I recently took a Mercury outboard into Bay Sport for repairs of a problem that was due to my ignorance and not actually a problem at all. I was pleased that my lack of knowledge was pointed out to me in a matter of hours after dropping the motor off at BS and at all no charge. Thanks, Bay Sport. I will certainly do business with you again should the need arise.

After 2 months and $700.00 they said it was ready. I picked it up took it home and tried it. It shook at idle and surged when given throttle.I will never go back.
