Was in an accident and took my vehicle here for repairs. Every single member of the staff was so friendly and professional. Was explained the process and was kept up to date with progress during the repairs. I never once had any trouble communicating with theme made to feel like I was bothering them too much. Also had a detail done which was better than I couldve ever hoped for. In the end, my car came out looking better than I expected. Most definitely recommending then to everyone.

Took my car for minor damage after a collision. Juan and the guys took care of me right away. They are extremely nice, helpful, and kept me updated with what was going on. They went the extra mile of washing and waxing it when they didn’t have to. Very pleased with their service, the quality of the work and how fast they had my car back to me. This was my first time having to use a body shop because this was my first accident lets start with that. Mr. Joey and his team made that first time great. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They did great work on my vehicle I felt as if I had just bought it off the lot all over again, almost like a kid on Christmas thats how happy I was with my vehicle after they finished it. They kept me up to date on everything via text or call and it was much appreciated. They even towed my vehicle to their shop and everything. If you have any body, paint, frame issues with your vehicle and you live in the Victoria area I would highly recommend you check them out. I am a returning customer for the past 2-3 years due to multiple deer collisions. These guys have always done an outstanding job on the repairs of my Honda Civic. Besides the good quality work they provide, they also have the best customer service you could ask for. They delivered my car to me 45 minutes away (in hallettsville) free of charge because I did not have a ride and when they arrived it was practically spotless inside and out (they did a courtesy car wash/vacuum). Excellent job guys. You can not get this service anywhere else in town and I will continue to use their services when I need any auto body work.

All PRO Paint & Body assisted me from start to finish! I didn’t know what to do after I got hit, and they helped me with everything. My vehicle had underlying damage that the pictures didn’t capture and the insurance company was trying to give me less than what it was going to cost to cover the damage. I took in my 2016 Buick Encore due to damage from silicone over-spray when our roof at work was being repaired. There was a mist of silicone all over my car and it had been there for over 2 months due to problems with the roofing company not wanting to pay. Joey at All Pro only had my vehicle for one day and he was able to remove all of the silicone from my car without damaging the paint or clear coat. He was very professional and worked with me on times to drop off and pick up my vehicle since I dont live in Victoria. I was very impressed with the work he did and I will definitely be going back to him if I ever need anything else done with my vehicles. He was very knowledgeable with what needed to be done and a straight-shooter (I never felt like he was trying to do or charge more than what he should). His only concern was making me as happy as possible as his customer. If you take your vehicle here it will be in great hands!
