They have such a good selection of shoes and they have some sweaters and sweatshirts that looked really cool
The product selection of shoes is extremely nice but the prices arent... everything is even a little too pricey... my favorite item I purchased was a mini jansport backpack (wristlet really) for 19.99
Just walked in to buy a pair of shoes, they had one pair left, conveniently in my size, asked for any discount since it was a display shoe . I was flat out told no . So I went online to their website and ordered the shoes to my house for there promo 10$ off and free shipping before I walked out of the dying mall . More than 10% off than there display shoe they wouldn’t even consider to discount . There is a reason brick and mortar stores are closing . Customer service is a thing of the past .
Walked in and was ignored by all 3 employees there that were playing on there phones. As soon as another customer walked in they proceeded to help them instead. Very unprofessional.
