Susan and Rachel at front desk are the best, Im telling you. I had to have programs made for Memorial service. And I called them on a short-fuse notice to boot. Im thinking no way Im getting these programs out in time for service. But to my surprise, they were ready for pick up the following day! And the programs are fantastic! Higher quality than I was expecting!I cannot thank these two enough for making it happen, averting disaster on my part. I feel confident that all who attend upcoming service will comment favorably on the quality of workmanship evident in the programs as well.

Long story short, I found a large format .jpg of Starry Night by Vincent Van Gogh online. I brought it to Minuteman Press to print on canvas. I knew they had a large format Epson printer which is one of the best printers available. They looked up first if it was an open to the public source to print, which it was. The finished product, same dimensions of the original on display at MMOA in NYC, turned out extraordinary. The colors were perfect and the detail, stunning and moving. The picture attached does not do it justice. Well Done Minuteman!

I googled to see if there was one near us. I was so happy when I found one in Vero Beach, Fl. I took my sample to them, and they did a marvelous job. The staff was very friendly, informative, and quite knowledgeable. They emailed a copy of my proofs for approval. Once they were approved, within a day or two, I received the invitations---and wow, very professional. What an amazing company. They recently replaced an old window decal with a new design that they made for me. This was such pleasure working with them all. I simply went to the front desk to exchange the tokens for the quarters I originally wanted and from the moment Steve approached me he was NASTY!!! He verbally attacked me before I could even get a word in. As I tried to explain the situation he grew even More frustrated with me and told me he isnt dealing with my bullshit and he isnt refunding nothing!Consider this; I have done business with this company on numerous occasions, ALWAYS use their car wash service, and I even refer my friends to this company!!! To ask for a simple exchange and to be treated like GARBAGE is insulting!!! Not only did I pay for ALL of my services I used from them in FULL but I always paid EARLY before the work was even complete!!!!! I am absolutely disgusted with this company and I will NEVER WORK WITH THEM OR REFER THEM AGAIN!!!!

Im a writer/author and I do editing and consulting for First Time New Unpublished Authors. It is such a convenience to transmit my projects, text, covers and images/photos, to Minuteman Press, either Vero Beach or PSL. Todd is awesome.

I was really hoping this would be a good experience but was sorely disappointed. One of the women at the front desk could not have been ruder to me. My business cards were improperly printed and, instead of listening to me and dealing with the situation, she threw copies of my email correspondence with the “graphic designer” in my face and told me it was my fault because I okayed the proof. In my correspondence I had mentioned that I did not see the text I had provided and she texted back that it would be there. It wasn’t. After I had to endure a ridiculous eye rolling hissy fit by the desk clerk a much nicer young woman said they would redo them. I got them that afternoon, which was a good effort. Unfortunately, they were still not right. When I opened the package I realized that they had not printed them on the heavier stock paper I had ordered and paid for. I did not go back. Too scary......
