From out of town and while in Vicksburg I had a loss of power on my BMW. My husband, not with me, found this shop. After looking through these reviews, he called the shop. Larry gave him a feeling of security, that he knew the vehicle and would do a good job.When I came by the shop Larry was able to easily read the code. When he listened to the engine we could hear an air leak somewhere. Wish my husband had been with me on my trip, he would have quickly found and made the repair.The repair was simply pushing an existing hose back on its connection. Replacing nothing, just put the hose back on its connection. When I was told what the repair consisted of I figured $100 for his time (something that did not take an hour to do), I was shocked when my husband told me the bill. Larry charged over $300.I felt like I was taken advantage of, I was from out of town and needed a repair to get back home.I hate to sound like this. Larry seemed like a good deal. I guess I have been spoiled by my local mechanics I have dealt with. Something simple like this would have been a minimal charge, if any. Counting on word of mouth to promote more business.

Larry saved me a trip to Jackson. Fixed my 2009 128i, extremely fair price for work done and no doubt saved me some bucks. Hes a one man shop but hes good at being that one man in town for my BMW.
