I just had to bring my SUV in for a repair after it suffered a ding in a parking lot. I can only write a completely unreserved recommendation for Quality. It’s not just these guys are very smart and keep up with just about everything going on in their industry - it’s that they take the time to explain to their customers everything their customers need to know. And they’re great at communicating. They live up to their name too, in that their work is of top notch quality!

This place is aces. I was surprised when I asked when he’d be able to take care of my issue and he said ‘how about now’Wow. And they did. Annoying rattle I had was fixed and I can hear myself think now. Not only did they correct the issue they made a repair to the opposite side to prevent future problems with it.Next vehicle headed there soon. I expect just as good a service my next visit. Pleasure doing business here.

Had 2017 new car doors painted due to hit by truck. Shop painted doors. Had to take back due to over spray. Went to pick up now I have scratch on hood. Nobody knows where it came from. Integrity where is it?i should have known better the last time i had another vehicle repaired I had to take it back 3 times before they finally got the grill to stay on.

I took an antique car here to have some minor work performed; brakes, adjust seats, place door and window knobs, etc. For years I kept asking when the work was going to be finished. Finally, after four years, I was charged an inordinate amount for the little work done. Even the door knobs are not secure today. When I tried to drive it off, the car would not stay running even though I had spent a thousand dollars on the carburetors before I left it there. I suspected the gas was old and could be causing the problem. I added 5 gallons of fresh gas and additive. It still wouldnt run. A day later I had it towed home, intending to drain the gas tank. When I had a chance to drain the tank I discovered it was empty. How could my 5 gallons have evaporated so quickly???Big mistake taking my car here. Evidently it had changed hands while my car was there. For four years it was left in the back lot in the elements, no cover. Unfortunately they seem to have no regard for customers vehicles. Customer beware. You have been forewarned.

Driving from Colorado to Victoria for work and had a close encounter with a muley in New Mexico. Things could have been terrible but they werent. In the middle of BFE, NM. I had cell service. The sheriff that I woke from a sound sleep was awesome and stayed close by until the tow truck arrived. The tow truck driver was great. We stopped for coffee and he dropped me and my busted truck at a motel. The snow storm held off until my husband could drag a trailer from Kentucky to fetch me and bring me to Victoria. The first place we stopped was Quality Collision. Best people and work you could hope for. We felt like family before we left. They not only repaired my truck but went above and beyond by cleaning and buffing the whole thing. Couldnt be happier and Highly recommend Quality Collision

I took my Lexus to Quality Collision Repair and was greeted and taken great care of by Debra in the office. The body work done to my car was perfect and with the paint job they did, it was like my car had never been in a accident.

Morgan and his group restored a 51 A40 Austin for me. Couldnt be more happy with the job knowing what condition the car was in when I dropped it off. Turn around time was a little lengthy but well worth the wait.

Took my Infiniti G35 to Auto Reconditioning for repair of a dent; they were recommended by Victoria Nissan. They did a good job repairing it BUT they oversprayed my brand new Lexus Alloy wheels when they repainted the car, which is black. Talked with them about it (we made several visits) and gave them PLENTY of opportunities to repair and/or be financially responsible for the repair I was going to have done to get the overspray out. Ended up going back to Victoria Nissan to try to have them fix it but they could not repair them (the black paint had penetrated the wheels so deep), they had to be shipped off to Wheels of America in Houston. They sandblasted and refinished all the 4 wheels. All in all it was about $800 worth of work on the wheels. Got the wheels back after a couple of weeks. Victoria Nissan tried contacting Auto Reconditioning several times to collect payment as they felt & assured us that Auto Reconditioning should be & will be responsible for this; as there was no doubt the overspray was caused by the original repair they had done. The owner Morgan Ruschhaupt and/or manager Rudy Llanes would never call them back so my husband and I personally went over there and told them to call Nissan and pay for the repair of the wheels. They informed us that they will take care of it. About a week later, we get a phone call from Victoria Nissan telling us that they still have not been paid and it does not look like Mr. Ruschhaupt has intentions of paying. I then went over there again (this time by myself and I recorded the conversation between Morgan, (the owner) and I. He admitted to causing the damage to the wheels but stated that the reason why he didnt pay is because he did not authorize us to take it to Nissan to have them repaired and that they would have liked to look and/or repair the damage themselves. I did remind him that we gave them plenty of chances to fix them but they acted like they didnt do it at first or they didnt want to have anything to do with it. Also at one time in the beginning when we first brought up the problem to them, they told us that the Lexus wheels are notorious for these kinds of problems after a while. Unbelievable!!!! Anyway, I told him that I will give him 3 days to pay; and after that point if he does not, then I will take him to court. Well he never paid them so we went ahead and paid Nissan since they did do the work and I filed a small claims lawsuit against Auto Reconditioning. Thankfully & rightfully so, the judge sided with my husband and I, and ordered Mr. Ruschhaupt to pay the amount. After getting the official judgment letter in the mail (one was sent to me and one to Auto Reconditioning), I gave it almost 2 weeks to receive a check from them, but nothing. So I called them and told them I was waiting for that check. They said they sent it, told me they will check with the bank to see if the check was cashed by someone else and they would call me back. I waited several hours for the call, but nothing. So I went over there with a friend; Mr. Ruschhaupt informed me that the check was not cashed (surprise, surprise) and that he will send me another one. I told him to just write me a check now since I was already there BUT he said he will send it in the mail. Hmmm, odd I thought. I did not argue with him but told him I will wait again. I waited another 2 weeks (more than plenty of time to receive it in the mail) and nothing. So this time I was not going to call them again nor see them in person. A friend whos an attorney advised me to file an enforcement or abstract of judgment, so that is what I did about 2 to 3 days ago. Basically what this does is like having a LIEN on the property, in this case Auto Reconditioning, so when he tries to do anything business-related (buy, sell, borrow money), he will NOT be able to. I may never get that money from him, but at least I feel good in knowing that I fought for is right. Its unfortunate that you have business people such as Mr. Morgan Ruschhaupt. Its a shame.
