely ignorant that Ive just completely screwed up my brilliant surprise.I make my payments, once per month, announcing every time that Im here to make a payment on my wifes Christmas present. Come today when I take my wife down there so we can register it under her name and make the final payment. Shes glowing. Over the moon. Im a hero. Then the owner and his son get involved.She passes her background perfectly. But. Turns out my name being on the layaway ticket means I have to register too. Its her rifle. Its her gift. I know. Easy fix right? But turns out I know that I cant register right now for a gun. Complicated thing with the feds, an issue Im working with them to resolve.I try to get the owner and/or his son to work with me.Give me a refund for the $500+ Ive already paid and take my name out of it.1. They only do store credit.2. The have to cover their asses and wont do that.I get it. The feds are strict and they face jail time. Its cool. I get the ass covering.Can we just let her use the store credit and pull my name out of it that way?1. The credit goes under my name.2. They cant let her have that rifle now because they believe in attempting something called a straw buy.What happened to Christmas spirit? What happened to caring about the people who come to you?Long story short I was given three options.1. Wait 2-6 months for me to finish my deal with the feds.2. Take 500 buck of store credit I wont ever use and she cant use.3. This one was the only concession. Get cash back minus a 25% restocking fee.A simple mistake in processing made me look like a loser and cost me a quarter of what I paid out in an effort to be a good husband.I get they were trying to protect themselves.But there was damn near nothing done to help me out or effort put into ensuring my satisfaction as a customer.All because they wrote my name instead of hers.That all said... the rest of the staff are great. Friendly. Funny. Understanding. All smiles and helpful to fault.The owner and and his son however are much less so. Paper pushers. Treating me like a criminal when Ive done nothing wrong but let them write my name.By all means. Go to all sports. But you can bet your sweet bippy that my wife and I will never be going back in there.Thanks to all the staff and team who helped us, treated us like people. You were great.To the owner and his son. I forgive your selfish ass covering and the shop my wife and I give our business to in the future thanks you.

I had them order a item for me and had to cancel it. Charged me a outrageous restocking fee because it was “special order”. They had multiple the day mine came in so obviously they had plans of stocking this product. Will not do business with them again. Someone else I knew went and bought the one I had ordered and I told them they were going to but still got charged.
